Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

Lekkert, lite hotell fem minutter gange fra Triumfbuen. Var her på kjæresteferie og trivdes veldig godt. Fantastisk hyggelig betjening, velkomstdrink, gratis matpakke i resepsjonen (i tillegg til frokosten såklart) og fint nabolag.

Glimrende utgangspunkt hvis du skal utforske Paris men likevel rolig område.Rene og fine rom og hyggelig betjening.Frokostbuffet til kl. 10.30 var perfekt for folk på ferie-ikke allverden utvalg men bra.Vi hadde et supert opphold.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 night and the lady in the Reception was very professional and helpful. As it was my local culture to tip the staff who provide good service , however she rejected them as it as she mentioned that it's her duties to do all these She even check on the internet and advised us on the opening hour of the Shopping centre as quite […] alot of shops closed on Sunday in Paris. The room is average in size and was clean as well. The only downside is that the lift might be abit small for 2 person. Les mer

I had a good experience in this hotel. It was nice, clean, comfortable, and the service for the room and staff were quite good. Everybody was friendly and even made good their offer of a complementary drink at midnight. That was quite nice of them. Very Very good hotel! Room good size, Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast plus lunch box daily with no extra charge. Only 7 min walk to the Arc the triumph and 20 min walk to the Effel Tower. 7 min walk to the airfrance bus (15 euro to airport). All this helps to safe a lot of money on the food and transportation. We lost a key from safe 1 h […] before have to leave to the airport. It was non working day, - the receptionist spent 30 min on the phone to find a person to unlock the safe. "Nice and great location"
We were in room #506. Of the four hotels we stayed in during our two week Euro-trip, this was the cleanest and most updated. It was small but very nice and clean, including the bathroom. The location was great (5 min walk to the Arc, and close to numerous train and bus stops and restaurants and bars). The people at the desk were also very nice and helpful […] and good with English, which was helpful for us. They also have a computer in the lobby which guests are permitted to use for free, which we found super helpful for checking email and Googling things to do around the city. They also provided guests with a brown bag "lunch sack" every day before you headed out for the day, which was a very nice gesture. The only quasi-complaint we had was the breakfast, which had a fairly limited selection and was setup in a really tiny/awkward space and which was constantly running out of items (they would refill them, but would repeatedly have to wait). Overall, would recommend this hotel as a very nice experience for a reasonable price. Les mer

If you are used to fancy hotels, this isnt for you... but this hotel was clean, cozy, and had all of the amenities you would expect. (except an ironing board). THe free breakfast was good too, and definitely saved us money from eating out. they also provided a free bagged lunch that we took on the train to Versailles, which was a sandwich chips and […] water. the location was easy to get to from the Line 1 metro and great if you want to walk around eat and shop. An AIR France SHuttle stop is around the corner, which made getting to the airport a breeze. The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was that the safe in our room was broken... but we didn't feel that our things were in danger as long as the door was closed. we enjoyed our stay. Les mer

Hotel is 2 blocks from Paris metro and 3 blocks from the Arch. Great location, very clean, top notch staff. The included breakfast and daily lunch sac really helped with the daily meal costs of Paris.

A classic pied-à-terre. Well away from the city centre in a quiet residential neighbouhood, the room was a tight squeeze, but comfortable. As I had a car, I was pleased to find an offroad and secure car park only some 50 yards from the hotel. My room was on the top floor, so well away from any street noise, but it rained during the night on several […] occasions and the noise on the roof panelling was very loud and woke me up, so very pleased I didn't live there. "Great location, Great Staff, Wierd shower door"
I would definitely stay here again. This hotel is an easy walk to the Metro, and the Arc de Triomphe. There is a nice restaurant on the corner where we ate a couple of evenings, and nice little shops (grocery, bakery, pastry, fruit,) nearby for snacking. The hotel's continental breakfast is quite complete with eggs, ham, cereals, pastries, toast, fruit, […] yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. The complimentary boxed lunch is a nice touch, but we only took advantage of it one day, since we didn't want to carry a lunch with us into the museums. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us good advice on where to change money, and helped us book transportation to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the shower door. It only covered half the tub area (not uncommon, I guess), but it was difficult to adjust so that water didn't get all over the bathroom floor. Les mer

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Close to all the must-see sights, with the Arc De Triomphe a 5 minute walk away. Kind, helpful and English speaking staff! Rooms were extremely clean and the services offered (e.g. free lunchbox and breakfast every morning) were delightful. Would highly recommend.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I booked but was very pleasantly surprised. Great location - about a 5 min walk from a Metro/RER station that is served by AirFrance's shuttle bus from De Gaulle in one direction and a 5 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe in the other. Rooms are small but very well maintained. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean, recently […] renovated bathrooms and AC. Breakfast was nice but there is a grocery store across the street if you need/want something else. Would stay here again if I ever make it back to Paris. Les mer

The towels in the bathroom and the sheets did not look clean. There was no hot water in the shower. I would never stay there again.

great location close to the metro, very nice breakfast with hot and cold items and fresh fruit, super clean room with large bathroom and plenty of floor space.

