Enkelt og bra hotell i Europeisk stil (les: litt shabby), meget sentralt. Hyggelig betjening, rent og ikke spesielt lytt. Veldig bra valuta for pengene. Anbefales!

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til med kort vei til det meste. Komfortabelt, rent og god service. Gratis vinsmaking og nakkemassasje ved siden av resepsjonen fra 17-18 (meget praktisk etter en hektisk dag med sightseeing og shopping). :-)

Et fint og rent hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Ingenting negativt å si om hotellet, men nabolaget har en del uteliggere i noen kvartaler ned mot sentrum. Opplevde derimot ikke noe ubehagelig. Det er også svært kort vei ned til sentrumsområdet og Market street, og taxi er veldig billig slik at man slipper å gå på kveldstid. Fint hotell i forhold til hvor billig det var!

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt både for shopping og opplevelser i San Francisco. Vi trivdes svært godt der, og vil sannsynligvis vurdere hotellet neste gang vi skal til San Francisco. Hotellet er litt slitt, men rent og hyggelig. Personellet er ikke overhjelpsomme, men tar man kontakt og spør om hjelp så hjelper de deg!

"Scenic Location, Friendly Staff"
The trip was for business and I hope to come back with my family. Beautiful and convenient area. Wish I could have spent more time there.
Loved it. Great location. Calm, quiet and clean. The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was fantastic and very relaxing. The outside deck was beautiful. Overall, it was a lovely little getaway and I would go back in an instant.

In the small but mighty upscale "downtown" of Tiburon next to shops, fine restaurants and the ferry. Great views of Angel Island, San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Outstanding breakfast provided in room. Bicycles available for client use with abundant good bike paths in town. Auto parking provided in safe public lot.

Best kept secret in Tibron/San Francisco. Delightful and scenic. Impressive view with excellent decor. Brian on the front desk goes above and beyond. If you want the beauty of San Francisco but prefer a quiet setting, Waters Edge is a great choice.

"Truly the Water's Edge-Awesome!"
We had a great visit to the Water's Edge Hotel in Dec. 2011. We told them it was our 20th anniversary and they upgraded us to the front room overlooking the bay. We were feet away from the boats in the harbor decorated for xmas and enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset, water, and SF skyline in the distance. Our room came with complimentary wine and […] chocolates, fluffy white bathrobes, and a sitting area and private patio. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning. The bed was comfy and we truly felt relaxed. Dinner at the Caprice was delicious and the midweek special made it affordable. A great romantic getaway. It is right next door to the ferry station and no ferries came in while we were there, but that might change our opinion if it got really crowded or loud. Les mer
"Luxury across the street"
The Waters Edge Hotel was just down the street from my company's Christmas party, and as such allowed me to really enjoy the party. The room was beautifully appointed, with a fireplace setup with wood and kindling, ready to light. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My only complaint was that I couldn't move in and just live there.
The only issue I had was very poor cellphone coverage in my room, and their Internet was down first night as well, next day it was spotty. Their breakfast is wonderful!

Chose the hotel because of its proximity to our wedding reception location. Was the perfect place to settle into after all of the hectic wedding activities. Enjoyed the fireplace, view of San Francisco across the bay, and the relaxing compimentary breakfast in our room the next day.

