When you are abroad, one thing you wish more is a confort sleep after being around all day. Despite the low quality and camping-like cuttlery of the morning breakfast (I hate seeing in the USA the disrespect for the environment due to paper and plastic cups and plates -which is alright for take-away food but sounds strange for a hotel). Beds and rooms […] are nice, it is a pity they disregard service at breakfast and everything is so industrial and bland. American attitude has to change in this regard. Les mer

I was plenty surprised when we arrived. A lot of hotels have pictures but they are never as nice in person. This hotel was beautiful, very clean, closely located to both casinos. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late on a Saturday night. The first night wasn't so good: grumpy staff, room not so clean, sofa bed could not be used it was so uncomfortable. The second night we moved to a better room, much cleaner. The staff from the morning of the second day on was great! They were professional, very friendly, very helpful and while some things went amiss […] they kept their heads and handeled the situation excellently. Sooo that is why it was a strange mix of not so great and really good! The one thing I think they ABSOLUTELY MUST CHANGE IS THE STYROFOAM CUPS AND PLATES!!! Really!!! It is impossible to get a 4 star rating using styrofoam cups and plates!!! With that said while I would skip the breakfast as long as they use styrofoam (and I did other than the apples) I would recommend this hotel as a child friendly hotel. and would likely return. Can't miss place. Indoor pool, hot breakfast, big comfy rooms. Reasonable rates. My team even thought some of the girls who worked there were cute. Only drawback is not walking distanc to anything bu do offer 24 hour shuttle

It was enjoyable and comfortable; the price was great. The room was clean though the carpets had a couple of stains. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The only thing I found difficult was setting the thermostat; it read 71F but it felt like 68; I tried to turn the fan off but it was automatic so if I increased the […] temperature, of course the fan came on but the air felt cold even though the room got warmer slowly when we set it at 75F. It was confusing but we were able to raise the temperature to a comfortable level for sleeping. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Besides an empty coke machine and nowhere nearby (walking distance) to buy something to drink the rest of the hotel was very clean and people very friendly, specially Maria in the Kitchen who every morning received us with a smile an a pleasant conversation. The hotel is very close to the airport but far enough not to hear the planes, the rent car […] is near by, convenience store and restaurants are a little far (5 min by car). Close to major highway and lots of parking. Thumbs up, I will stay again. Les mer

The hotel was very close to the airport an freeway so it was very easy to get to places. The staff was very nice. There breakfast buffet was very decent. They also serve cookies in the afternoon so that was nice. They also got coffee an tea 24 hours. The rooms was very clean an spacious. The only problem I have was there heater doesn't blow out warm […] air. I address it to them but the problem still wasn't fix. Other than that everything was perfect. Les mer

stayed twice recently- I am in need of some assistance and my requests were met cheerfully, very pleasant, helpful. Iused park and fly arriving back in a snow storm, car was promptly cleared when i needed it-----when I arrived back the second time in frigid weathewr, the shuttlebus driver was helpful in gstarting the car and making sure i was safely […] in it. The staff at the hotel were very nice. I did not like the state of my first room (I travel a lot and have very high standards, but for most the room would have been totally fine) and they quickly got me another room and made sure it was very clean. The breakfast was better than standard hotel offerings, and the staff was very hygienic and friendly. […] The hotel was much better than other similar priced options in the area, so I will stay here again the next time I have to visit my inlaws. The area is industrial, but very lose to 95 ( the main artery of RI) and the airport. Les mer

The staff could not have been any more accommodating! My wife and I travel often and were truly surprised and delighted at the service provided by this hotel. Our room was clean and all of the furniture was in great condition, the bathroom clean with plenty of towels, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was better than most of the other hotels where we have […] stayed. The shuttle service from the airport was excellent and timely. They even offered to take us to a local restaurant of our choice for dinner and then pick us up instead of having to take a cab!! The driver (Dave) had a great sense of humor and was very personable. We will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel when we come back to Rhode Island!! Les mer

The hotel was very clean and smelt clean as well! Very convient location. Great Hotel, breakfast was great as well. Only thing would have been nice to have a washer and dryer to public use, great idea for athletes.

The room was very clean as were the Spa and pool area. The breakfast was more than expected. We would stay here again when we need to be in the area. The hotel is close to many amenities in Rhode Island.

Much better than any other HI Exp that I have stayed in. Very clean and close to a number of decent resturants. Rooms were nice size. Only a couple minutes from the airport and not in the flight pattern.

My daughter slep on the couch and found the mattress very thin. Next morning her back was hurting. Now very good for the price.

This hotel looks much better on the outside than the inside. When I checked-in, my room's heater needed to be activated by maintenance, then I had no control over the temperature. I awoke at 3am because it had risen to 81 degrees F. They were kind enough to move me to a "suite" which had a second TV, couch, refrigerator and microwave in a very unappealing […] and dark space. The lack of temperature control persisted in this room as well, though not quite as bad. The bathroom appeared dingy with very little counter space around the sink and dirty-appearing tiles. Water pressure in the shower is among the worst I've ever experienced (literally). I've stayed at several other hotels in the area, at least 3 of which are typically less expensive and much, much more comfortable. I booked this hotel based upon user-ratings, which are so far off from my experience. Les mer

For three days, no coffee was left in the room for the coffeemaker. One day, the bathroom was not cleaned (although the bed was made). I was unable to print anything in the business center. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and I was happy to have a daily newspaper available.

Loved it, the pool and jacuzzi were so clean and the breakfast was excellent!! Bed was on the firm side, not bad though....Excellent value for the price!!

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I booked last minute and cost me a little more then average, but still wasn't too bad. The hotel staff were very polite and pleasant.

My only problem with my stay is that I paid extra for a water front room and didn't get one. We have stayed here before and had a room with a balcony looking out at the harbor. This time those rooms were nder construction and we had a room overlooking the park, not the water with no balcony. So it seems that I paid the extra money for nothing!

Booked on Hotel.com on same day of stay. Room available then 1 hour later unavailable..booked to another hotel.. hour later room opened up so back to Holiday Inn. Gave us an upgrade next to the elevator. Room clean except for gum embedded in rug in room walkway. Unfortunately for us the customer above us were very noisy througout the night closing sliding […] door frequently and a major yelling fight in hallway about 400 a.m. Not a good nights sleep. Overall very good. Very clean, very comfortable. A good value. Two areas that need improvement. First, although clean, some of the surfaces look like they've reached their age limit: the bathroom surfaces were worn, almost as if from overcleaning than from overuse. Like all Holiday Inn Expresses, this one was clean and predictable. The eggs at breakfast were unusually good. The coffee was dreadful.

We had a room with a sofa bed and were travelling with a family. The sofa bed was literally broken on one end and the mattress on the sofa bed felt like a bunch of springs. After a long day of driving, it was disappointing to sleep on this bed of spring ! The front reception could not care less about our situation :( They were pretty rude !
