The bed was very comfortable. However, there was what appeared to be a blood stain in the chair. YUCK! the shower/bathtub did not drain. You stood in 5 inches of dirty water while you showered. I stayed here 3 years ago and was pleased with it. However, it was not up to par this time.

"Great Hotel for the price"
This is a great hotel for the price. It was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good; not enough seats but they is the same everywhere. The bed was comfortable and room had a flat screen tv. Only complaint was our room was not cleaned the one day but went to front desk and received clean towels and thats all we really needed.

This AmericInn is billed as Colorado's quietest hotel- I can say that I can agree with this statement. As usual, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and handled issues during my stay in a professional and forthright manner. My TV didn't work the first night, and after the problem couldn't be resolved easily, they upgraded me to an executive whirlpool […] room at no extra charge. Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that the sauna was out of order. Other than that every thing was GREAT!

"Best value in a long time"
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great. The hotel was quaint. Room was clean, but had a bit of an odor. Didn't bother us once we'd been in the room awhile. I would recommend they buy a little bit nicer towels.

"Americinn South Ft. Collins - Right off Interstate"
Hotel was ok for price - fine for overnight stay while traveling but wouldn't recommend for longer stay. Breakfast was nothing special but would have been better had staff kept the hot portion supplied. We came down at 8:00 a.m. and there wasn't much left. Staff did not come and refill until about 8:30.

"Quiet and Out of the Way"
Close to major NS freeway for convenience but quiet! Felt as if I were in the country! Large room with numerous amenities (all working) and plenty of hot water. Even though was only there for two days, registration staff called me by my first name. Overpass construction made exit/egress confusing but is temporary.

Quiet hotel, easy to locate and access. Close to shopping malls. Kids enjoyed the pool, but 2nd night there was a lot of chlorine in it. Bugs in hot tub first night so they didn't use it. Room hadn't been vacuumed well in a long time - found remnants of last (?) occupants at foot of bed under bedskirt - childs teething ring/chew toy. Wall heater was […] filthy, and had to turn off because of dust blowing out of it. Toilet seat broken and bathroom light had issues. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. Only a short overnight stay as we had an early plane to catch and arrived around 10pm. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

We had a good experience here. Easy to find right off the highway, clean rooms, very nice customer service, the room was clean, and they had no problem with our very late check-in. If you're not looking to stay at the Ritz this is an excellent value!

very nice accomodations. Pool open early, and still open late. There was a problem with city water line nearby, but the staff did a great job of keeping us up to date and informed. Great breakfast! Very accomodating for pets, kids. I very much recommend this hotel!

This hotel would have received very high marks if it cost twice as much. The only problem was that the Interstate exit was closed so I had to drive around a bit to get to it. Clean public spaces and rooms. Friendly efficient staff. Waffles and biscuts and gravy in addition to the normal "free breakfast" fare.

The spa and pool were great! Probably the best hotel spa and pool ever. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Liked it but, carpets need to be cleaner in rooms, halls, and elevator! That is important to me, but overall it was a comfortable stay, good service and, loved the location.
Hotel is well located between Loveland and Fort Collins, WiFi was free, overall maintenance for the hotel could use some work as there were items like smoke detectors hanging by their wires from the walls. Halls and rooms appear to be vacuumed only a couple of times a week.

The room was suppose to be executive oueen with microwave and fridge. No plce to plug in microwave and fridge was cool -not cold. Room was dirty as the floors were not vaccumed very well-just a hit and mostly miss. Pillows were horrible and the room was very smelly as were the towels. Horrible! Front desk person was rude on the night we checked in. The 'non smoking" floor was full of smoke and the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast consisted of bad gravy with a tiny bit of sausage and hard biscuits. Will not be returning and will not recommend this hotel to our friends.

Pleasant Staff. Clean Room. Really quiet, especially since we were right next to the I-25 freeway that was under construction. Only 2 complaints: Hardest beds I have ever (tried) to sleep on and the breakfast room in REALLY small.

The hotel staff were great and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I travel through the area. The area was very safe and I felt comfortable walking around at night to get something to eat. There were a few places to eat within a two minute walk as well.
Requested non-smoking and guess what I got, a smoking room and since it was ten at night, it was the last room in the place. Staff offered a spray bottle to kill the smoke, what a joke. Room stank and was filthy with dog hair clumps on floor. Don' t stay here.

I stayed for 4 nights. I found the staff very accomodating. The parking was situated to where your room is located so that made for ease of movement between room and car. A continental breakfast was available. Also, there were venting machines for after hours. This is not a luxury hotel but I felt it met all my needs adaquately.
