"Great hotel- uncomfy bed"
The hotel and staff was wonderful. Good hot tub for relaxing but the bed was not comfortable.

This location is just a few (driving) minutes to Dublin. There were several excellent restaurant choices for lunch. Jeni's ice cream is a must-try! The hotel breakfast is good, not the best, but you can't beat the convenience and variety for the price. We have already booked again at this hotel.

The level of the way hotel was maintained not up to Hilton standards. Biggest issue was the swimming pool and hot tub. Both were in bad condition. Breakfast was great.

Im a profesional athlete that likes to stay at nice hotels preferably in business districts when im out of town, this Hilton Garden Inn did not disappoint, the location was exceptional. Out of the way for business and professional types, close to the beautiful town of Dublin, which by the way during this christmas time reminded me of amsterdam in the […] winter and very quiet and leisurely. The check.in was first rate, the manager was pleasant and professional, the facilities were operatiobal, first rate and clean. (i.e. Jacuzzi, pool, weight room, dining room, etc.) Ive been to many five star facilities that werent no where as impressive as this one was. I usually go to at least a four star unit and i can confidently say that this was the best facility that ive been to this year both in the US and abroad, on par service wise with Mandolay and maybe a notch lower than Bellagio, but only because of the pool size nothing else. If you like a quiet, clean, high class, remote facility with a professional touch(i.e. Office and conference settings, etc) I wouldnt hestitate one minute to constantly place my.clients at the Hilton Garden Inn in Dublin. Definitely First class. I will go back again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Les mer

Great rate, Clean, excellent neighborhood. Very nice hotel, would stay again. Lots of food choices very close by.

I am normally very happy with Hilton Garden Inn hotels but this hotel is particularly "thin-walled". Since I stayed during an off peak time, there were only about 10 rooms occupied. The hotel put all 10 rooms on one side of the hall. This meant I could hear everyone through the walls and through the linking door. I think they could have spaced out the […] guests to provide some comfort. Additionally, the pool room door was broken so you had to enter through the exercise room. The equipment was wet and dangerous to use and the exercise room was like a sauna. I understand the safety of the locking of the doors, but then something should have been done to prevent the humidity in the exercise area. The hotel staff was wonderful and very nice. Better planning on the management part would make this a better place to stay. Les mer

The hotel stay was great. The best part was they had a $6.99 breakfast buffet. This was a pleasant surprise because they had an excellent selection of hot food (bacon, eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, etc) as well as a good selection of fruit and other breakfast foods.

"Just what we wanted"
Long story short, the front desk staff was incredibly nice, the lobby itself was welcoming, the location was convenient and felt completely safe. (Oh, and nearby Dublin was perfect for an afternoon stroll.) Honestly, my only complaint was the bed. They think they're giving us an amenity with those "Sleep Number" type beds and all we got was an unadjustable, […] stiff mattress. Otherwise, we loved everything about our stay here. There are only 2 "complaints" from me. I would have liked to have had access to a shuttle, at least to and from the airport. The other would be a free continental breakfast. It was nice that there was a place to eat though. The staff were exceptionally attentive to me and making sure I had everything I needed while enjoying my breakfast. Thanks!

Enjoyed everything about our stay here at the Dublin HGI, inc. good breakfast, which you pay $9 for, but it was very good, EXCEPT maid service didn't restock toilet paper, which is a little embarrassing when you need it! My key worked erratically, but they replaced it. Nice area.

Quiet, comfortable and safe. A great stay at a very nice hotel. I plan to stay here again in May. Cost a little more than other hotels in the area, but by far, the nicest I've stayed at in the area and well worth a couple extra dollars.

On the second day of our trip, a large group of students checked into the hotel. They were allowed by the hotel management to disrupt the stay of every person in the hotel while the adults staying with this group were getting plastered in the hotel lobbey. Everything was awesome the pool/spa was great the room was clean. the only thing we found that disturbed us was in the night if the guest up above us used the bathroom the pipes in our room made a crazy noise. the comfort dial was great usually me and my wife are tossing and turning due to the mattress but this time is was quite comfy.

We were thrilled with this motel and not only would we highly recommend it, we will look for Hilton Garden hotels is other areas. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortably set up. There was both a recliner and another comfortable chair at the desk, so that we could both watch tv without sitting on the bed. The staff was courteous and very […] attentive, checking often to see if we needed anything. The wood on the furniture and the granite and tile in the bathroom was luxurious for the price we paid. I have a bad back, and the bed was the most comfortable either of us have ever had at a motel. It had individual adjustments for firmness. The breakfast is a complete buffet which you can buy, if you want. There was a wide variety of main dishes, meats, rolls, fruit and juices. Staff members were on hand to make made-to-order omelets and waffles at your request. I would much prefer to pay a modest price for this type of breakfast than to have a free breakfast that is all carbohydrates we can't eat. Les mer

We've stayed at several hotels in the Dublin area while visiting our son at OSU, and this one has been our favorite so far. It was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable, and was a 10 - 15 minute drive from campus. Service was amazing. Breakfast was a full buffet with omelets. Room clean with newspaper at the door in the morning. The shuttle took us anywhere in the city, saving us taxi money! We came back late one night and the front desk brought us bagels from the back kitchen. It was worth the money.
