Quality Inn & Suites - Orlando

Hotel and our room was fine except that the airconditioner was so noisey, I did not get any sleep all night.

The hotel was neatly clean, the room was in excellent conditions and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the only dislike we had because it has too many carbs and too little proteins, but overall it was a great day starter. We really would use this hotel again in future visits to Orlando.

Overall is very good. The air conditioning in the room could not cool down enough as I would like to..

Good clean room, stay on 1st floor by laudry room, a bit noisy with people and kids talking in hallway. no fridge and microwave. hair dryer was removed from room but replaced promply after the call to the front desk. air conditioner was not cold enough

our first day was bad because of having a suite reserved i was given a room on the 4th floor with a lot of construction happening, the room was not a suite because i stayed at hotel when it was fairfield marriott and i knew what the suites were like. but management made good on everything the next day and gave me the type suite i reserved.

shuttle service was bad they were late or never showed up but hotel paid for taxi if they didn't show up

Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and size of the room. Very clean, nice staff, great location for walking to food places- the kids loved the McDonalds with a huge play area and arcade right down the block. Easy access to the bus lines. Older kids (18-20 yrs old) could walk to bowling and shopping. Would recommend and stay again.

Very pleased with staff, location and cleanliness of room. I booked a standard room but got an upgrade with a microwave and refrigerator. 10 minute ride to Universal Studios, five minute ride to restaurants, (i.e. Red Lobster, IHOP, Denny's Chili's and TGI Fridays. Also close to the Outlet Mall which had the best outlet prices I have ever seen. Very […] quiet street. Would definately stay there again. Les mer

I reserved two rooms for my family. For the most part, everything went well. The hotels.com rate was very good. The breakfast was also very good. Everything about the larger of the two rooms was excellent. The linens in the smaller room were a bit suspect. One of the sheets looked stained and the blanket on one of the beds appreared to be stained and […] had a burn mark (non-smoking room). Hotel had spacious room accomodations. Free breakfast that provided a variety of items to choose from. Hotel was under renovation and room had a bit of a moldy smell that upset my alergies. Over all, the hotel staff was accommodating, friendly, and attempted to supply my needs. Located in a great spot which allowed easy access to Internation Drive location […] and other events. Stayed for a weekend and it was a great place to be. Room was very clean the only thing was my neighbors were very loud and I could here everything but I would definitely stay there again!! Love the game room as well!!

Great room .Very clean and quiet.Attractive setting with nice pool.Better than usual Continental style breakfast.Friendly staff and a very reasonable rate.We would recommend this Hotel and would book it again.

I travel to Orlando a lot staying in different hotels. This hotel had excellent customer service, the room was very spacious snd clean and everything looked very nice. The breakfast was nice but there was no meat. Also the breakfast lasted until 10 or 10:30. This is a great location right off I75. Lots of eating places around. Hotel was fine.

Great hotel. Staff very helpful,room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi hook up a little bit tricky,but fast once online. Overall,a great value. Close to everything.

The Quality Inn was just a pleasure to stay at. We needed a clean hotel in Orlando and we needed to change our original hotel. This hotel was clean, bright, and wonderful. We couldn't believe the low cost for the quality which we received. The breakfast was just fantastic. Friends staying in hotels which cost four times more didn't receive any breakfast. […] We had waffels and hot coffee and fresh fruit and more. I would stay here again. Les mer

Was looking for affordable but clean overnight stay while visiting the area. The staff was friendly, room and facility were well kept. Quiet night.

This is a great bargain for the price. The location is close to everything. The staff was very nice and seemed very interested in keeping our business. The free morning breakfast was very good. Internet wifi was very fast and beds were super comfortable. Try it you will like it.

While only there for one night, I really enjoyed my visit, the breakfast, my room and the convenience of its location!

We selected this hotel for both the location and the reasonable rates. The double room was large and the furnishings all appeared new. The staff were polite and helpful. Although the listing at Hotel.com stated that the breakfast buffet was not included, we were told at check-in that it was included. 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé à moins de 10 mns des parcs Universal, accès très facile. Accueil très bien. On est surpris par la propreté du parking : pas un papier, pas une feuille, pas un brin de gazon qui dépasse, très fleuri. Aucun problème pour se garer. Chambre relativement spacieuse, deux lits doubles et propres. SDB très bien, simple mais très […] propre, rideau de douche impeccable. Seuls reproches : les fenêtres ne pouvant s'ouvrir, on est désagréablement surpris par l'odeur d'humidité quand on rentre dans la chambre mais on ne la sent plus au bout d'une minute... Comme quasiment dans tous les hôtels de Floride que nous avons testés : ils aspirent la moquette mais ne la lavent apparemment pas souvent : on a vite les pieds noirs... Espaces communs très propres. Petit déjeuner : rien ne manque et pas de problème de place mais c'est à l'américaine (gauffres...). Vente sur place des tickets Universal, nous n'avons pas eu à faire la queue aux parcs. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, nous y reviendrions sans souci si nécessaire. Les mer
