Very quite and nice hotel close to hauptbahnhof and the dom. Rooms, services and food was very good. My warmest recommodation

This is our 4th time staying in this hotel, and I can hardly fault it in any area. Good sized comfortable and clean rooms. Great location - 3 minutes walk from the Dom but at the same time in a quiet street. I never take the breakfast only because there are so many options in the area, and the bar seems decent.

Førsteklasses hotell som var billigere enn jeg trodde. Nytt og moderne interiør, i samme bygget som et større kjøpesenter som har en utgang igjen til en bra handlegate. Var kun her en natt på reisen hjem, men vurderer å reise ned igjen med kona og ha en shopping langhelg. Eneste lille kritikken jeg har er at de eletriske gardinene, gikk av seg selv […] kl. 0530 om morgenen og vekket meg litt, men sovnet fort igjen i den gode sengen. Les mer

Standarden på hotellet er høg, med romslege rom og bad. Hotellet ligg eit steinkast unna jernbanestasjonen og den magiske Kölnerdomen, og ikkje så veldig lenger frå dei viktigaste forretnings- og utestadsgatene. I hotellet er det også ein restaurant, med ein liten, avskjerma uteplass.

Hyggelig betjening, fine rom, ok frokost, parkeringshus(60 EUR for tre netter) under hotellet. Kan anbefales!

Bra hotell, nær jernbanestasjonen og ca. 10 minutter fra gamlebyen. Ligger med inngang i en stille bakgate. Bra rom, ingen trafikkstøy. Ikke helt bra renhold renhold av rom. Meget bra trimrom, men avgift pr. trening. Gratis svømmebasseng. OK internett, men dyrt. Bra og god frokost. Alt i alt et helt ok hotell.

Hotellet ligger i et moderne kvartal som ble bygget ca år 2000. Det kan være litt vanskelig å finne fordi hotellets inngang ligger på baksiden av kvartalet, og det også er et annet hotell med nesten samme navn i kvartalet. Rommene er rene og pene med god plass. Litt sus fra rommets airconditioning, men dette kan slås av, og man kan gjerne sove med åpne […] vinduer dersom de vender inn mot atriet i kvartalet. Fin beliggenhet - tre kvartaler fra Hauptbahnhof/Domen men likevel stille og rolig i en sidegate. Stort rom, flott frokost (inkl økologiske alternativer og mat for allergikere), trivelige ansatte. MEN: i 2011 forventer jeg at jeg slipper å betale ekstra for trådløst internett på rommet. Det var rett og slett uforskammet dyrt.

Hotel was minutes walk from the train station and Cathedral. Rooms were quiet and very modern. Everything was sparklng new. I would return without hesitation. Absolutely no problems with the reservation. The price of the breakfast buffet was not a good value, so we went to one of the numerous bakeries that are close by for coffee and pasteries. Pro's - Wonderful facility and very helpful staff. The location was within a 5 minute walk from the train station and and the fabulous cathedral. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future . Con's - signage for the hotel location could be improved

What a fab hotel! So cheap! I have paid twice this amount to stay in less nice places in the past!

Unfortunate that such an attractive property made for such an uncomfortable stay. The thermastat is set not to go above 23 C which is 73 F. After a day of cold sight seeing in Northern Europe in winter, I longed to return to my hotel and not have to dress up in sweats, flannels, and long underwear to be comfortable. I talked to the front desk, but this […] is of course how the computer themostat is set. Beautiful, large appointed rooms. However, many things are extra: the gym, breakfast of course, and wi-fi. I worked around the later by using the hotel lobby computer which was free of charge and mostly available for short periods. I had lovely breakfasts for 10 Euro instead at a bakery around the corner. They had a canary "Winchy" which kept me company during my meal. Les mer

Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, and great location, close to the Cathedral and underground station Room was a tiny bit hot...but otherwise difficult to fault Would heartily recommend

We could not fault this hotel. The location was perfect as it is close to the main shopping streets, Christmas markets and the cathedral. There are also museums nearby and it is possible to walk everywhere we wanted to go in a two night stay.The room was quiet, despite being centrally located and the staff were very helpful. Location is in city centre that's the best thing about this hotel It has the steepest entrance I've ever seen into a parking garage so beware if you drive anything other then a 4x4 This hotel was more like a travel lodge for 4 star money Bar small, rooms old fashioned, wellness area shared with old people's home in the ajoining building

This is primarily a couples hotel - excellent room - friendly staff - top quality restaurant - largely Italian menu - swimming pool - great town centre location - not cheao though (breakfast E22 evening meals approx E25) - we visited to see the Christmas Market which was excellent and we also took in two Art Galleries whilst we were there

Very good value. Clean and comfortable room, friendly service. The hotel is close to the central train station, Koln Cathedral (Dom), and other sites of interest. Next time I am in Germany, I will certainly consider other Lindner hotels for my stay.

Only one night but very comfortable room, all the amenities -- except would have liked to have easy access to coffee. Main train station is just 4 blocks away -- and the Dom is even closer. Beds were comfortable, shower refreshing (even a tub, which is unusual in Germany), and the front desk people were most helpful.

Hotel was incredibly convenient, a couple of minutes walk from the Dom and the Main train station. It was also very clean, great beds/bedding and room size. The hotel had a modern feel and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with our safe battery being out (they switched our room) and the TV's on the 2nd floor stopped […] working (fixed by the next morning, and the issue seemed like a fluke event). Overall we were incredibly satisfed with our stay here. The location is as good as it gets and it was incredibly comfortable. One thing to note...breakfast here is an EXPENSIVE add on, so avoid. We had no complaints at all about this hotel. I had made a mistake with my online reservation and booked a double room when I actually needed a triple...they brought in an extra bed and didn't even charge us! (So, our space was a bit cramped, but that was MY fault!) The front desk staff is excellent with hotel-related requests as well as information […] about the town. Parking is convenient - there is a garage underneath the hotel - and the rates for parking were average. The location is a quick 300 meter walk to the main part of town. The food in the hotel is pricey...we didn't eat there at all, so I can't comment on quality, but I have no doubt that it is good! We chose the cheaper, more authentic fare a couple of blocks away instead. All in all, I would say that this is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in while traveling abroad; and coupled with the fact that it is in a very fun city - I definitely recommed it! Les mer

Lindner hotel was perfect with one exception; internet access was worse than anywhere I have ever experienced. I paid for one week at 39 euros and WiFi on Apple devices failed most of the time. There were occasional times when I could connect, however, when staying at a hotel for business purposes, decent WiFi internet access is mandatory! It is a lovely hotel very close to the station, the Dom, and the main shopping streets but in a quiet street. Lovely rooms, the pool was lush and the staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay enabling if doing buisness at Koelnmesse. Close to the station only one stop to the Messe form platform 10 and right in the middle of town, perfect!

It's a good business hotel - located a 3 minute walk from the Dom and the train station. What would really improve the hotel as business hotel would be FREE wifi. It's a bit ridiculous that in 2012 wifi is seen as revenue stream as opposed to a business necessity.Anyway a good solid business hotel.
