Pent og bra vedlikeholdt hotell. Ingen barn som løper rundt, så det er gjo et pluss om du vil ha litt fri fra hylende unger. 15 års aldersgrense. Fine og rene svømmebasseng. Fin hage som ble trimmet hele tiden. Det ble vasket morgen og kveld. Det eneste minuset for meg var at det var litt for lytt mellom rommene. Kunne lett høre når naboen såg på TV […] eller åpnet/lukket en dør. Eller om noen snakket i gangene. Stranden utenfor hotellet burde bli ryddet litt oftere. Ingen gratis solsenger på stranden fra hotellet. Bra sted for rolige dager med kjæresten Les mer

Hotellet ligger meget bra plassert midt paa stranden i Kamala beach. Bassenget ligger vis a vi stranden slik at de som liker a veksle paa aa vaere i sjonen eller i havet faar det til. Brukbart hyggelig betjening. Vi var ihvertfall heldige med rommet da vi fikk sjoutsikt og utsikt til bassenget. Stedet har mange forskjellige dybder paa bassengene saa […] de som har barnefamiler har noe aa veksle paa. Dette hotellet ligger sammen med sunwing hotellet og vi brukte fasilitetene paa begge hotellene. Minus er at airconditon braaker mye. Les mer

We were greeted with smiles and a drink and then it got better as they upgraded our room to a beautiful view of one of 4 pools. The beach took about 7 minutes to walk to but we chose to go further down the beach to the right to more open areas with less people. The hotel had great food but the buffet is not worth it. Eat out at the beach front restaurant […] where you can hear the ocean and eat great Thai food for $5 US per plate. There is a small town nearby that has a great spa, Oasis, that had a 2 for one 5 hour spa for just $130, for two! There are shops, a 7-Eleven, and several restaurants there as well. The Italian one, run by a Italian guy who had the best crust on his pizza that we ever tasted. The pools were great and they give new beach towels each day. The swim up pool bar was great in the late afternoons. We spent 7 days there and had a wonderful time. We even took a shuttle from the hotel into a larger town h=nearby for shopping. Les mer

The room was dirty and we felt very uncomfortable during our entire stay. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they switched our room upon request to another room that was slightly cleaner than the unacceptably dirty room we were originally given. Everything about this hotel is inconvenient. It is huge and there is only free Wi-Fi in the lobby. […] In this day and age, that is unacceptable. Don't be fooled by the photos. This place is nothing like what is advertised. This hotel ruined my stay in Phuket entirely. Les mer

We stayed at 2 hotels in Kamala. The Kamala Beach Resort was our absolute favorite. The property is huge and there are so many restaurants right on the beach to go to. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff was awesome. I've never reviewed a hotel I've stayed at before, but this place deserves the credit. We did not know what to expect when we booked at the Kamala Beach Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that the property had a nice beachfront and it was quiet. The main issues that we had was with the staff because it was rare to find someone who spoke english and understood what we needed.

We arrived on December 30 - obviously a very busy time of year. The staff simply could not cope. The front desk staff were pleasant, but did not offer the service or welcome you would normally expect in Thailand. Breakfast was chaos with dirty tables, no-one to seat guests, no-one to serve coffee etc. The staff appeared to be poorly trained and managed. […] The pool areas were also too crowded during the first few days. The beach was a zoo with rows and rows of tatty beach beds. I'm sure the Kamala Beach was once quite beautiful, but it has been over commercialised and has lost its charm. To be fair, the hotel became calmer after a few days and things improved, but I would still not class it as 4*. For example, if you wanted your sheets changed you had to unmake the beds yourself - I don't recall ever having to do this in a hotel. Overall it was a disappointing stay. Les mer

This hotel definitely does not live up to it's 4* rating. We arrived on December 30, possibly the busiest time of the year and the staff just couldn't cope. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service in Thailand before. It did get better as the hotel became less busy, but the service was still below the norm for this country. The room […] was fine, but the quality of the bed and linen very poor. The beach would have been beautiful, but the aggressive commercialistion has spoiled it. It is just rows and rows of sun beds, with massage beds and restaurants behind. We did find a few good restaurants there and in Surin Beach. I would not recommend this hotel or the area if you want clean, unspoiled beauty and good service. Les mer

Great Staff ! very well laid out resort. Make sure to explore the cafes and bars in and around the resort. May be they could do with a better signage...all in all a good 4 star experience

Real good hotel with good facilities。 near the beach, had a pleasant stay!

