Best Western Topeka Inn & Suites - Topeka

The clerk at check in was not as friendly as he could have been. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was o.k. Gravy was very salty and lumpy. I stayed there for a conference and it was easy access to where I needed to go.

Don't expect to be blown away by this hotel, but for what I needed it was perfect. Was staying by myself so only one bed in the room and the room was very spacious. Everything appeared to be updated and I didn't have any issues. The only concern I had was that after 11 pm the main lobby closes and you have to enter through either of the side doors. […] The side entrance near my room was extremely dark at night and being a female, I did not feel safe. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would easily stay here again if in Topeka again. Can't beat the price! Les mer

The one night we stayed here was pleasant,rates were good,complimentary brkfst was nice-hot gravy/biscuits,waffles,etc...the room was clean and the room temp. was comfortable. I booked this hotel for a short business trip. The hotel was well rated and inexpensive. Upon arrival I was treated as an old frined. The room, gym, pool and buildong are in good condition and clean. The breakfast is better than average for a hotel in this price range. in myopinion this is the best hotel for the money in Topeka. Great job!

This is a very nice hotel. My only suggestion is that they get softer beds. The pool and hot tub are great.

The hotel itself isn't bad, just old and what you would probably expect for the price. The beds were very uncomfortable- I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was basically cereal and your typical toast/ pasteries, cheap coffee products ( I pretty much always stop somewhere else for a decent cup). My fiance' and I loved the room. Amazing

Everything was wonderful. However, our room was never made up after our first night. Beds were unmade and dirty towels were not picked up. We were short on washcloths because of this. The complimentary breakfasts were very nice.

We stayed in this hotel & were very impressed with it. The breakfast was the best of any of the 10 hotels we stayed in on our cross-country trip.

The hotel and staff were great! It was very clean. The ONLY complaint is: The bed was VERY HARD...firm wouldn't touch the description of the mattress!! I have been camping, slept on the ground and the ground was softer! Seriously!!

I decided to stay in Topeka because all of the hotels in Manhattan, Kansas were sold out due to the Kansas State season opener that my sister and I were attending on September 3rd. Great place to stay for the cost! Everything looked good and was good. Appreciated the continential breakfast with many choices (was so much better than a higher price competitor was).

The hotel was a decent place to stay. It was based on older wood construction and not the new concrete design, so the noise of people walking down the hall may have been a little louder than the others. But overall not bad. The location was fine. It was not really close to anything but Topeka is such a small town it does not matter. You can drive 5-10 […] minutes and be where you need to be. It is a fine cheap hotel. Would definetly stay here again. The room was a litte warm when I checked in but it was 103 outside too! Cooled down nicely by bedtime. Staff very nice, hotel very clean. Bed could have been a little softer but still slept fine.

We were very pleased with the quality and price of this hotel. The location was right off the interstate so easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

For the price, this is a really good hotel. Our bed was very hard and the pillows are tiny. Water pressure in the shower was bad. However, it was really easy to find and get around Topeka from this location. I would stay here again if I need too.

This was the cleanest and best maintained room we have stayed in in quite a while!!

My wife and I stayed here on a buisness trip. We arrived during a mini-blizzard in mid February. The hotel was very easy to find. Check in was a snap. The only complaint was that we were on the 2nd floor with an outside temp of -10-15, hence the bathroom was a little cold. We just shut the door and had a peasefull night but there must have been an open […] vent above our unit. Low water pressure was another minor issue, but the water was hot. The breakfast was nice and check out was fast and friendly. The pool looked inviting but we were in a hurry and didn't get a chance to take advantage of it. Les mer

It was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I could hear every step the people above me made and every sound of people coming down the hallway. I slept really badly and was very disappointed. The room was clean and well put together, but I could have gotten that at other hotels.

Parking was too small and crowded with construction trucks and trailers that took up several parking spaces. Water pressure was next to nothing and there was a loud and annoying sound coming from the shower/plumbing. WIFI was down during stay. Some positives... room was clean and spacious. Had all the accommodations that one would expect.

The front desk clerk was so helpful suggesting restaurant options. Good experience.

Great service by wonderful people!!! Easy access from main highway! Breakfast was super! Only negative was heavy-footed person in room above for about 5 minutes or so.

We were going to Kansas State University for a football game. We had a 4.5 hour drive, and were so happy to find that the hotel was right off the highway and that our reservation was acknowledged and our room was ready. The hotel is right off I-70 and really close to the zoo, so its great for people traveling through town. The hotel seemed really new. Although I did not get to enjoy the pool, it did look clean and well kept. Breakfast was ready right at 6 am, and had a nice variety of fruit, pastries, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. […] For the price, it was a great value! Les mer

My stay was good except for an incident of noise. I was on the ground floor and around 11pm whoever was above me started pounding on the floor. It sounded like someone jumping. Kids perhaps?? It woke me up and lasted until 12am.
