Store og fine leiligheter med alt av utstyr som vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Dårlig internettforbindelse (fungerte kun i ett rom). Leie av barneseng er altfor dyrt, og vi fant ut at det ville vært vesentlig billigere å kjøpe helt ny. Ellers et trivelig og trygt sted med god service. Kort avstand til sentrum med godt utvalg av spisesteder.

Med gode sko kan du også gå til stranden og Naples Pier. Stille om natten selv om det er to store veier tett ved hotellet. Trolley Tour stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Heldigvis er bartenderen, Robert, både serviceminded, underholdende og svarer gjerne på praktiske spørsmål. Hans motpart i resepsjonen, en liten, mutt mann, ville ikke engang bestille taxi til oss. God pris for godt og sentralt hotell, men neste gang vil jeg heller prøve et av de sjarmerende "Inn" midt i området 5th Av./ 3rd St., med litt Key West følelse.

Hotellet var en opplevelse. Stranden utenfor var helt fantastisk for bading og turgåing. Frokosten var enorm og veldig god.

"hotell i Naples"
Helt greit og veldig billig hotell. Fungerte fint som overnattingsted for familie på 4 på vei videre. Hyggelig betjening og kosedyr til barna
Nær motorveien, men heller ikke langt fra strendene i Naples som er veldig fine (ca 10 min kjøring)! Hotellet hadde store rom med minikjøkken, micro, kjøleskap etc. Frokosten var OK. Det var flere fastfoodrestauranter i gåavstand. Alt i alt et veldig greit hotell!

"Du får hva du betaler for"
Slitent hotell til hyggelig pris. Betjeningen virker noe likegyldig - som i Europa - ikke slik en er vant med i USA. Fint bassengområde bak hotellet og trivelig spisesal men maten er heller dårlig og alt service er i plast.

"conveinent location not good for peace and quiet"
I had a room in the front of the building near the entrance on the second floor. there was constantly loud trafic in and out drunk people shouting and carrying on till 1 am, i had to call the front desk for them to ask the people to leave. i could hear the front desk phone ringing in my room becasue they had the volume so loud. the balcony was nice […] but that outside door isnot sealed well so when ever anyone smoked outside the front doors I could smell it in my room. the place was claen and the breakfast was good. Overall it was a decent stay for the price. Service was ok there was nothing or noone to gelp me get all my luggage to the room. Les mer

Excellent pricing but would have liked to have been nearer to downtown. However you can't have everything.

In my room next to the trash can was a recyclable container. I am pleased to stay at a hotel that recycles.

Room smelled strange and the purifier the hotel offered did not help. Carpeting was worn and toiletries almost non existent. Breakfast was edible but uninspired and repetitive. Staff was fine and location was excellent and convenient. Good price but you get what you pay for.
"Nice surprise"
I don't normally stay at Best Western's but was really surprised at how great it was. I upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was bigger than an apartment. It does need a new paint job but this room was perfect for a weekend event that we had to go to. Breakfast was good and most importantly it was clean. Would stay here again.

overall it was a very good hotel for the price. The room was nice, their was a small refrigerator and microwave. the bed where ok. the pillows good. the TV was too small the workout room was ok. they had a bowflex, which wasn't that good. and some free weights, which worked well but missing some weights. the Breakfast was ok, there was some good waffles, […] and the rest was your average danish, juice, and other HIGH carb treats. on Saturday, they did have some eggs, and sausage. they had an outdoor pool. front desk guys and girls where very helpful and friendly. the internet didn't come in great. We travel to Naples every 2 or 3 months and always stay at the Best Western. The staff is great and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great location, close to everything!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here in the the past 2 months. We were hoping for a room with one of the new mattresses they were installing during our 1st stay but it was still an old hard and sunken one. That was our only real complaint. The hotel could use some updating but the price was right.

We do like your hotel. There are a few things I wish to point out: 1) The sheets,bed skirts and pad did not fit the mattress and flipped off during the night. 2 toasters in your breakfast room did not work for days and people were struggling to get the toast. After pointing it out to somebody at the desk, I was told that with the number of people using […] it, they break down every few days. I found this answer uncaring and insulting. I have never in any of our travels seen any toaster broken for so many days or any for that matter. Buy better once! I hope things improve as I would like to use your hotel again in the future. "Good value for money"
This is not a luxury hotel but it is a nice, clean place at a very fair price. If you need a good basecamp close to US 75 to explore the area this is highly recomended.
Our stay was excellent. It was convenient to our destination and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, quiet, spacious and very affordable and it also included a lovely breakfast bar.

I booked the hotel to be near family in the area. Upon check-in, I thought that the basic decor and look would mean a "motel-like" stay might be in store for me. I was pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very nice...and spotless. Even the beds were comfortable. There was a little balcony with furniture (I didn't use) […] and a small kitchenette with a micro, refridge and sink. For the price, this was a home run! Les mer

Very good hotel, but I don't understand why did they refuse to borrow us some beach towels ? Even more, the front desk explained us where to buy them... FYI it's the only hotel in Florida that made us this bad surprise... But the room and the quality of the bed were perfect and very clean. So bring your towels and you will enjoy this nice hotel. As it's a 2 1/2 star hotel I was a little concerned about the quality. Once i read the reviews I was a lot less concerned ... and I'm happy to report they were all accurate. Would totally stay again!

Excellent hotel. Nice pool / hot tub. Clean Rooms. Definately one of the nicest Best Westerns I've been in. I had a non-smoking room, but the hallways smelled of smokers. I took a shower at 7pm and 11pm and both times it was cold. The only hot shower I got was at 6am. Very large continental breakfast with many options. Workout room. Friendly and helpful […] staff. I forgot two books in my room, but when I called the day after I checked-out, the person on the phone reported that they couldn't find them. The housekeeping staff should be trained to turn in found items, and the service counter should keep lost and found items for several days. This is most likely NOT an uncommon occurrence, so this was a very big […] let down, especially since the items were expensive academic books in a niche topic. Otherwise, the room was very clean. The only complaint about the room was that the large refrigerator was very noisy, and every day the staff would turn the thermostat way down, which is a waste of energy. The continental breakfast is better than average, with a waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, concentrated (but good) juice, all placed in a very sunny and open room overlooking the pool. The rate was competitive. The location was about 20 minutes from Naples 5th Ave. Les mer

We were visiting Naples,Florida for a soccer tournament. Best Western provided us with large rooms, a very nice breakfast, and comfortable accomodations at a very affordable rate. Since it was necessary for us to stay for two nights in order to play our two games it was especially nice that we did not have to break the bank inorder to stay in such a […] nice motel. First of all I ask for an efficiency with a balcony. I got an efficiency with no balcony and one king bed with a pull out sofa. I was told I would have two queen beds. When I called downstairs they told me there wasn't anything available but smoking. There was an old egg shell between the stove and the cupboard. We had to go downstairs for the pots […] and pans as they told me that people stole them. There was a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom. Les mer

i have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past several years and most recently as well.the hotel is in a great location with great ameneties and is always well kept.my room faced the pool and the pond and it was very quiet.juccuzzi worked very well and the free continental breakfast was very good as well so all in all for what i paid for this […] room i felt i got a very good value and i will return.