The room looked very nice. There were different rooms I had a sliding glass door for entrance/ exit. My door looks out to the pool. The resort had many pools. My friends and I were in the area that had no kids. Which was great how they arranged that. The area I stayed had two pools and walking distance to the beach where it had shops, cafe/ restaurants, […] and spas (that is not part of the resort). The resort had its own spa, restaurant, and mini shop. Very friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend people to stay here. I had problem with my lock and hot water and they came and fixed the problem. Les mer

Our stay at the Kamala Beach Hotel and Resort was really lovely in fact we are thinking of bringing our whole family there again next December, if there are availabilities as we would like to be married in Phuket We just wanted to bring to your attention that a few of our articles had gone missing from our room, which were gifts, all clothing for our […] daughters, they included bathers, underwear, a couple of dresses and a couple of tops all for children/teens At first, we thought we had left behind our purchases at a bar or the market, however it wasnt until we returned home that we realised exactly what was missing and we could not help but think that at times we would have the do not disturb sign on our room, to return to cleaners in the room As I said above, everything about the resort was lovely, and we can't wait to return, but it was concerning to have happen, and thought the resort should be aware of this Kind Regards Les mer

Location, location, location sums it all up - the resort is right on the beach so you can easily enjoy the beach but close enough to Patong etc to sightsee. The resort itself is lovely & has the added features of a minimart, atm on site & free wifi in the lobby. Prices aren't too bad in the hotel & in some instances like cocktails were cheaper then […] outside. The hotel supplies towels too that you can take anywhere. Each night they have live music by the pool which is a great way to relax. The staff are very friendly & always had a welcoming smile & hello. You can eat in the resort in their open resturant by the beach (we never did) or choose from the many options on the beach or the main street behind the beach. We couldn't beat eating by the beach every time & ended up having our favourite local spot - Boom Bar (to the right about 50m from the resort) due to the staff. Also the massage ladies opposite & roti lady were the best. You must have a banana & chocolate roti pancake (very addictive). We were here in the first week of the peak season so it was still a little quiet & started to pick up during the week, with more stalls opening up on the beach. Massages, pedicures, manicures are great value - $8-10AUD each. On the Friday there is a great little local market outside the resort - with great food options. Tours we used the lady in the resort lobby - which was easy & could pay all at once on our credit card. Fantasea you can walk to from the resort. Every other tour picked us up from the resort. Patong - the hotel provides daily transfers to & from (day option & a night option) - book early as once full they don't do more. After visiting Patong we were so glad we booked at Kamala Beach as Patong was too full on for us. All in all a lovely resort whose location setting gives its top rating for us & we definitely recommend it, particularly if you want to experience Phuket but away from the hustle & bustle of Patong. I stayed at this resort with my 2 kids....ages 22 and 24! The food was excellent, the rooms were terrific, the staff and surrounding were topnotch. Everything was so clean and well kept up that we were all very impressed. The evening meal was also great and the trio that played during dinner made the meal even better. This resort in Kamala Beach is really right on the beach and also convenient to go into town for a little local eating. The staff was wonderful. Even though it was the low season, they still have all the events and entertainment.

Staffs are very friendly with great smiles. Real beach front location. Once you step out of the hotel, your feet already in the sands and waves. Beach front fools with lots of spaces. Good dining with almost the same price as the restaurants outside. Good massage place also with almost the same price as outside. Very quite. No children are allowed in […] this fascility. Actually they have their twin resort just next to this designated for families with children. Good Gym. In house mini mart for beers and every other things with almost the same price as outside. The only problem is you need to pay 300THB (10USD) for Taxi, one way, for night out to Putong for great dinning and big shopping. Les mer

This resort was perfect and is exactly as described! I got this place for a bargain and well worth the price paid. Ideal if you are wanting a nice relaxing spot that is not in the centre of all the craziness in Patong with a lovely beach. But can easily get to Patong in 15mins. Fantasea show (a must see!) across the road.

