SpringHill Suites Chicago O'Hare by Marriott - Chicago

My stay was uneventful but the front desk stafff are downright rude. For a Marriot hotel, that was a shocker. First up, they refused to accapt my request for a higher floor, then she assigns me a room which was already assigned to some other guest. She (Her name is Kamaria) tells me my room is in 2nd floor and the room ended up being on the 7th. On […] top of all that, she neither accpeted her mistake nor apologize. After a 30 minutes fiasco, I and my family with 2 kids finally got in to the room which was on the 8th floor. I will go to other Marriots but definitely not to this property. Les mer

We stayed at the Springhill Suites in Chicago for the motorcycle and auto show and it is only 5 minutes away from the Rosemont Convention Center and about 20 min away from McCormick Place. The only complaint we really have is the door to the bathroom is right next to the toilet so you have to stradle the toilet or step into the tub to get the door closed. Lots of great family style restaurants in the area. The shuttle service is excellent, they drove us to the local restaurants and to our main office which was located within the area. Great hotel to say at a very affordable price

I love this hotel. Very accessible from O'Hare, train or interstate. These are suites and so you have everything you need right there. The bed was very comfy and there were extra pillows in the closet. It was like a mini apartment with the fridge, microwave, sink and work desk in its own little separate area. I am really satisfied including my family. We all enjoy the breakfast, all the staffs are very nice and ready to assist you. When I visit Chicago again, there is no doubt I will be at Spring Hill hotel

Very nice room - exceeded my expectation; friendly & helpful staff; complimentary breakfast very complete, kept very clean by staff & had large area. We booked our Christmas stay on checkout.

This hotel is close to the city and has restaurants very close to it. Good breakfast and friendly people who work there. Stay here if you want a nice stay and close to the City (15 mins)

Usual excellence from Marriot though we did have to wait a while for the courtesy bus from the airport

it was our first time in Chicago. we were there to see baseball at Wrigley Field, so this hotel was to far away. if your there to do alot of things in the city, go with someplace closer. The EL train was only a couple of blocks away, so that was nice, but personnaly we like to be closer to the ballparks we visit.

We prefer this hotel because it's so easy to get to from the Kennedy - and free parking! So even if the room is comparably priced with the airport hotels, the free parking can easily save you $20 or much more.

We were very happy with our stay at springhill suites. Donta at the front desk was very accommodating. He called and got us a taxi to drive to Waukegan (we attended a wedding), held our luggage for us, and got our rooms cleaned so we got an early checkin. I have nothing but good things to say about this Springhill Suites.

I was not impressed with the business services. There is not enough parking. Its a good location as its near the air port.

This hotel is a bore. Nothing wrong with the rooms but a Motel 6 type motel is just as good and at least half the price. Good for one night if nothing else is available.

It was an ok location, getting through traffic was intersting, took 1hr to get to the 15 mins away hotel. The rooms were cofterable but, as far as cleanliness, my floor had a red spot, what appeared as Blood. Rooms should of been Spot Checked before offering it to other customers. And for Breakfast, it was the same breakfast everyday, needs a change. […] All in All it was a decent hotel to stay in. Les mer

My kids, mom and me were happy, liked and live the breakfast buffet, also the staff were very helpful. Strong recommended.

Nice hotel but no long term parking at this location..

This is the second time we stayed here when visiting Chicago. The cost is very reasonable and the rooms are cozy with a sofa and kitchenette with a refrigerator. I was on the fifth floor with a good view. Parking was also included and you have the option of secure parking underground...safe and secure! The free breakfast is also awesome...one of the […] best I've seen in my many travels. The only complaint I have is there was a vehicle in the parking lot that was disable and should be removed. We enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Marroit. The complimentary shuttle took us to both the airport and the closet subway station. it runs every 30 minutes and they even made a special trip just to pick us up. The breakfast had good variety though there were more choices on weekdays than on the weekend. Our room was clean and comfortable. The fitness […] facility doesn't have much, but it works in a pinch. Everything regarding our hotel stay was a wonderful and great experience. Will very much consider staying here if ever going to Chicago again. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Also the location was close and in walking distance to most attractions.

We are frequent travelers to Chicago - and have to pay high parking fees. This hotel was a good value .

The bed areas are surrounded on three sides by windows. Really cool. Comfortable beds, great black-out drapes, nice living area as well.

This was a respectable hotel with good amenities. They set up a fairly decent continental breakfast with quite a few choices, although they could have provided a bit more fruit selection. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Living and dining area was laid out nice but the couch and chair were not very comfortable, […] hence the 4 rating for comfort. It is in a convenient location, however I was traveling daily across town fighting traffic, hence the 4 rating for location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Les mer

The room was really nice. Breakfast wasn't really all that amazing but it's free so that's kind of expected. It was a really nice stay and close to the highway and airports so you can get anywhere in about a half hour.

An excellent hotel experience. Would be especially good for anyone arriving from O'Hare or leaving. The only downside is the location is quite far from downtown but this can be overcome if you have the time by taking the blueline train (24 hrs a day) into the Loop. The free breakfast is excellent and much more than you would expect for free (though […] crowded). The rooms are clean, well designed, relaxing and spacious. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Staying at the SpringHill Suites Chicago O'Hare by Marriot was well worth the trip! The hotel itself was quiet and clean, and the staff were attentive to our needs. The price of the hotel was very affordable. We liked the little extra stuff the hotel provided like suckers for the children at the registration desk and packets of hot chocolate for the […] non-coffee drinker. Les mer

The hotel was fantastic! Our room was huge and very clean! It had double beds, a living room with couch and chair, a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and sink! It was great, very family friendly! They even had port a cribs available! The hotel has free self parking. For being in Chicago with all these amenities it was an awesome deal!

Very professional hotel staff. Quickly provided a crib with a phone call. Breakfast buffet was great as well. Very happy with stay.
