Hotel staff are friendly. Room is clean.hot tub was not working at the time but they offered us to go use the one at the other Marriott down the street.everything was good except for the long distance phone charges.I misplaced my cell so all I did is let it ring till I found it,never actually used to make a call but still was charged which was not  […] right. Was very pleased with the quick and friendly service after a long flight and dealing with the Toronto airport. we were very pleased with the room there were 6 of us 4 adults 2 children so it was a ery good value. The only thing we were dissapointed in was there wasno fridge in the room. having a baby with us is was inconvenient keeping milk in the sink […] with ice to keep it cold. Shuttle was very convenient in the morning to get to airport. I would definitley reccommend this hotel. Les mer

We have stayed at a lot of motels traveling. Even though this one is right near the airport (exciting) you do NOT hear the planes at all! Super quiet! Really clean and comfy beds too.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Large rooms for the five of us. I rated the condition of the hotel low as they were in the middle of renovation but over all the hotel was great. I would stay there again.

Unfortunatly I didn't see any notice about the re-hab work being done. (on the internet) We miised not having a place to go to for a drink. Tthe pool was very nice though. I will go back.

I was more than comfortable at this hotel during my short overnight stay. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were all very professional, helpful and friendly at check-in, check-out, pick-up and drop-off . I think that the hotel is very fairly priced and offers great value for money spent. I would certainly use this hotel again if I'm en route […] to another destination and in need of overnight lodging in the Toronto airport area. Kudos! Les mer

Hello, I'm a client with this hotel and this time I was very disappointed with the service and I didn't know the hotel was in renovations and no breakfast because that. For the price I was really really disappointed and I don't recommend my friends to stay there. Maria

Hotel had construction going on so it was unsettling. I believe they should have let people know when hotel was booked. Perhaps even give a discount because of the inconvenience. Room was ok, nothing special. Would not stay there ever again. There are much nicer hotels for the money.

They were upgrading the breakfast room so it was not in service . The last time I was there the breakfast was included but this time it was an extra cost.

We finished on this hotel, because downtown was overbooked, there was no rooms available. This hotel is really clean, and the service is what you could expect. If you don;t mind the airport noise, then is a good option to have in mind.

I recommend this hotel for a short, convenient stay. It was clean and comfortable, and considering how close it is to the end of the Pearson runway, very quiet. This was easily above the standard of many other hotels with similar modest 'star' ratings and prices.

I was travelling wit h my 1 & 3yr old grandchildren. The waiter @ breakfast (Roque) was wonderful and didn't flinch when confronted by a temper tantrum or a messy baby trying to feed herself. He approcached everthing with a really good sense of humour. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. My only complaint was that my daughter stepped […] on a toothpick buried in the carpet, it pierced skin. I was grateful that it wasn't the baby. Pool was great. Les mer

Our stay was great. Our room was bright and clean, beds were comfy. Staff at the desk were helpfull and attentive and polite. We only had breakfast in the restaurant area but it was satisfactory, the staff who served us were great, and their service was top notch. Loud parties at night by young people was not stopped - yelling in halls should have been dealt with.

airport shuttle takes 30mins for pick ups. Hotel tried to charge me 12 dollars for hotel stay for parking and refused to include 1 week parking for airport at hotel that was included in price.

Somewhat dated feel .Lower end of the Courtyard brand. Value dependent on price paid. Located within a bland commercial district of neighboring hotels and chain restaurants convenient to the airport traveler. Service at the courtyard was efficient and accommodating.

Our stay at the Marriott was excellent, we visited Toronto for my nephew's wedding I also recommended my sister and family to stay there also. We enjoyed the breakfast the rooms were very clean , the hotel staff were very helpful. I hope to go come back again

This was a great place to stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only discrepancy was that the price for parking did not match what is listed but the hotel clerk was very kind and made an adjustment to appease us. I would definitely stay here again, however.

This hotel is disgusting. The hotel smells, the condition of the rooms reminds me of a frat house. The staff is rude. I will never stay here again. The second worse hotel ever and I travel 40%.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Everything was perfect and perhaps a little beyond. The use of a printer in the lobby to print boarding passes was a great touch! Extremely near numerous quality eating establishments.

Decent hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that I don't like paying $13 for a continental breakfast that is free in similar hotels.

Staff were very friendly, especially lounge and restaurant staff. Nice extras such as large 'lounge area' to work at tables and coffee available in lobby in the morning.

My wife and I have stayed here on several occasions when we have an early flight the next day or couldn't find someone to drive us to the airport the day we were flying out. The rooms are nicely appointed and you can barely hear the planes that constantly fly over this area. Less than a $10 cab ride to the airport and front desk will happily make the […] call for you. I've never stayed here for more than one night but there are plenty of restaurant options in the area as well. Les mer

Good airport hotel at a reasonable price. Very clean, newer hotel. Nice pool. Great morning breakfast staff in lobby restaurant, so accomodating and friendly! Could hear some airport noise when the planes were landing, but not disturbing. Mattress was too hard, but otherwise room was comfortable. Good internet access. Extra parking fee.