Removed from the noice of the towns, surrounded by mountains, across the street from Fanta Sea (a cultural show and fair grounds of sort which I highly recommend, especially if you want to get your photo with baby tigers), beautifyul pool setting, nice staff, lots of conveniences.

Overall a good experience at the Kamala Resort . Great clean pools, relaxing environment with plenty of space to escape other guests and enjoy quiet time. Beach was close and beautiful! Only a short taxi ride to Pa Tong but far enough to escape that city feeling. Food at the restaurant was amazing and the staff were fantastic. Front desk was a little […] rude at times and everything did have a hidden cost which was abit of a downer. Guests aren't allowed to stay and it was a headache to even let them join you in the pools. After spending a week in the hustle and bustle of Patong, we retreated to the Kamala Beach Resort for the final 3 days of our Thailand trip. It was a good move and we could have stayed a lot longer. Kamala Beach Resort has everything for a relaxing holiday. The swimming pools are superb. If you don't want to pay restaurant prices, cheap food and drinks […] are available along the beachfront. The Kamala Beach Resort is a top notch resort and well worth the prices found on Hotels.com. Overall very peaceful location with wonderful pristine swimming pools in a picturesque tropical setting. It is as close to the beach as you can get - only a sidewalk between it and the sand. Filled with helpful staff and excellent massage facilities that charge […] the same as those off site. There is an awesome on site diving company and a well stocked mini-mart. It is extremely accommodating for families as there is a separate section for those with children under 15. There is a wonder restaurant and bar (recommend packages that include the breakfast buffet). Free WiFi is available in the lobby and for a small charge also in individual rooms. The Kamala Beach area is extremely quiet and is just the opposite of the busy Patong area (which is easily accessible by bus or taxi). Highly recommend this resort if you want a quiet stay that is well worth what you pay for. Les mer

The hotel was amazing. They upgraded us to a suite, the room was huge! Everyone was really friendly. They are right across the street from Fantasea, which was a ton of fun to go see! Dancing elephants, baby tigers... It was awesome. The food at the hotel was great, the location quiet. You can walk just outside the hotel and there are a ton of very cheap, […] very yummy restaurants right on the ocean, plus a little shopping bazaar. We stayed in Patong beach after this and hated it. Service hôtelier est d'une grande qualité, Ils sont toujours très souriant, , serviable, à tout faire pour satisfaire nos désirs ou demandent. Cependant l'entretien était fait correctement par le personnel de nettoyage, mais la chambre était très humide et tout le linge de lit ne sentait pas bon ainsi que les linges toilettes qui ne parvenait pas à […] sécher. En plus la douche était bouchée et le bord du sol était tout moisi. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour. Les mer

靠近海滩，虽然离闹市有点远，对于只喜欢沙滩阳光的旅客就是个完美的选择

Das hotel war sehr gut hatte einen schönen strand. das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist das die zimmer nicht nach thailändischem standart gereinigt wurden mit deko etc. und das der vorhang ziemlich viel schimmel hatte. aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Cet Hôtel est très bien, seul bémol le prix des petits dèj vraiment excessif.... Mais il y a possibilité de trouver moins cher à proximité. la plage est trés belle, la mer propre est agréable... Impeccable pour se reposer. Il manque d'animation pour des ados mais les Kris tuks sont là pour nous emmener oú l'on souhaite.

The hotel is right at the beach. You can sit in the restaurant and listen to waves 50 from you. Kamala is quite a nice place, in my opinion one of the best in Phuket. It's perfect for a honeymoon or just a romantic vacation.

Täällä palvelu pelaa ja rauhallisuus valtaa. Loistavaa tämä lapseton hotellivaihtoehto. Oli loistavat pari viikkoa. Vähän pitkä matka golfkentälle, 30min.
