Hoteller ligger i en stille sidegate til Rue de la Madeleine - et flott område i Paris. Hotellet har gjennomgått en oppgradering fra jeg bodde der sist i 2010. Gangene på hotellet er trange og mørke, rommene er litt små, men hotellet er et veldig greit for et weekend opphold i Paris. Rent og pent hotel med sentral beliggenhet både ift shopping, severdigheter og undergrund. 45 minutter fra vi gikk ut av rommet til vi var i Eurodisney og ellers kort vei til det som er verdt å se. Rommet var nyoppusset, rent og pent med gode senger. Det var et stort oppholdsrom med sofaer ved resepsjonen, men ikke mulighet til å kjøpe noe fra noen […] bar. Mange muligheter til frokost rett utenfor hotellet til en betydelig lavere priser enn på hotellfrokosten. Great location !!!! Between Opera, Madeleine et Galerie Lafayette....! The hotel is small but very clean and quiet. The rooms are ok size, the beds are very confortable and you will find everything you need in the bathroom. Our family (my boyfriend, our 3 years old son and I) really enjoyed our stay in Astra Opera Hotel. Room was really clean with pleasant décor and comfortable bed (it was massive - look like two double beds were pushed together). Staff at reception was really polite and helpful with most of them speak good enough English. Location was also prefect - metro […] station is 5 min walk, plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Overall we were happy with our hotel and will stay there again if we to visit Paris again. Les mer

Although my room was tiny, it was clean and very comfortable for a 1-night stay. Location also very convenient for my business meetings. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

The hotel was pretty nice, but being there for business, I really needed a good internet connection. Unfortunately, although the hotel advertises internet, they only give you "basic wireless internet" which you only find in the hotel, which is only 256KB... worse than modem in practicality. Stay away.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Four years ago, the room was small but it was clean and sufficient for our needs (my husband and myself). The location won us over even though it lacked a coffee maker and bigger space. I returned, this year, with two others so there were three to a room. Upon arrival, I was given a smaller room than the […] one I ordered and had to complain. We were moved the next day and compensated with breakfast and that was fine with me. The second room was better. This is a historical building so you won't get up to date conveniences like in newer hotels. One traveller has allergies so her asthma was triggered and the hotel called a doctor for us (very grateful for that). So it's a nice hotel, small, dark but the location is great. I would not return if I was traveling with someone with allergies/asthma. The room smelled like cigarette smoke too (initially). So it rates a good with me. Les mer

Although the Hotel was in a good location and we were given a superior room. The bed was very uncomfortable - not to be expected in a four star hotel in Paris! Also the toilet was tiny and there was no breakfast included. We recently stayed at the Astra Opera Hotel prior to Christmas. I was with my husband and two children (age 8 & 17). We had a deluxe room that was roomy and well appointed. The toilet was separate from the shower which was very handy for 4 people. The beds were extremely comfortable and even though our room was on the street side it was quiet at night. […] This may not be so in the summer when the windows may be open. But the very best thing about this hotel is the location. It was fantastic. It is literally a 3 minute walk to Les Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. It is close to the Opera, Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysees. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there are many restaurant options on the street. In fact, there is a very good, charming Italian restaurant directly across the street. Of course, Paris is a city that rarely disappoints and I would have to say the same for the Astra Opera...especially for the price and location. Les mer

The location is superb. Only few minutes walk from Opera and Roissy Bus (Airport Bus).. 20 mins walk to Lourve One thing to bear in mind... don't expect a nice hot shower.. the shower is quite weak..

We had a nice weekend at this hotel. It is very central within walking distance to the Champs Elysee, the Opera, La Fayette etc, the rooms are clean and the reception staff were friendly. Don't expect any luxury though, the rooms are tiny and nothing special.

In general the experience was good. At first I was assigned a tiny smokers room which I refused to take. The staff placed me in a higher range room with no hesitation. Service was overall good, the room was always clean and the Internet at the room was very convenient. The only downside was that the eve before I check-out, I was first told that they […] could keep my bag for several days while I was going on holiday to other countries but the next day they refused to do it so I had to make last minute arrangements to get my bag taken care of by someone. I asked to speak to the manager to do a complain and he/she wasn't there, asked to be called back by the manager and I rather received a called by the concierge saying the manager confirmed they couldn't keep my bag. I felt it to be a lack of courtesy as I expressively asked to be called by the manager. They had a serious internal communication problem in the hotel as they didn't agree in the policies. Les mer

the hotel has extremely small corridor which enables to pass through luggage, the front desk is not very friendly. the hotel is very well located and sourrounding are great.

