Vi var fire venninner på tur og bodde her i to uker. Hotellet ligger rett ved de store party- og handlemulighetene i Kuta. Perfekt for unge mennesker hvor dette som regel er vitkig. Rommene er ikke av de største, men når man er på Bali, er det begrenset hvor mye tid man bruker på hotellrommet. Det er absolutt ingenting å utsette på renheten på rommet og hotellet generelt. Restauranten og frokostbufféen fant man på taket, og det samme gjelder bassenget. Bassenget var fantastisk, og pga beliggenheten var det sol der fra den stod opp til den gikk ned. Siden flyet vårt hjem gikk sent på kvelden, fikk vi et eget hotellrom å dusje på. Dette er et hotell som absolutt anbefales!

Veldig bra hotell! Anbefales. Knallrom, badebasseng, internett tilgjengelig (litt tregt), god frokost buffet. Koster kanskje litt mye med tanke på backpackere, men skal dere ha en natt eller to på et bra hotell, velg dette. Storfornøyd. Var der 3 netter, så en tur på Gili, før jeg dro tilbake til dette hotellet

Stille og rolig, ved en travel gate. Rent og pen, og god service. Bra SPA avdeling. Tilbydde en time gratis fotmassasje ved ankomst som kunne oppgraderes ved et lite tillegg. Bra frokost med stort utvalg. Egen kokk som lagde vafler og omeletter på bestilling. Hotellet ligger i gåavstand til både butikke ( 7 min)r og Kuta stranden (15 min). Bra restauranter ved siden av hotellet, og en liten matbutikk som er opp 24. timer. Brukte ikke bassenge noe særlig. Mye barnefamilier. Myggevirksomhet på begge sider av hotellet.

"Mecure Beach Resort Hotel, Sanur"
Whilst I was not completely dissapointed, improvements to service could be upgraded, things like, a mini bar with something actually in the bar refridgerator would be good, and NOT an optional extra, tea and coffee supply could well be improved, 2 satchels of coffee, sugar and creamer powder, for 2 people per day is very poor indeed, ( what happened?, […] there was no tea at all. Coffee / Tea cups were of very poor quality indeed. Breakfast was not included, it was an extra cost, whereas other hotels in Sanur included breakfast. my overall view is, " it is a good hotel in general, with the potential to be great" provided they look after the little things that makes the difference between a good hotel to a great hotel. It is out of the way, which made it a little akward to get anywhere, particularly if you miss the hotel shuttle service. Les mer
"Mercure Sanur - two thumbs up"
I have stayed at the Mercure Sanur 4 times now with my two kids, and had a wonderful experience each time. There are two pools, a kids club, the beach is clean and well-kept, you can rent bicycles, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms can be a bit small and dark, but the rest of the facilities more than made up for it in our case. We will definitely […] be back. Les mer
"Our stay in Bali"
HI we chose the mercure because it was the closest to another venue where we had a wedding the next day, for that reason it was great and some things quite nice. Firstly the things we liked was the rear pool area, lovely setting with plenty of shade. The gardens are beautiful and kept so well . The bed was lovely and comfortable and lovely view. Buffet […] dinner was nice but expensive. The things we didnt like were it took so long to check in - almost an hour, so we finally got to our room past 3.15pm and we arrived at 1.45pm - not nice at all, it was very slow and a bit unfriendly we felt. We found when we tried to order the High tea, that was promoted in our room, that each person didnt understand what we wanted and passed us onto another ext. to call finally we went to the restaurant with the brochure i hand and said NO cos it ended in Sept - it was Oct 1st??? ok then dont promote in the room next time. The Giant Ice tea was fabulous in the restaurant but NOT the same standard by the pool bar - the service at the pool bar was dreadful, at 11 am we couldnt order at the pool bar, before 12pm there but told to go to our room to order room service - so we did and then had to wait there for close to 1 hour waiting in our room when we could have sat by the pool - just so slow and wasted our time as a guest by waiting.... not impressed by being called at 11 am to ask could someone come and take our luggage as check out was 12pm and we had to wait for our food - wished we could have had the food delivered to the poolside but we were told no to that request. if you improve the service and english skills of frontline staff, it would be much better and we would go again. thanks for asking and although it wasnt everything we wished for, for 1 night it was ok. all in all ok, nice enough, just expected Les mer
"Would definately come back"
The hotel is well positioned on the edge of Sanur and on the beach. Rooms are comfortable with Free wi fi in the rooms. The pools were sparkling and clean, Grounds well maintained with friendly staff at reception and in housekeeping. Pool service was a little slow (probibly because it was quite busy). Spent 8 nights at the lovely resort with not a singly […] complaint. We would definately reccoment it at it is very good value for money. Thank you for a relaxing stay. Les mer
Fantastic hotel the only complaint would be that the tiles in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but this was nothing to be concerned about really. the location was great if you don't mind walking or catching a cab, the bed was amazing and the view looking out to the pool area was beautiful. we had the the most basic room i think it was called […] superior we stayed for 14 nights and would definitely stay again. "Enjoyable Stay"
Situated next to the Sanur Beach Hotel This hotel is very quiet and personal. Hotels in this area are older than Kuta but the speed of life is much slower. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better but don't get me wrong it was certainly acceptable. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
We were put in a mediocre room where the air con wasn't working. We changed rooms and in our next one the shower wasn't working. The rooms aren't aired well, it smelled musty. You definitely get what you pay for.

check in was slow but the over all service of the Hotel was good as were the staff.
nice quiet area and easy to get to hustlde and bustle if you want it Beer not cold and expensive in hotel and no service with drinks around pool or on the beach but lovely gardens some rooms could do with modenising but still a nice place to stayplenty of shade on the beach.

Понравился отель. Мере недалеко, плаж шириной около 50 м. У двух бассейнов и у моря всегда были свободные шизлонги, не смотся на Новый год. Большая зеленая территория. Кождый час ходит бесплатный автобус до супермаркета.

"Hôtel Mercure à Sanur (Bali)"
Après un long voyage depuis la France vers Bali et arrivant relativement tard à l'Hotel ( 22 heures), nous étions pressés de pouvoir prendre les clés de notre chambre d'Hotel. Malheureusement, la personne de la réception nous explique que suite à un problème, notre chambre (supérieure) n'est plus disponible. Par bonheur, il restait une chambre que nous […] avons prise bien volontiers. Par contre, cette chambre sentait le renfermé, nous avons également trouvé deux boîtes de "Rennie" au sol. Nous n'étions pas seuls dans la chambre, un gros cafard s'est montré et enfin la chasse d'eau a coulé toute la nuit. La chambre d'hôtel était vraiment en dessous de ce que nous avons eu par la suite pour un prix équivalent à la chambre supérieure. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et l'environnement de l'hôtel très bien notamment la plage privée. Nous n'avons sans doute pas eu de chance avec cette chambre.