wanted to stay on the water outside san francisco for a change, did not regret this decision. waters edge is a beautiful botique hotel, fireplace in most rooms, spectacular views back towards the city, free parking just around the corner. no reason not to enjoy a stay here, would highly recommend to anyone looking for somthing outside the sf city but […] within reasonable drive time to enjoy both. "Beautiful Tiburon"
Waters Edge Hotel in Tiburon was our last stop before returning home from our 10th Anniversary vacation. We told the concierge this, and lo there was a little bottle of wine with a congratulatory card waiting for us in our room. We enjoyed it on the deck as we watched the Golden Gate Bridge slip into and out of the fog across the water. When the evening […] chill got to us, we finished up the bottle in front of our fireplace. Our bed was oh so comfy with the poofiest down pillows. The bathroom was slightly awkward with extra room near the tub and not quite enough room at the sink. The countertops did not flatter the rest of the room, and there was mildew on the caulk between the tub and floor, but these minor shortcomings were not deal breakers for us. Tiburon is now one of our favorite places, and Waters Edge Hotel is in the best possible location. There are restaurants to the right and left with decks and great views. We ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant (snotty hostess, average food, BEST-EVER chips and salsa) and dessert a little later at the Italian place (kindly waiter, slow service, delicious food). There is a little candy shop, too, with house-made fudge (try the salty caramel!) and a very sweet lady behind the counter. There are so many shops to snoop around in, including a nice little thrift store and a tiny little movie theater. Walking along the clean, well-manicured shoreline, snapping photos and enjoying the views, was definitely worth the trip. Our only regret is not staying another night or two. Upon arriving at Waters Edge, stop in front and get a parking pass from the concierge, and he will direct you to the parking lot just around the corner. It's about $12 per night for guests and charged to the room. Les mer
"Water's Edge Hotel enjoyable stay"
Small and quaint hotel on the water. Our room had a fireplace, sitting area, private deck and spectacular views of Angel's Island, Alcatraz and San Francisco. It was so much better than we expected, we didn't want to leave. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We had arrived from Boston after a long day of traveling and they were extremely helpful […] with planning the rest of our trip, and even gave us a bottle of wine from their cocktail reception as we arrived towards the end. We got this hotel last minute and were more than pleased. Bryan at the front desk was amazing. It is a really nice hotel on a quaint little Main St with great views. Great place to stay! On the water's edge on the main street in Tiburon. Has fantastic views of San Francisco from the decks. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Loved the evening cheese & wine reception and especially liked the breakfast delivery in the room. Great location and would highly recommend
"Great Boutique Hotel"
The Waters Edge in Tiburon is wonderfully located, with great service by people who are delighted to be helpful. That includes a continental breakfast delivered to your room. My room was lovely. The only possible improvement would be more powerful light bulbs...but that defies "green" logic. I'd return in a flash and highly recommend this hotel.

A relaxing spot tucked just a stone's throw away from SF. The little town of Tiburon offered us a relaxing,warm, and comfortable room. Right at the harbors edge, overlooking the SF bay and Angel Island , this gem surprised us with great hospitality, a delicious breakfast, (included in rate), an awesome view! It was a nice place to stay before taking […] the ferry over to Angel Island to backpack for a few days. "Perfect Escape"
In the middle of Tiberon or Sangri-La, overlooking the City, you can't find a better location or property to wind down and relax. We spent a day hiking Muir Woods and Mt. Tam, finally enjoying lunch in Stinson Beach, perfect.

"Lovely Romantic Getaway"
My partner and I attended a wedding in San Francisco but decided to stay one night in Marin Country so we could have a romantic evening of our own. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and offered to bring us complimentary wine and cheese and crackers to our room, even though we had just missed the hotel's happy hour (which takes place in the lobby). […] We thoroughly enjoyed our snack, sitting in front of the fire we built in the fire place in our room with the complimentary starter log. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean from our room- and from the hotel deck on which we ate the large and delicious complimentary breakfast delivered to our room the next morning. The Water's Edge is a great place to get away for the weekend or a nice spot to stay in while visiting the Bay Area. It is refreshing to stay on the water and right in the middle of a fun little downtown.

Strongly recommend this place. It is right next to and excellent restaurant, has a marvelous deck overlooking SF Bay with a view of SF in the distance, right next to the ferry landing. Staff was excellent. Never drove the care once.

Everything was wonderful , from the complimentary breakfast to the views were beyond our expectations. We plan on returning and will stay here again. Beautiful surrounding area, quiet peaceful close to everything you'd want to see and do in San Francisco. Slept so well, it was so cozy and quaint. The hotel is right in the middle of the town and everything could be accessed on foot. The view from the deck was stunning. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a great place to stay.

Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast (delivered to room.) Fab location near good eatery (next door!). View over the bay. Only complaint was it was a bit noisy. Easy access to ferry to San Francisco & Angel Island - good place to spend a day.

The Water's Edge is a cute little hotel with unbeatable views of San Francisco, Angel Island and the bay. Coffee in the morning or wine at night on the deck is an experience that really shouldn't be missed. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. "Great San Francisco Getaway"
The Waters Edge in Tiburon is a great hotel for those who want warmer weather than San Francisco with an awesome waterfront location. We literally park the car and don't drive again until we leave. The Ferries to San Francisco and Angel Island are right next to the hotel, as well as, several outstanding restaurants.

ankom godt traette efter 13 timers flyvtur og blev budt hjertelig velkommenville nomalt ikke benytte hotel da vore soen og sviredatter bor ca 2oom derfra men vi ankom 7personer saa der var ikke plads hos dem ,men vi vil helt klart bestille hos jer igen,hvis der bliver behov,dejligt at fa serveret morgenmod paa terressen og kigge ud overe vandet og foele […] at det kun var os det drejede sig om,saa vores ophold har kun vaeret en nydelse Les mer
