Courtyard Lake Buena Vista - Marriott Village - Orlando 28.38109, -81.50046

Hotel is close to disney and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are outdated, housekeeping was horrible, most of the front desk employees were rude. Air conditioning leaked in one room and mold smell in the other. Traffic is absolutly horrible around the hotel, especially on the nights and weekends. Pool is ok, but if it's heated, they need to turn it on. I stayed there a week, and I would have preferred to at the other hotels across from us. Wouldn't stay there again unless I couldn't afford to stay anywhere else.

This is my second visit to this hotel and I would gladly stay again. The locations is very convenient to Downtown Disney, right off of I-4 and walking distance to the crossroads. The rooms are very quiet, this time we had a pool view with a balcony and there wasn't any noise from the pool area. Our TV remote batteries died one night and they came up in what seemed like less than a minute to replace them. Very happy with the staff and room.

The hotel is beautiful in its entirety, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, no complaints there. However, we were disappointed that in the room the list of certain places that supposedly would deliver to your room was not true. When we called to order they said (very rude) that they don't deliver (even though it said so in the ad in the room). The breakfast restaurant is open until 9:30am, I mean, you're on vacation, it would be nice to be able to wake up a little later. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms only in the lobby. In the room you could connect to a modem with an ethernet cable (provided for in the room). Other than these improvements needed, the hotel is worth staying at.

This is a good clean hotel, if you dont have a car it is alittle bit out of the way.Breakfast is just ok, they tend to run out of certain items very quickly. You can use any of the 3 pools in the village, which is a good option. Overall I would have no problem in recommending yhis hotel.

When we got to the hotel - granted it was 11:30 PM - we were told that the only room available with a king size bed was a handicap one. When we asked why that was the only room left because we had reservation they told us that there is no guarantee as far as the room was concerned. So we took the room - During the night, about every 10 minutes, there was some sort of racket we think in the wall. The maintenance man thought it might have something to do with the A.C.. There is no way we could stay in this room for 2 weeks. We need to sleep!!! They did move us to another room but they did not have one with a king size bed, which is what we reserved. The new room had 2 queens which did not make us very happy. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista - Marriott Village. The hotel location was great due to the proximity to the Disney attractions. However, the breakfast buffet was a bit more pricy than some other eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Despite the pricy breakfast, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was in great area - lots of restaurants and activities. Nice pool area. Room was very nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Didn't spend too much time in the hotel but it certainly served its purpose. Room was clean and comfy for the price. Location was relatively close to parks. Have stayed in Courtyard's before, so I new what to expect.

Great hotel! Super close to Downtown Disney and an easy drive to all Orlando attractions. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Very nice pool area. Looks awesome from a pool view room. I'll be staying there again. Only bad mark is the attached food court charges an awful lot for what you get. If you walk an extra 30 seconds there are two restaurants next to the hotel that offer a better meal for your money.

This is a terrific hotel for the money. We were greeted warmly and the hotel and room were very clean. The room was large and quiet. The pool area also was very clean. Access to Vineland Ave. can be problematic due to traffic backing up waiting to get on Route 535. Otherwise a great stay and a great value.

Very nice, clean hotel with comfy rooms. My only complaint would be the traffic outside of the hotel-lots of travelers and not enough room. But the hotel itself was very nice and comfortable.I liked the idea of the indoor/outdoor pool as it tends to rain a lot in Florida!

I stayed for just one night on business and found the hotel to be very suitable with only a couple of minor shortcomings. These were: 1. The room, although non-smoking, smelled heavily of air-freshener. I attribute this to the age of the hotel--my room was probably a smoking room in the past. 2. Lots of traffic leaving the hotel at dinnertime due to the density of hotels on this little street leading to I-drive. Other than that, a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff very accommodating and there are lots of restaurant options in the food court shared by the neighboring Fairfield and Springfield. Excellent location for vacationers due to the proximity of I-drive and Disney.

The Courtyard has a nice setup in "Marriott Village" and rooms are comfortable. I am accustomed to a free breakfast at most Marriott chains, and that is not an option here, but not a show stopper. Very convenient to shopping and parks.

our hotel room was very clean and spacious. also i was very satified with the staff.

it was really nice to have choices and Publix, Outlets, golden Corral, Starbucks really close... Sea World & Aquatica like 10 minutos only without take highways...

Add continental breakfast for all stays at the hotel.

Security was great at this location. The hotel was very nice. The bedding was comfortable. My kids loved the indoor outdoor swimming pool. The hotel staff was extreamly nice. Would stay at this hotel if ever going back to Florida.