This is a nice hotel in a nice location that I booked via hotels.com at a very very good price. I had stayed for a night in another hotel for the same price a couple of years ago that was ages different (worse) than this one. However, I do not see this as deserving its star rating. The room is lovely, but the service is indifferent which is a hallmark […] of a lower quality hotel. The main (French) channels on the TV were not available as the HD signal was not on and no one cared at the reception. I am not saying that the reason for going there was to watch TV, but I like premium hotel receptions to at least pretend to be interested when you call them. I am also not sure about the Best Western affiliation. I am guessing the hotel just entered the chain, because apart from a little plaque at the entrance there was no mention of Best Western. I highly recommend this hotel...clean, central, and friendly. You can't ask for a better combination in Paris :)

This hotel was very functional for a quick trip to Paris. The room was clean but pretty small. 2 beds means 2 very small beds pushed together in a small room. The staff was great and the location of the hotel was perfect. In fact, there is an airport shuttle that goes from the Airport right to the Opera area and drops off 2 blocks from the hotel. Good value with the special Expedia discounted price. Helpful, friendly staff on reception.. Room not huge but clean and nicely decorated. Well located, close to the grands magasins on Bvd Haussman and the Opera Garnier. Also, convenient for the Eurostar at Gare du Nord (the 42 bus takes about 15 mins, outside the rush hour).

We just came back from a 7-day stay in Paris. This hotel is well located, close to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Champs Ellyses. Neighbourhood was great. Close to metro even though we walked most of the time. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Nicely located hotel in the shopping district of Paris. Clean and nice rooms, but nothing extravagant. Would probably rate the hotel as a 3* hotel, but not at all dissatisfied with stay. Nice with a small complementary snack in the afternoon in the lobby.

仕事のため、1泊のみの利用でしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。 早朝着の便だったので、ホテル到着が8時頃になってしまいましたが、アーリーチェックインを受け入れてくれて本当に助かりました。フロントマンもとても親切でフレンドリーです。 場所はオペラ付近、ロワシーバス停留所から3分ほどで、とても便利。 部屋はシングルでしたので、お世辞にも広いとは言えませんが、一応スーツケースを広げることはできました。 ロビーでは13時から21時まで（だったと思います）、無料でソフトドリンクのサービスがあります。 また、ファッションウィークとは思えない値段で宿泊できたのも驚きです。 次回も利用したいです。

一人で３泊しました。 アップグレードしていただき、ひとりでは広すぎるほどの最上階の部屋をアサインしてもらい、非常に快適でした 朝食は１７ユーロ 私は基本的にはホテルで食べるので、次回利用するとしましたら、朝食付きにしようと思います 湯沸かし器は貸し出し用がありますが、数に限界があるので、２日目から貸してもらいました その代り、いつでもホットウオーターをポットに入れてもらえます ロケーションはとても便利なところにあり、今回はメトロを使うことがありませんでした いろいろなホテルに泊まってみたいので、次回も利用するかどうかはわかりませんが、 宿泊に困っていらっしゃる方がいらっしゃれば、お勧めします

同じ価格なのに、ツインで予約した場合とダブルで予約した場合とで部屋の広さがかなり違いました。ツインでもダブルでもベッドがくっついていますので、離すことができるようにツインが広めに作られているようです。ダブルではなくツインで予約することをお勧めします。 （添付の写真はダブルで予約したほう。写真に写っているのがほぼ部屋のすべてです。） ロビーにドリンクが用意されていて、自由に飲むことができます。 地下鉄オペラ駅・マドレーヌ駅も徒歩圏内でとても便利な立地です。 ロワシーバス停もすぐ近く。 短い滞在、せっかくなので朝食はホテルでとらずにマドレーヌ駅近くのカフェに行きました。大満足。 バスタブがあるので、ゆったりお風呂に浸かれます。 廊下がとても狭くて、何かあったら逃げるのが大変そうだなあと思い […] ました。 Les mer

交通の便は文句なしです。空港からオペラ座行バスの停留所にも近く、地下鉄のオペラ駅やマドレーヌ駅にも近いので、本当に便利でした。アップグレードをしてもらったおかげで、部屋も広々つかえてとても快適に過ごせました。

ロワシーバスのバス停から近く買い物にも便利だった。部屋も思ったより広く快適に過ごせた。スーツケース2個が十分広げることが出来た。キレイで立地が良いのに値段も手頃なので次回も利用したい。
