When I checked in, your staff was very nice and helpful. Throughout the three days I was there, I came to the front desk twice and nobody was around? On my last day, I had to make my presence known at the front counter to be noticed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I skipped the second day of cleaning, it wasn't needed. the room […] was cleaned on the third day, and it was done well. I didn't notify management of this problem, but he tub was slow to drain. I thought the room had a nice feel to it, but several items caught my eye for poor craftsmanship. Mainly it was the caulking in the tub and other trim details that looked cheap. I found the exercise equipment to be old and clunky. The continental breakfast had many things to eat, but I skipped it two of the three days because I didn't see anything appealing and not very much fresh fruit. My stay was in close proximity to many restaurants. Overall, the price matched the quality and service and in my mind is a 3+ star. Les mer

The room was well appointed, the beds fantastic. We used both the coffee maker, refrigerator and ironing board. Trader Joes's was close as well as lovely areas for walking and other restaurants.. Although the hotel is neat and tidy, we were disappointed in how very loud the freeway noise is when trying to sleep. We made our reservations long in advance, yet were sent to a room next to the breakfast room. Talk about noisy dishes and people at a very early hour. The hotel and room cleanliness were satisfactory. Everyone was friendly and the continental breakfast was great. My daughter and I enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub, which were also very clean. The location was great. About 30 min or so to any of the touristy places that we wanted to go see.

My stay was fine.The hotel is right next to I-5 and the off ramp going North was a bit confusing. I took A instead of B. Once I got to the hotel everything worked well. Just up the road from Trader Joe's and there was a little deli / market across the street that stayed open until 11pm. There also was a Chevy's and Olive Garden restaurants next to the […] hotel. We stayed here for a week in order to find a place to live and get acquainted with the area. It was a wonderful stay. Clean spacious room that gave us a place to sit other than the bed.Easy location, lots of restaurants within walking distance.Easy access to downtown too.Would stay again.

It was okay. Need more variety on breakfast items. Carpet needs changing, as well as TV. However, this place is located conveniently to Trader Joe's, Applebee's, Olive Garden, etc. I liked the fact that it is located in a quiet part of Portland.

I am a non smoker traveling with a pet. I was put in a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the carpet was filthy. I paid an additional $20 per day for my pet, which is fine, but I expected to have a clean carpet and a non smoking room. Also, the maids did not service my room the first day. Will not stay here again.

There is a beautiful temple nearby that's worth seeing. Several restaurants located nearby and we enjoyed the food at the Olive Garden, we were very happy with food and service at the Hunan Pearl Restaurant.

enjoyed my stay here, accommodations were very satisfactory not to mention the great deal on the price we paid.

I stay here a few times a year because of the proximity to family. I've tried neighboring hotels but like Phoenix Inn the best because of their super comfy beds and awesome water pressure. The staff is great, too. The only thing that I wish I could change is the fact that all of the room doors slam, so I have to bring ear plugs.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Previously mentioned road noise was a continuous hum but not loud. Very clean. Breakfast could use a few healthier choices such as yogurt and small muffins.

Made a 3 day trip to Portland for spring break. This was a great place to stay, not too far from anywhere you'll be going. The room was very nice withn no weird smells and no freeway noise (4th floor on right side). Breakfast was great if you aren't looking for anything fancy, and the 24 hour pool was great as well. The quality of service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help with any of our needs. The room was a bit small for the desk. You will hear the freeway, but you are also close to everything. Very nice for the money. Does not have a flat screen T.V. Free WI-Fi and indoor swimming pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient to I-5 and 217 and there were lots of restaurants located across the street and nearby. The beds were really comfortable with down comforters and pillows which was a nice surprise. Yes, there is freeway noise but we do not mind that at all and they do have extra window protection to help with the noise. Other than that the […] hotel was very quiet. Stay was fine. Bed in room was very nice. Couch in room was an absolute joke. Love seat in room should have been replaced along time ago. Exercise equipment was substandard as well.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very clean ans convenient to the freeways. My only concern is that the breakfast choices are the same everyday. Boiled eggs would be nice.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The hot tub and pool was open and ready for our use whenever we wanted to get into it. Breakfast was ready with many choices before our excursions! Loved it! We will stay here again! Easy off and on from the highway.

This place was conveniently located and had a decent continental breakfast. I also liked the lobby area - we made use of the little game table (checkers) and the comfortable sofas. Hotel service was excellent but our room was right at I-50 Too noisy and hotel guest stayed above our room, kids were running the room all night and we were annoyed all night long

Advantagees: The room was large and comfortable. Features small kitchen/sitting area, a working area and sleeping area. Downside: The freeway noise was terrible as it practically wraps around the building. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't stay here.

The Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful My only issue was the noise from the traffice at night on the I 5 Freeway.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is across from a small shopping area with lots of restaurants close by. We will stay again most definitely.