The stay here was excellent and the service. There was a problem with the border on the floor I called the front desk and they came right away and fixed it. The people were very helpful. I recommended this hotel to my co-worker who will be visting Orlando next month.

Great location. It was a small room for a Courtyard Marriott. It wasn't what we expected as we've stayed in several different Courtyards prior. The front desk had only 1 person working and we had to wait 20 minutes to check in and out.

Our fridge leaked.... Thats my only real complaint. The people were nice and checking in and out was quick. Good rooms... The air worked perfectly. The internet was amazing & free.

We stayed at the Courtyard for only two nights, it was close to all the Disney attractions. We decided to find a beach the second day and the front desk was very helpful about helping us find a perfect place. If we were staying just to go to Disney we might have stayed in the Disney resort, but for just two nights, this hotel worked out great for us. We would stay again.

The hotel was magnificient, It wasnt what i was expecting it was more. Comfy beds, close to Disney theme parks, restaurants and outlet mall. Was Wonderful, I will definetly stayed there again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

At check-in, I requested our room be moved from the ground floor and the employee was very cheerful and helpful concerning my request. We enjoyed the 5th floor which was quiet and had a lovely view of the pool.

Hotel was located in a secure community called Marriott Village. You needed a key card to get in and out of the parking lot, which made me feel at ease since the area is pretty busy. Parking is free too, we have found that many hotels on Orlando charge for parking which is ludacris. Many eateries nearby along with the entrance to Disney. Premium Outlets are just a walk down the road too. For people who want to be in a quiet area, this isn't for you, but my husband and I enjoy being in a 'happening' area with everything at your fingertips, so this hotel was perfect for us. The hotel and room were immaculate. Our toilet broke, but someone fixed it for us immediately and called to followup about the service order. Also, the Marriott Village provides a food court with Pizza Hut Express and various other eateries for those folks that are without transportation. Very convienent. I highly recommend staying in this village.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were excellent. I have been to Orlando many times and this was one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in. My wife and two boys also seemed to like it. Overall it was a nice, modern hotel.

We did not expect a jacuzzi in the room nor another equal sized room with all the amenities.

Great hotel,convenient location, a true bargain

It seems that you try to save a little money and when you book through a discount hotel booking company you are placed with a window view of the garbage facilities. all we could see is a parking lot and dumpsters and a dumpster compacting machine. So a discount rate gets you the worst view possible. We werent looking for ocean view per say but just because we used a discount we werent execting to look and hear dumpsters. Thanks

Great familiar hotel. Don't have anything to complaint about this hotel. Great breakfast amenities with great variety of food. The treatment of the hotel staff was excelent.

This hotel has security and was close to Disney, the outlets and eateries. The staff was attentive and helpful. The only downside was the phone messages about Marriot's timeshare. My family would stay here again.

We got a great rate going through hotels. com. We werent expecting alot for that price but it exceeding our expectations. very nice hotel. The only negative was that it was a very large hotel and there could have been elevators in the center . Lots of walking to get to our room.

Pros: Big room with sofa, desk, chair and refrigerator. Roomy shower. Nice bathroom layout. Comfortable bed. Thick curtains that can block all outside light during the day. Very nice and unique pool (half indoor and half outdoor). Polite front desk staff. No extra mystery hotel charges at checkout. Very inexpensive for the level of luxury. Will definitely stay here again. Complimentary in-room wired internet. Cons: Intermittent water pressure on 5th floor. While showering, the water flow dropped to a trickle several times for 5 or 10 seconds. It made me kinda nervous to lather up. Parking is not good. The best spots are taken by the car rental agency, valet, and disabled. Forget parking anywhere near your room when returning in the evenings. Hotel restaurant didn't seem open for lunch. No in-room wireless internet.

MY FRIEND, MY WIFE AND I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AND WERE AWESTRUCK BY THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM FOR THE LOW PRICE WE PAID. EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS BY A LONGSHOT. WILL BE STAYING THERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

Stayed for one night.I stayed in the bedroom that had two queen beds and it also included a pullout sofa bed. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, I even got help unloading luggage and unloading it in my room. It is very easy to find and is right down the street from Prime Outlet and plenty of restaurants. My only complaint is the free Wi-fi, I was only able to use it once and the signal was very weak.

This hotel was awesome! It was me and my best friend's first time visiting Florida. It was a lot more roomy than what I had first expected before I got there. I compared it to several other hotels that were around the area (that our friends booked), that I was considering in booking; and I found out they were not comparable to the room we got at this hotel and at the rate we paid for it!! The room was clean, the staff were amazing. They offered great assistance in directions and the overall customer service is simply OUTSTANDING! Would definitely recommend to everyone whether you be traveling with a friend(s), family, business, anything!!
