Website listed bed options as a Queen Suite, all rooms had 2 double beds. Beds sagged into the center, making for a long night trying yo sleep.

Very Clean. The room was big and really nice. The staff was amazingly nice, and pointed us to some great "Real" local New Orleans restaurants. Will definitely be staying at an extended stay again if i could help it.

This is the first time where the service rep was attentive to my needs as well as offering suggestions of where to eat and where to purchase soft drinks. Other individuals who work there have neve done that. The room was fantastic!!

Been here a few times and no issues, but this time not god at all. Left early the next day b/c of the smell of the room.

This hotel was above average but had very hard mattresses. Otherwise it was clean, had nice room amenities, and even had a family of ducks outside begging for food. The sign outside is way too small and we had great difficulty locating the registration office. We ended up driving over a curb and around the back grassy area to get to the hotel's parking […] lot. We booked this room based on the location to the airport and well the fact that it seemed to rank high on reviews. When we arrive, we are given a 2 double non-smoking... when we got into the room it stunk of cigerette smoke... We were then given a queen size bed suite... which smelt alot better... but when we went to shower, the tub leaked and it was […] after 11pm so there was no one to tall (desk person goes home at 11)... Then when we were flying out of New Orleans my 2yr old started scratching his head...well my wife checked and discovered he had fleas in his hair! I can assure you he didnt get them from our home since we do not have pets and he didnt have them before we checked into this hotel... Needless to say I will not be staying here again...and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place if at all possible unless you want a place that reaks like a bar and you run the risk of getting flea's Les mer

Enough said with the title. I like that it is close to the I-10 and restaurants, but it can use an uplift

I booked this hotel last minute as I needed an inexpensive room near the airport due to a 5:30 am flight out. The price was right and the location was just off the airport. There was NOT a shuttle, so that ended up costing me $20 each way, so in the end, I could've sprung for a more expensive hotel and had the shuttle included. The front desk employee, […] Laverne, was amazing. I have never met a nicer, more accommodating woman! She was incredibly nice and went out of her way to check on me and to help arrange a taxi for the morning. Kudos to Miss Laverne! The room itself was fine for what I needed it for - a quick stay. There are few amenities - no toiletries or even wake up calls. There was a mini kitchen with a fridge, stovetop and microwave. The bed was solid. I have a bad back, so it was fine for me, but it was very, very firm. So again, it's a fine place if you're needing a quick, cheap in/out kind of place. Les mer

Even though the room could have been a little cleaner, and the recliner chair didn't recline, everything else worked fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was more than pleased for the price that I paid.

For years I thought it would be nice to have a hotel to say in that does not bother you daily trying to make your room, one that I could have privacy in my room... even if I have to keep it clean myself. This one is it! This hotel offers rooms without daily housekeeping, nobody knocking on your door daily, bothering you. The front desk will swap out […] your towels as you need them, and supply you with trash bags too. They will provide extra Toilt paper and soap, but I prefer my ouw, so that's not an issue. This hotel did not have an ice machine, but did have ice cube trays in the freezer. This is a good place to stay if you just want a room and want to be left alone. Les mer

Arrived late, just needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours. Hotel seemed clean, Lady working the night shift was super nice. I would stay here again. Trip from Superdome was about 15 minutes.

It has been a long time since I had a room here a clean and no complaints. I hope it stays like this

Expect no frills. Very basic rooms. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the wireless connection. The staff was pleasant, and there are two fast food places steps away.

I booked this hotel to be near the airport for an early morning departure and was disappointed to discover that they had no shuttle service to the airport as many other hotels in this area. The room was not cleaned, with other people's hair on the bathroom floor and a cockroach scuttling around in the dark. There seem to be some kind of 'business' going […] on in a room nearby, with people coming and going, and very noisy bed activities until 4am in the morning. I do not recommended this hotel. Les mer

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints. We did hear a few planes in the morning, but we didn't hear any at night. Good stay for a GREAT price. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The staff doesn't care. My room was not ready when I arrived at 9:00PM. I had to return at 12:00AM. Other guest was smoking in the hallway and I filled a complaint, but nothing was done. Horrible experience. I would not stay here. And the beds/pillows are very uncomfortable.

Well, it was a okay place to stay at, however there were places in the room that had obvious signs of neglect. I also had to kill a bug in my room. I had a non-smoking room, however, I was placed next to someone who smoked, thus the smoke traveled to my room. Other then the few mishaps, the staff were very, very nice and quite accommodating.
