Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

"My laptop stolen"
I went to the hotel and loved everything EXCEPT that when I checked out I left my laptop in the room and realized this later that night. I called 3 times asking if it had been found and was lied to because it was obviously stolen from an employee there. How pathetic. That had EVERYTHING of mine on there. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT

Room was a little on the small side, but overall we were happy with our stay."Cozy" came to mind when I saw the room. We were in Dallas to shop, so we weren't in the room much anyway. Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was good, too.

I sawn this hotel and thought it would be nice. Got to the hotel, check in was long, the room was not how it was stated in the pictures and description of the room. My shoes were stolen, breakfast was horrible. Don't pick this hotel. Very bad deal.
Great people at the desk. Room was very clean and the bed as comfortable as I have had in any hotel in months. You do not have to worry about this one. It will be clean, comfy and quiet.

Clean & simple, effective and affordable. You probably can't beat the price for this hotel in Dallas metro area. Okay, rooms are small and don't expect to be pampered. But it had everything I needed in a room. It was clean, comfortable, high speed wireless internet, hot shower, comfortable bed.

I was very surprised at the quality of the hotel considering the price. Very good value. Even their continental breakfast was surprising...belgian waffles, etc. Room was large. The TV/cable was very much lacking, however that might be the local cable company

otel is off reeway, ask for room on backside to help with noise or run the fan all night. Okay neighborhood, but right behind was a Walmart close by. Freewya is under construction but still easy to find.
"Quality hotel for low cost"
The service was great. I ended up having to stay for two extra nights, and I had no difficulty acquiring the same room. The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near Walmart.

Room looked as if it was cleaned every 10th guest. Linen looks dirty, bathtowels slightly thicker than paper towels, and walls are so thin you can hear spoken words from opposite end of the hotel. Asked desk clerk for extra bath towels and they acted as if I was going to pull off the great towel heist of the century, even after explaining it took every […] one to dry my hands after washing them. "Porno Infestation"
This was our second stay here. In short, we were very disgusted with our stay the second time. We checked in late at night and requested sheets for the pull out sofa, but the nightstaff man kept telling us to go check and see if they were in the room. While I searched the room for bedsheets for the kids, my wife pulled out the sofa to reveal huge pee […] stains all over the mattress. As she is finding pee stains, I'm finding about 15 hardcore porno movies inside some hidden cabinet compartment. We wanted to just leave, but it was too late at night to start looking elsewhere. I brought the nightman up to show him and without saying much other than "sorry" in broken English, we were given another room. A downgraded room nonetheless, but anything was an improvement. You would expect a phone call or some kind of an apology from somebody in management, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything and doubt I ever will. Les mer

I had a great stay there. The room was really clean. The hotel was clean. I had planned on staying only one night but like it so well that I stayed another night. It was right off a major Interstate. The surrounding area was nice, close to different eating places and shopping.

I stayed at this location in Garland. Its more of a location or a hotel for truckers to kind of stop and rest. You really get what your money pays for. When I booked the hotel, I booked it for an "Elegant Suite" I also and a relative that booked the same suite. Her suite was exactly what was on the internet, however, when I got to my room, it was a […] standard room and the receptionist tells me that there is nothing they can do about it. I was surprised at the size of the room. It was much larger than what you would normally find in a Microtell. The lighting was bright, the room was clean and the hotel appears to be newer. If was also very quite which is always something I like.

"rude hotel and staff"
I checked in to the hotel with three people in a double queen room. The next morning two of the people went down to get breakfest the lady behind the desk yelled at them because they were making three plates . She told them they could not take it to the room and if they had three plates they would be charged extra because she only had two in that room. […] They left the food and went back to the room. I had three room keys at check in and three when i made the reservation on-line however when i checked my account later she had indeed charged an extra 10.00 for that one plate that was never even touched. I would never recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy ! Les mer
"Pleasant Experience at a Budget Price"
We were pleased with the facility and the staff. The room was ready and comfortable. Our stay was extended for a second night and the staff was very resposnive to needs.

tiny room, paper thin walls, no coffee pot in the room........was kept up until 3 am with people in the next room( must have been a dozen people) and I could hear every word they said all night......awful . then I get up & NO COFFE POT in the room !!! couldn't believe it !! Wont ever stay at a Microtel again !!

If you are looking for a place to just get away or stay for the night at a cheap rate, this is the hotel for you. It is convenient for short stays only. I wouldn't recommend it for more than an overnight stay.

"Dallas-Garland Suburb Microtel"
I was very pleased with the price for their Elegant Suite, which included a sofa, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It was also in walking distance of several restaurants. The continental breakfast was more than expected with a variety of hot and cold items. I highly recommend this hotel.

"Microtel / Garland - affordable room"
The hotel was nice enough. It has obviously been re-modeled recently and the remodel was fair. Some things are a little awkward in the bathrooom (ie... a telephone jack in the bathroom right over the toilet paper holder?). Overall, for the money, the room was nice and comfortable. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Breakfast had waffles which were good. […] It seemed a little understaffed, but that would explain the lower price on the room. Les mer

When we checked into this hotel on June 28, 2011, we discovered the bed unmade. We called downstairs to inform them. They were very apologetic, and immediately upgraded our room. From that point on, customer service was immpeccable.
