You get what you pay for. After a long day of travel just needed a place to rest for a few hours. After we checked in and went to our room there was a female passed out in the stairwell. Would not stay at this location again.

Older hotel, but clean and friendly. Well kept

Breakfeast sucks....I thought the juice was good but it is just little donuts and stuff. But the room was nice and very large. beds were comfortable..Shower was not the best but for the price was very happy.

Right by the highway, cheap, decent breakfast and I rooms. Lots around it for food, gas, etc. Great if you need an affordable place. Only dissappointment was no exercise room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff was attentive and we felt very safe. This is a very nice place for the price.

Very close to University of Tennessee and they offer a shuttle service to Neyland Stadium. Great people and you can't beat the price. Top notch service at an affordable rate.

The room seemed to be ok until we took showers, the water was so hot you could not adjust it to warm and then without any warning it went from scalding hot to freezing cold. We tried to tell cleaning people but no one spoke English. We put the do not disturb sign up and went out for the day, when we returned someone had been in the room and had not […] closed the door good. So all our stuff set there all day open to anyone who wanted to go in. We called the desk and he told us that sometimes the doors would open just by pushing on them. He was very argumentative about the whole situation. We will never stay here again... Les mer

This hotel desperately needs to be updated. The lobby is tired and worn, the room was smelly, the carpet so worn you could hardly tell there was carpet, the mattress was too hard, the three (not four) pillows on the king bed were lumpy, the towels were like sandpaper, and it reminded me of what I would think a "flea bag hotel" must look like. Mercifully […] it was for only one nite. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. Never again. Les mer

Old Hotel, Old Carpets, Old Rooms, Etc. Beds had Cheap & Very Very Hard Mattress that I could Not Sleep on. I Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was quite good, and the price was very reasonable.

The room had a description of including a tub with jets and we were hoping for that after a long week of travel! The front desk clerk tried to give us a single bed and smoking when it was requested a double nonsmoking. When we got there.. it was a regular tub and regular hotel accommodations. It wasn't clean.. the room safe had someones underwear and […] chiclets in it.....ugg never again! Breakfast was horrible and they don't allow you to take plates up to your guests in the room. No coffee was made although the dispenser were there. No fruit. ugg.. never again! For the amount of time we spent off the main route to get here.. Never again! We had two adults and 3 kids under 15. We couldn't check out quick enough! Les mer

I usually do not stay at Motel 6 or Super 8 because the rooms are sparse and dirty and the property is not kept up. NOT so at this Super 8. Good location, clean and comfortable room, and a good continental breakfast.

Phone didn't work. Would be terrible if there was an emergency.

The weird part about this hotel was that my husband had tried to call the hotel for 3 days prior to our arrival and no one would ever answer the phone, so we were just glad that the hotel actually existed when we arrived. When we arrived, it was late and we still received a very nice greeting. Our room was very spacious, but I didn't like that the rooms […] opened up to the outside...it just didn't make me feel very safe, but that is just a personal preference. Our room also looked very clean, but it just had that feeling that a deep cleaning hadn't happened in a while. There was some sort of stain on the sheets and a cigarette burn hole and the blanket was so yucky that I had my husband take it completely off the bed before I would get it. Also, the sheets were too tight on the king size bed and kept coming off the corners of the mattress throughout the night...not something you want to wake up to, your feet touching the actual mattress! And our room was upstairs and we were never directed to an elevator so I don't even know if one existed. The best thing about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff and the complementary breakfast. They all seemed genuinely happy that we chose to stay in their hotel and wanted to make us feel as comfortable as possible. And it was nice to find a place that we could bring our dog, but I didn't like that we had to pay an extra fee for her to stay in the room with us. Les mer

Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Free breakfast was a plus. Traffic noise from the highway could be loud at times. Recommend staying on the left side of hotel, opposite of highway if possible.
