hotel has a very good location but room is tiny (as hotels is paris), furniture is very old and there's no view at all from the window. brkfast fair. the good thing form this htel is the location very near to termini station so you can catch the subway easily and even the train somewhere out of Rome. staff helpfull. check out at 11am.

It's an old hotel in a second floor. The price is expensive for the service. Breakfast is bad, just one bread and one biscuit. Staff sometimes was in a bad moon. Our room was big and dark. Staff was really nice and helpful, good location close to Termini. I travelled with my 1 year-old baby, and one problematic thing for me was the 15 steps up to the reception/elevator, steps/stairs are not easy to mount with a baby tram. Apart from that it was great, room was clean, big bathroom, overall nice.

We stayed a week at Hotel Cambridge in Rome. Our room was very nice and clean. We even had our own jacuzzi in our room! The location was great. The hotel was near by a few underground stations and there were lots of restaurants near by our hotel. Breakfast was ok. There was fruits, cereals, yoghurt, bread (with cheese, butter or jam) and baked goods. […] There were NO egg, sausage, bacon and the breakfast was a bit monotonous and that is why we were a little disappointed. Quite good hotel with ok breakfast. Be prepared to pay "city tax" EUR 12 though. Rooms were clean and bathroom ok standard. The location is good from Termini and the subway is nearby.

The hotel was quaint yet too tiny, very dusty and the duve had feathers sticking out rooms very hot . Front desk staff were pleasant Was not value for the money spent

The hotel staff was friendly, spoke and understood English enough to communicate well with them. The room was very clean....but felt more like a sterilized hospital room. It was as not quite the romantic atmosphere we were hoping for on our honeymoon, but for the location, price and cleanliness, we were okay with the accommodation.

Hotel is very close to Roma Termini. Rooms were well maintained and neat. Free Wifi was only at the reception not in the rooms.

Always clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a great location near some great restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.

Superior double room on 2nd floor. Lovely room clean and staff were very good. Hotel was one off many in the same building which was odd and only one key which was difficult on occassion. Continental Breakfast was very limited and not self service.

We spent one night in Rome and the provided a basic clean room and was perfect for a short stay.

This hotel is on the lower level of a building which houses other facilities. It's clean, welcoming, and they provide like a small continental breakfast. I use a wheelchair, so they have a lift that goes up the short flight of stairs. However, my room's restroom was not accessible. They did have, however, a more accessbile shower restroom in their hall. […] That was nice, except that the shower seat was tiny! Good to stay one night, though. This hotel is close to the station and a good base camp for my 2 day stay in Rome.

Overall, it was a good hotel, conveniently located. the stand up bath stall was very small.

Extremely small room, could barely get around. Bathroom was moldy. We only stayed one night before traveling back out to the airport, so if that's your purpose, then fine. Definitely don't use this as your base to explore Rome if you can afford it.

This hotel - Cambridge is 3-star level, so it should have the basic condition in business and documents processing. One is that the usage of internet is too limited; the other illustration is that the documents can be printed printed with a low price because it is necessary for a person in a business/conference trip. Your officers/workers service is […] honest and qualified. For instance, when I just arrived at your hotel, the texi price meter displayed a 55 Euro, but when your offier knows price and checked my plane boarding card, she said to me the texi price should be fixed at 40Euro and told the driver to only receive me 40euro. This help is really made me very greetful because this is my first time to Italy. I forgot her name. Really close to Termini station so perfect for getting buses etc. Really friendly staff who speak good English and are helpful. Rooms are not too big but have everything you need Inc fridge, air con and hairdryer. Breakfasts really nice and a good selection. This hotel is only OK and I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels. Pros: Clean rooms, great breaksfast, good location. Cons: Air conditioner barely worked, flushing toilet sounded like it was exploding everytime. Bed is hard as rock. Very close to main train station and metro. breakfast with only 2 hour time frame, so missed it the first morning. this is second time we have stayed at this hotel.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel. It was only 400 meter walk from the Termini, but the room was very small and worn down. The bathroom the same. The staff was nice.

I was extremely impressed with the service at this hotel. My train came in at about 10 in the morning, so I went to the hotel to see if I could leave my luggage there until check-in started. Not only was I able to leave my luggage, I was even offered some breakfast free of charge (a croissant, orange juice, and coffee). If you are looking for a low priced hotel close to the train station, this is the one. It is a great hotel for the price and just walking distance from Roma Termini. There are a lot of "Local" trattoria and ristorante in the area, all are small and have character. There are two Metro Stations a short walk away and from there you can get to the Colosseum […] or the Spanish Steps as well as many of the other tourist spots. I had seen a review that this hotel was nothing more than a hostel, this is not the case! They obviously have never stayed in a hostel. The rooms are characteristically small for a large european city, but are more than comfortable. Maybe not recommended for an extended stay, but how much time are your going to spend in your hotel room? The staff was friendly and helpful. I had smiles when I arrived and smiles when I left. I travel to Italy once every year and I will stay at this hotel again. Les mer

We loved the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and it's only a 2 minute walk from the main station. I recommend it for a simple, reasonably priced, family-feel hotel. And go to the jazz bar Gregory's (quite near Trevi fountain) if you can. It's fantastic.

Our visit was very nice, the staff were very helpfull and nice, The location was very convenient to the main train station. Although small rooms, very clean and worked well for us as we just needed a place to rest our heads inbetween sightseeing. Price is right and overall a good experience....

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Central train station in Rome. From there one can walk to most of the historic sites (Fontana de Trevi, Il Coloseo etc.). There are several nice eating places within two blocks from the hotel. I stayed other 3 star hotels while in Rome, and this one night before I flew out as it is so close to the train station. BUT, I'm sooo glad it was only one night. Looks like a hostel coming in - room was VERY dark and small and hall ways were not even lit. You had to manually turn them on as you walked through them to see. Room was clean but atmosphere […] was cold and dark. I did not want to stay there - hard to sleep at night. Help at front desk was minimal. Gave you a key - but limited English and no help with places to eat or tours to take. I would not stay here again. Les mer

As a hotel, eh, as a hostel ok. Yes the room was a single and it had a seperate bathroom, but, the room overlooked a dirty filthy courtward, the wifi was only available in one little room near the front desk.

Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. La salle de bain était petite et ne possédait pas de ventilation. Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner il faut arriver à la première heure pour être sûr d'avoir à manger. Mieux vaut le prendre à l'extérieur. Hôtel à choisir pour son emplacement près des transports.

Hotel Cambridge er et hyggeligt hotel med et venligt personale. der er gode muligheder for at komme rundt til byens seværdigheder, enter gående, med bus eller metro. morgenmaden på hotellet er fint, og i et passende tidsrum. værelserne var ikke så store men for vores vedkommende brugte vi ikke vores tid der. senge og bad var udemærket.
