Bra hotell med god frokost i amerikansk målestokk. Hotellet ligger ikke langt fra forskjellige fasiliteter, men disse fasilitetene passer nok best for folk med småbarn. Dette gjenspeilte seg også i folkene som bodde der. Veldig hyggelig personale.

Litt slitt men helt greit med tanke pa pri/beliggenhet for oss. Vil komme tilbake ved samme arrangemang senere. Ok for overnatting.

I booked this room because of the location to Disneyland and it was a reasonable price for a weekend trip. After spending hours at the park, arrived at the hotel to find there was no available parking spots and valet was full/closed. I went to check in and was informed I could park across the street at the Target and then move my car later. There were […] several events going on that were letting out so we parked in the lot of a nearby restaurant. The hotel supervisor gave us 2 free breakfast tickets for the inconvenience. The hotel was quite beautiful for a 31/2 star hotel. The large outside pool was heated. The front desk staff were very helpful at finding us a place to go out at night. The room was immaculate. We were missing some things in our room. There was only one robe in our executive suite and we did not have any caffeinated coffee. We also could not find a […] bar tender at the bar. We were told he is the only bar tender and was somewhere else so we left. We really wanted a drink before we went out to dinner. The breakfast including omlets made to order was terrific for $5.00 apiece. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Les mer

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. For the price range, we thought the hotel was excellent. Upon arriving, the outdoor valet was courteous and greeted us with a smile. Front desk, very friendly and personable. I almost always go through at least 3 rooms before being satisfied with the one issued by the front desk, but first room here - perfect! […] Clean, comfortable, nice view and quiet. Again, I believe it is important to review based on the category in which the establishment falls. It is not the Four Seasons, but it is freshly renovated, quite tastefully I add, comfortable, squeaky clean and quiet. After unpacking we wondered around the establishment. All areas very clean and tastefully comfortable. We enjoyed their use of water features and gardens, very relaxing. The pool area was very nice, crystal clean and the hot tub HOT! Enjoyed the pool area very much throughout our stay. Meeting family at Disneyland. Wow - free shuttle! On time, nice driver, great! Parking, no problem for us. It is a big lot and I guess I can see how some would find the walk to the hotel from their car a bit long, but for us, no problem! Free parking, nice walk, easy! Pretty trees, good lighting, felt safe day & night in the parking lot. We travel A LOT, and I must say, within its category, we loved this place and will definitely stay there again. Time to leave. My partner: "Did you check everywhere?" Me: Yes of course, I even looked under the bed!" Partner: "Your sure? Me: Yes, lets go. Arrived home to realize I left my power cord plugged in at the desk in the hotel room. I called the hotel and they sent it FedEx to me the next day. $12 resort fee. Meh, no big deal, but I agree with others that I would rather just have it in the cost already instead of finding out about it at check in. Must feel awkward for the front desk to have to let the guests know about it at that time as well. I reserved a One Queen Bed w/ Kids Bunk Bd room for 3 nights at Crowne Plaza Resort Anaheim Hotel; when arrived at hotel, I was told that for any reason they didn't hold my reservation and they sold my room and unfortunately have no more same rooms at that time, imagine the situation at that moment .... however after few minutes discussion and waiting […] they apologize for this inconvenience and offer me a upgraded room for the same price .... we get a great suite, much more bigger, much more comfortable and much more nicer !!! I appreciate the support of Laura (hotel front desk attendant) for her great support converting a frustration on a very good experience. Les mer

"DISNEY VACATION"
This hotel was great. It has a shuttle that runs every half hour at no charge if you are staying at the hotel. The hotel is clean and we had a chance to meet the Hotel manager and regional manager. "Great Place, Worse Parking"
This was a great place to stay, Its right in the heart of Disneyland... The parking was a nightmare. The parking is in the waaaaayyy back of the hotel and if you have tired kids or allot of lugage its a real pain... the last night that we were there, there was TWO weddings in the ballrooms and the HOtel made it right and comped out Valet parking. Other […] then that the Hotel was great, the pool was great, except they state that they have pool side dining. they have menues but I never saw a Pool attendant or a waiter. Great place though.. i would stay there again if I was ever going back to Disney. ( but I will not go to Disney ever again, one and done) Les mer

