Meget bra motell til gunstig pris. Koselig og rent, ok frokost med yogurt, frukt, havregryn, frokostblanding osv. Bra hvis du er på vei inn eller ut av San Francisco.God service også..

Pent hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei til Union Square og San Franciscos berømte trikk. Romslig og godt utstyrt treningsrom. Dyr frokost; vi anbefaler i stedet å prøve Taylor Street Coffee Shop (orginalt, billig og meget gode pannekaker med frukt). Området trekkes litt ned pga. mange innpåslitne uteliggere.

Vi fikk et rom i 5. etg mot bakgården, så vi hadde ingen problemer med bråk, selv om vi bodde midt i sentrum. Betjeningen er hyggelige, men ikke så kontaktsøkende. Noe som er like greit. Fint med heis. Rommet vi hadde var ganske trangt, men vi hadde et walk-in-closet med plass til kofferter og et stort bad. Renslig og myggnetting på vinduene. Godt hotell til en billig penge, kommer nok til å bo her igjen om jeg skal tilbake.

Hotellet var helt greit å bo på. Vi var der desverre ikke mer en, en natt. Kunne lett brukt det hotellet igjen. Koselig med vinsmaking i hotell`s lobby mellom 17-18. 7-10 min gange fra Hard Rock Cafe på Pier 39.

Fin beliggenhet, bare to kvartaler fra Union Square, men også bare ett kvartal fra det værste området i byen. Rene, men slitene rom. Grei pris.

Aside from the Front Desk Personnel not ever getting back to me after putting me on hold and a flat bottle of coke in the fridge, this hotel was awesome! Great location. Walking distance to Pier, Chinatown, Union Square - I went to all of these places during my stay. Had a great stay. Would definately return!

The customer service at this hotel is phenomenal! We asked the front desk for suggestions about places to go around the city, and they were always so helpful and always steered us in the right direction. Their suggestions for restaurants all proved to be all great choices! The Hotel was beautiful. Very luxurious! The room was spacious, the accomodations lovely. The hotel was quiet, it was very much a refuge from everything when we would get to our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Omni San Francisco - Great value."
The lobby is very nice, the people even nicer. I mentioned my wife's birthday upon checking in and we were quite surprised to find some wonderful cake with fruit waiting for us in our room the next evening. They have notices in the room about renovations occuring starting in February, but our room was in beautiful condition (with the exception of some […] minor grout issues in the shower, easily overlooked). The bed was wonderful. You could hear some noise from the hall (mostly the maids knocking on the doors in the morning while we were being lazy in bed), but the room was surprisingly quiet considering the cable cars run right by the hotel. The location was great, two blocks to the Transamerica building, about four to Chinatown and a bit more to the start of the embarcadero, all easy walks. Parking is not cheap, about $50 per night. but we avoid that by parking at BART in Pleasent Hills (a nice area near Walnut Creek) and taking the train into the city. The Montgomery BART station is about 6 blocks, a bit of a walk with luggage, but you can avoid that with a $6.00 cab ride. We would stay again. Les mer

Beautiful room. Great location--4 blocks from the underground system (Bart)--easy walk. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great morning and afternoon snacks in the besutiful lobby Spent 3 nights and would return to this hotel again!

Everything was perfect at the Omni. The doormen were wonderful to my 89 year old Mother, helping her and one even sang happy birthday to her. The lobby was absolutely beautiful. The Omni in San Fran was everything that everyone said it was in their reviews. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large and comfortable and it was in a great location. We first were put in a room facing the courtyard, as was advised by other reviews, but we found that it felt too closed in and so we were moved to a room […] facing the front of the building and that felt better as it had a bit of a view. The Omni is a fine 4 star hotel. Rooms are nice sized and very comfortable. They could stand an update. The main standout was the service. The moment we arrived everybody in the lobby welcomed us. The bellman was very friendly and the front desk was very helpful. Even the bartender was willing to help us get a highchair to feed our daughter when we […] were having coffee in the morning. The Omni staff are outstanding. We were greeted with hot cider and ginger bread cookies. Great location and price is reasonable. Only drawback, is that the bedrooms are a bit dated.

Pros: Service is incredible here. Really friendly people. Location is quite good, walkable to most everything including some very good restaurants, ferry building, MOMA, all sorts of stuff. Fitness room is actually good. Free starbucks coffee in the AM. Cons: No views with this hotel, many rooms overlook busy streets and is a big noisy (traffic […] only). Others are inward, quiet but boring view. Many rooms are a touch dated. They are quite good, but problem not as awesome as you want given it's "Luxury" claim on the website. I'm told they are reworking them in 2012. Cell phone reception on some floors is horrible. Wifi is $10/night. Bah. Summary: it's a good hotel but other than service not really excellent in anything. But, i'm a tough grader however. If you stay here, you'll be fine. Very fine. Les mer

This is, by far, the most beautiful hotel in all aspects. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Everyday they put out gingerbread men cookies and hot apple cider. You are within walking distance to Chinatown and Union square. The trolley goes right past the hotel and other transportation is close by. "Service is everything"
My second weekend getaway stay here as a "local" and I was not disappointed. The Omni gets it. Service starts at the front door and carried all the way up to housekeeping leaving out milk and cookies for my son when they turn down the bed. A great value for people looking for luxury and great service at a reasonable price.
