Hotellet er helt greit, men litt langt unna sentrum. Man må kjøre bil eller ta en buss som kun går noen dager i uka for å komme ned til sentrum. Ligger rett ved motorveien uten at det var noe forstyrrende. Bassenget var deilig å ha, og det er jucuzzi der. Rommet var helt greit, et helt vanlig rom med kaffetrakter og micro.

"Traveling with teens"
Over spring break we stayed at several hotels, this one was very clean, the rooms were larger and breakfast was actually good. The only workout room is small though.

hotel staff friendly and curtious.room should have been bigger for a junior "suite"woke up next morning to a warm shower.can not get hot enough by the controls.the temp is preset to certain temp at the hot possition.refrigerator not cold had to put beer in freezer.sheets are 200 thread count at best.a chanel guide was there but no listing on tv had […] to flip and check like i was 85.flat screen though.asked for quiet room specificly away from not at the the rail tracks.on ground level at the ront where EVERYONE parks.door slams and all.could not leve window open again on ground floor.looked forward to breakfast after warm shower to find it very unappitizing.this was the biginning of my day before court which is why i needed room.have gotten better for less.will look elswhere next time. This was a very good place to stay and I would be happy to stay there again. The only thing that would have made me happier would be more choices in breakfast food. I like whole grain cereals and breads, bagels, etc. as well as non-fat yogurt, low sodium and low sugar and low fat foods. "what you would expect"
For the money this hotel is what you would expect. Clean and very friendly staff. If I had one complaint it is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors alarm going off in the morning. Hopefully you have to get up early.
I expected to stay at the La Quinta in SLO, but they were booked. La Quinta has nightly wine / cheese tasting, nice update rooms and is generally much nicer, for $10 less per night. The Holiday Inn is not bad, however, it is not very up to date. Still has flat screen, not LCD's. (I know that sounds picky, but for $10 more, it should be a little nicer […] than it's competitor). The beds are pretty hard and not very comfortable. Decore is fairly dated. Location is alright, backs up to a fence company - directly to the back of my room. The staff seemed pleasant and the breakfast was decent. I travel to the area monthly so ultimately, I will book earlier next time so that I can stay at the La Quinta which is surprisingly nice. Much better rooms, perks and views of the central coast wine country. Les mer

The desk staff was helpful but the housekeeper overlooked cleaning our room on the second night of the three we were in this hotel. "SEASONED TRAVELLER SAYS -DONT STAY HERE!!!"
I SPEND 4 - 5 TO FIVE DAYS A WEEK, FOR MANY YEARS, ON THE ROAD AT HOTELS SPANING FROM WORKING CLASS DIVES TO THE BEST OF VEGAS. I HAVE HAD ONLY ONE STAY AS BAD AS THIS. THIS AREA IS WINE COUNTRY. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I ARRIVED AT ABOUT 10:30 AT NIGHT TO FIND DRUNK SHIRTLESS AND SHOELESS MEN AND THEIR PARTY TYPE GIRLFRIENDS LOUDLY WANDERING THE LOBBYWITH […] BEERS IN THEIR HAND. IT SCARED THE HECK OUT OF MY GRANDCHILD. THIS WAS FOLLOWED BY 4 HOURS OF SCREAMING/ FIGHTING IN THE ROOMS AND HALLWAY OF THE ENTIRE FLOOR I WAS ON. THERE WERE ABOUT 10 OF THEM AND THE MANAGMENT DID NOT TAKE CONTROL OF THE SITUATION. AT ONE POINT I COULD NOT EVEN GET BACK TO MY ROOM. THIS WAS AFTER GOING TO THE LOBBY IN PERSON TO INSIST THAT THE MANAGEMENT CALL POLICE BEFORE I CALLED THEM MYSELF. THE POLICE WERE FINALLY CALLED AFTER 4 HOURS. WE GOT TO SLEEP ABOUT 4 IN THE MORNING. AS A RESULT,WE HAD NO SLEEP AND NO FREE BREAKFAST OR SWIMTIME FOR THE LITTLEONE. I REQUESTED THAT THE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER CALL ME TO DISCUSS THIS AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLY. Les mer

A Holiday Inn Hotel like many others. Paso Robles is a nice small town, but the hotel is not close to the centre.

The hotel was clean but the walls were not insulated so I could hear every thing my neighbor was doing, I could even tell what tv station he was watching. The bed was very stiff and gave me a back ache. I would not stay there again.

"Hard Beds, dim lighting, scratchy towels"
If you like camping- this is the place to stay. A train runs right next door. This place is in a corner next to Taco Bell, KFC and A &W. Noise and music all night long. The beds are like rock, dim lighting in the room so one cannot read and the towels scratchy. The pool is indoors.... Great place for kids who like junk food nearby.

@ holiday inn/Front offc personnel was very professional and nice; very attentive. We travelled n stayed in morro bay (anchor Inn) n we didnt even take off our clothes; wont stay thr again. we also stayd at Westin st francis for 2 days; although hotel is beautiful, front offc personnel were not as attentive as the young lady at holiday inn express.... Great deal and location. Only negative is walls are thin. Clean facility with nice indoor pool and spa. The included breakfast was great! A lot of choices; cheese omelettes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, etc. Obviously micro-cooked, but not just muffins and coffee!

This is a wonderful brand name, and the Paso Robles location is worthy of the HI Exprs brand name. Very comfortable bedding and towels, super clean, huge room, seemed brand new or at least maintained as if. As always, nice full breakfast. Front desk was able to give me phone number of Red Brick pizza (awesome) so I could order ahead, as I was arriving […] PR close to 10pm, closing time. My order was ready upon arrival: great room great pizza/beer/gelato... what more can you want after a long drive? PR hotels are not cheap, but my expectations were met and even exceeded. Les mer

Its a Holiday Inn and the accomodations were as expected, fine-not fancy. The thing that sticks out was the pleasant staff. Particularly around the breakfast room. Really friendly. We did not spend a lot of time in the room and didn't use the ppol or gym, but they looked pretty nice.

10 of us stayed here for a wine tasting weekend and it was perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff is very cool and the free breakfast is great. Loved their coffee! The only think I could complain about is the walls are thin and you can hear everything outside your room. But the beds are comfortable and I did enjoy using their gym. I found the room cooled (super hot day) before I arrived and the breakfast service was good. Simple food choice but that was what we needed as we were traveling on early in the morning. Rooms were nice very clean staff friendly, the train tracks were right behind the hotel and it was very loud every time a train came by fortunately the trains stop after midnight. Walls are thin in this hotel so be prepared to hear you neighbor.

We've stayed here before and it's a good hotel. We wanted something in the mid-price range and this worked fine. Paso is expensive on the weekends. While there are more upscale hotels in the area they were also much more expensive. Since we only needed the room to sleep, we were more than satisfied at the Holiday Inn.