Hotel did not have enough parking. All parking in front was blocked off for valet. Parking was in far rear of hotel and there was no door to enter from thr back. I had to walk all the way around to the front with all my luggage. Seems to me valet employees sholud use the rear as they get paid to park. I paid for the hotel and have to walk to park??? […] Then to top it off, I was charged $12.00 per night per room for parking, exercise room, business center and Disney shuttle of which I used none of. I will never stay at a hotel that charges hidden fees and fails to disclose it until after you arrive. Les mer

Loved the hotel room! The bed was super comfortable yet, I'll never stay at this hotel again due to the lack of parking. Every night we were there we had to drive around the entire hotel looking for a spot finally having to park a half mile away. After a long day at the Disney the last thing I want to do is walk some more and pretty far. You can valet […] your car for $16 a night. We complained to the front desk, but they didn't seem to care. Everything was fine except we had intermitent TV reception over the 3 days we were there. This is our third time to stay there.

I would have given this hotel 5 billion stars if the water worked every night & if they had microwaves either in the room or lobby. It rained & I needed soup (which I had), but I wasn't go to pay $50 to rent a microwave! Otherwise, gorgeous hotel & great staff!

"Great experience in Garden Grove"
We had a great time and all went well. You can see my additional information at the top of this page. We love the Crowne Plaza and it will our place to stay when we go to Disneyland and Angel games forever. Thanks Crowne for making our stay the greatest.

everything was wonderful with the exception of the north staircase (which i used instead of the elevator) there was a pile of cigarette butts and it was awful smelling. I'm glad my room was not in that corridor.

For the price - Crowne Plaza was a good deal, but if I was looking for a more luxurious quiet place, it wouldn't be here. Our room was clean and had a comfy chair (no couch), but the water pressure in the shower was pretty lame. There was a 32" flat scereen TV that worked fine for the channels it got, but it only got about 1/2 the channels it was supposed […] to get. I complained to the front desk about it, and they said that my section of the hotel had cable problems, and offered to put us in another room, but my wife and I were there for 6 days and had already unpacked a ton of stuff, and didn't want to go through packing and unpacking again. Another negative was the parking. It's shared with the Marriott next door and is in the back of the hotel, the closest space about 300 yards from the nearest entrance, which is pretty far when your walking in the rain and schlepping your bags or children. They offer valet parking for what I thought was an exhorbitant fee, but the valet was nowhere to be found after midnight. Also, I was there on business, so the plethora of little screaming kids running around was kind of annoying, but not unexpected, as the hotel is only a couple of miles from Disneyland. On the plus side, the rooms had refrigerators (no microwave), the A/C rocked, and there were real light bulbs in the lamps - not those squiggly ones that don't put out enough light to see by. There was also free high speed internet in the rooms (wireless only in the lobby). We didn't eat in the restaurant, but it looked OK. We also didn't use the pool (we were there in December). If you are a family, looking for an inexpensive place near Disney, and don't mind waking forever to get to your car, then this is the place for you. Les mer

"Good Hotel Awful Parking"
We have stayed here a number of times while visiting Disneyland. We always get a nice, comfortable room. The Parking is another story. You have to walk out back, all the way AROUND the biulding. There is no guarantee you will even find one of the way too narrow parling spaces and when you do it is usually all the way at the far end of a very long lot. […] One night we had to park in the lot reserved for the next hotel over. All this and you have to pay way too much for the privelege of trekking around the lot in the rain. Also, the bathtub in our room had several spots where it had rusted through the enamel and looked disgusting. We will probably stay again in spite of these problems.