I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. The room was excellent (clean, good size, bathroom was brand new). The staff was wonderful: extremely helpful, corteous, super nice and very polite. They helped me with restaurant reservations, booking the shuttle, etc. The location is perfect, right by the subway/metro, in a quiet neighborhood full […] of restaurants and some local shopping. Breakfast was excellent, although the kitchen was understaffed, which at times could cause some overcrowding in the dining area. But just a minor inconvenience... The location was perfect, within a 5 minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe, 2 mins walk to metro which made all must-see sights accessible. Several superb restaurants on doorstep and small supermarket over the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and obliging, especially Zoheir on reception for whom nothing was too much trouble - helping with travel arrangements, […] places to eat, giving directions etc. All reception staff spoke excellent English. Our superior room was bigger than expected, very light and airy and spotlessly clean. Modern bathroom with endless hot water. Tea/coffee making facilities and bottles of water. The complementary breakfast was very good and included eggs, meats and cheeses as well as just the pastries and bread we were expecting. The free lunch boxes we were given every day were an unexpected bonus, and were enjoyed in several parks around Paris together with a bottle of vin rouge. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would certainly return in the future. Les mer

Very convenient for a lot of what Paris has to offer at a good price. Not the best hotel in the world, but far from the worst too. The room was functional, the breakfast edible. What more could you really want for a budget concsious stay?

1. Great location- take the Air France shuttle to the airport- a few blocks walking distance from the hotel. 2. Great price. 3. Rooms are clean and are sufficient for your stay. 4. Free breakfast buffet which was convenient for a quick bite before hitting the sites. 5. Near the Arc and the Champs.

"Un pequeño Gran Hotel"
En realidad para las estrellas del hotel la habitación es un poco chica pero no obstante tiene de todo. Pero lo que mas tiene es la cordialidad de las personas que nos atendieron, en especial, quiero destacar a Silvia.....ella con muy buena voluntad soluciona todos los problemas....por ejemplo traslados al aeropuerto. Brillante !!!!

Mycket nöjd med Hotel Etoile Saint Ferdinand Paris. Hottellet är litet och mysigt och ligger perfekt för att åka med metron till olika sevärdheter och flygplatsen. 7 minuters gångväg från Triumfbågen och 5 minuter till Metro. Personalen på hotellet var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga och hjälpte gärna till med all form av bokning. Rummet var som alla […] rum i Paris ganska litet men mycket frächt och toaletten var ganska nyrenoverad och förvånandsvärt stor. Frukosten som ingick var jättemysig, innehöll allt vad man behöver. El precio se relaciona con el hotel en sus aspectos generales. Muy buena ubicacion e ideal atencion del personal de recepcion. Es un acierto la entrega del lunch box. Lamentablemente no cuenta con botones para el traslado de valijas. Lo negativo es que a pesar de ser ofrecido no funcionaba el aire acondicionado central y no ofrecerse compensacion alguna, […] salvo dormir con la ventana abierta. Supermercado a treinta metros y restaurantes a quince metros, buenos. El desayuno suficiente y si bien es pequeño el lugar nunca tuve problemas con la mesa. Les mer
Fint beläget nära Triumfbågen och med bra förbindelser i närheten! Personalen på hotellet var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Strömmen gick på vår våning, men med ett snabbt samtal till receptionen som gick upp direkt blev detta löst på bara några minuter. Riktigt bra kundservice och de brydde sig om sina gäster - det märktes! Även ett stort plus för matsäcken […] samt vatten som ingick. Frukosten var god och var tillräcklig för att starta dagen på ett bra sätt. Jag har verkligen inget negativt att säga om detta hotell! Muito bom hotel, excelente localização, atendimento dos funcionários de ótima qualidade. Acomodações boas, limpeza também. O CAfé da manhã é bem servido e variado. O lunch in box é excelente! É um lanche na parte tarde que vc pode ter no hotel, com sanduiches, chocolate quente, maçã, muito bom!

Alle Räume des Hotels eher klein, im Badezimmer nur Platz für eine Person. Falls man diesbezüglich keine grossen Ansprüche stellt,kann Hotel empfohlen werden: Sauber, gut gelegen, freundliches Personal.

zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding; zeer goede ligging; het beste ontbijt dat we al ooit gehad hebben in Parijs. zeer vriendelijk onthaal; recent vernieuwde kamer (comfortkamer); we werden ontvangen met een welkomstdrank en de volgende dag mochten we nog een lunchbox ontvangen, zeer handig voor een uitstapje naar versailles;
