overall it was very good... very close to airport so you can actually hear all planes, if you have light sleep might be a problem. For an overnight stay before taking off it's perfect
"good for the USMLE"
Close to the USMLE CS testing center, decent gym, more than the regular continental breakfast. They just need more trash cans next to the elevator.
The room was clean, the free breakfast was good, fast access on and off the highway was a plus. Just not much around the hotel and not in a great area. The building was older although they have tried to update the lobby and rooms.

"Noisy, but good location"
Not a great place to stay if looking for peace and quite. Location to the airport - Right there. But we enjoyed it because the kids loved watching the airplanes right out the balcony. Easy access to highway as well. For a vacation no, but for a short stay, as long as you don't need peace and quite to sleep - Yes.

"BEST WESTERN PLUS ATLANTA AIRPORT EAST"
Was fine for our first night arriving at the airport, we were in a room facing away from the Airport, but on the way back we were put in room 417 and it was very noisy .

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Alicia was more than good she was great and very helpful and kind, she went out of her way to help us from getting us razors to helping us find a resturant to eat at. "Clean and close to airport"
I would stay here again, good hotel.
Hotel is located in a bad crime area. A lot teenagers were hanging out in the area and checking out the cars in the parking areas. I was worried for my car. Trash was pilled up in the 5th floor ice machine andsoda machine area for two days.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It had a tired and jaded air about it and felt very impersonal. We didn't feel important or that we mattered. We actually stayed here 2 nights. "15 mins from downtown ATL"
We enjoyed my stay for the cost. A few things that need to be change if 4 people are in a room please give them four set of towels not three and we had to ask the each day for more towels. Food was fine, but the cafe in front of the hotel had good food for a great price.

"Not worth the price"
Yes, this hotel is convenient because it is close to the airport but I did not receive the quality I expected for the price. Next time, I will spend simply $10 more at another hotel in the area to have better accommodations . I just did not like the look/condition or location. Sorry.

My husband and I stayed because I had a flight at 7:30 AM and if you've ever tried to get through Atlanta coming from Canton you know how impossible it can be. My husband slept great. I barely slept. I had earplugs but the planes were so loud it wasn't like having earplugs. They were quiet by 11:20 PM so I went to sleep after that. "Best Western Hotel near Atlanta Hartfield Airport"
The hotel is an older hotel that has been refurbished. It is neat and clean and the staff very accommadating. However, I think the price is high in comparrison to the nicer hotels closer to the airport where I had stayed with my husband the week before.

Hotel is looking a little tired and is in need of an overhall. Lady on desk when i checked was plain miserable , though the lady when i checked out was very nice. Breakfast was ok , however food ran out alot due to the fact the kitchen staff were to busy chatting in the kitcken rather than doing there job. I highly recommend this Best Western to people looking for a decent hotel that's close to Atlanta Airport and which doesn't cost a lot. The shuttle van driver is courteous, the front desk efficient, the room clean and well decorated, and the breakfast generous. Not up to the standards of other Best Western's I've stayed in. Very old and thread bare, and in need of up-dating. The bathroom fan did not work and the slider door leaked water in the rain. DEfinately would not recommend this hotel.
"Great room, horrible location"
The positives: great rate, great access to the highway, lovely lobby, large room and great complimentary breakfast. The negatives: across the street from the airport = loud, loud, loud! Planes flying in day and night, the higher floor the louder it is. The floors need to be redone, the carpeting in the halls and room is very uneven so my young children […] kept tripping and falling. While at first that was comical it became annoying when I discovered it wasn't their clumsiness but the floors. Also, the area was not very nice. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful and having IHOP across the parking lot was nice. McDonald's is next door which was nice for the kids. The room was very nice but I wouldn't stay there again because of the noise from the airport...although my 1 year old did enjoy standing on the deck yelling at the planes :) Happy travels! Les mer

"Great Hotel for Money and Conv to Airport"
Front staff friendly and helpful. Room ready even though it was very very late. Clean, a/c worked well, bed comfortable, good for money, used as pit stop for airport. Would go back and would recommend. Even breakfast was good :)
The hotel is ok, we need a place to stay overnight, good if you come late Ihop is right there. they have a small southern restaurant the food is ok, and is convinient.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations for the money. Clean outside and inside the Lobby. Desk personnel was attentive and very helpful with mapquest directions. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. although we were next to the airport, the sounds of the planes were not disturbing. Unfortunately though, upon my inspections of our room, I noticed in […] the tub there was two strands of hair. Whether it was from the last guests or the housekeeper i don't know. "Its almost there"
This is a very convenient hotel for any South Atlanta/Airport Area/Forest Park biz concerns and the hotel staff is very proud of the brand image. The breakfast however was inedible and the beds are clearly lower tier quality. It's close, on par with the typical Tier 3 biz hotel and with just a few touches could step up to the next level.

I think the service was excellent and the rooms very clean but this location is probably not considered the best section of town in Atlanta. The shuttle service conveniently runs every 30 min 24hrs arround the clock so is very convenient for someone not renting a car and the price is good for someone needing a place to sleep before taking an early flight […] out or after coming in from a late flight which is exactly why we booked this hotel. We wanted a place to sleep so relatives in Dacula would not need need to wake up at 3:00 AM to drive us to airport or stay up late to pick us up. 24 hour dining is also available at IHOP accross the covered walkway from hotel. The IHOP seemed to be a policemen and policewomen's dinner and coffee hangout place so feels safe even late at night if you need to get a bite to eat before going to bed. Les mer

I particularly appreciated the shuttle drivers who were exceptionally flexible and helpful. I was able to get everywhere I needed to at any time of day or night with very little waiting. That was very reassuring.
