"nice place"
Everything was great, except that I had a handicap room, which I don't mind at all, but the hand held shower wand holder was loose and I had to manipulate it to be able to get under the stream of water. Overall, a nice place.

"Staybridge Hotel in Columbu, Ohio"
My stay at the hotel, was comfortable. Having access to the kitchenet. Was like being at home away from home. The maintenance, kitchen staff was all very helpful. I encourage anyone who is visisting in the Columbus area, look up the Staybridge hotel on Cassady for a wonderful stay.

"Well worth the price"
I was looking for a good value on an OSU game day weekend. I wasn't in the hotel long but the staff was pleasant and the room was clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good mid-level hotel room.

"Fair Friends"
We traveled with a group and ended with some staying at different suites hotels. We visited each other while in the city and everyone decided that they liked our suite best. It got high marks for the conveniet location, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings.

For the price, this hotel can't be beat. Minutes from the airport, and Easton, easy access to 270/670, the breakfast is included and better than most hotels.

We took a mini vacation to the Ohio State Fair, and stayed 2 nights at the Staybridge Suites Airport in Columbus Ohio. We were greeted by a warm, friendly staff, stayed in a clean, comfortable room, and had a good breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
"Total Customer Commitment"
I flew in on business for a couple of night stay. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left the staff made every effort to make me feel welcome, comfortable and to meet my needs. The hotel bus drove me to and from the business location I was visiting, besides the norm airport service. They served an all-you-can eat dinner each night with wine […] and beer, a different meal each night. I missed the outdoor "grill night". Seriously, I travel regularly on business and when you run into a hotel like this one, it's a gem. Les mer

This was an excellent choice for my one night stay. Convenient, clean, friendly. Breakfast was better than most. My room was adjacent to the elevator, but I did not hear conversations from people waiting for the elevator (nor the elevator).
"Staybridge--great hotel"
Our family all stayed there recently while in town for a high school graduation, and we enjoyed the manager's special each evening--nice time for us to get together at the end of each day. Only one comment: the t.v. listings in the room need to be updated to reflect the correct channels.

"Staybridge Suites Columbus OH--a pleasant surprise"
It was very difficult to explain to people who don't speak English that I wanted a room with a parlor. My cousin and I were pleasant surprised that we essentially got what we asked for. The room was clean and convenient. It was located in a "hotel" mall. I was ready to lengthen my stay once I got there. Our room was on the first floor. The down side […] is that the hotel has the thinnest ceiling second floor "lack of insulation" I have ever encountered. However, I got over it and was able to get to sleep and slept well. I will stay in one again and would recommend the facility as well. Les mer

"Elephants in the room above us"
We stayed two nights, both nights it was very loud above us from 5:30 a.m. and on. It was people walking around but it was so loud I thought the ceiling was giong to cave in.

The shuttle was not available after 10.00 pm and between 11.30 am and 5.00 pm the time I was there.

This was my first stay in a Staybridge hotel, but it certainly won't be my last. I travel a lot, and this property met or exceeded every one of my expectations. good breakfast in the morning, a liitle snack in the evening, and a great room afterward with a full kitchen. Very nice for the price.

"Always exceptional"
I almost always stay at this hotel when I go to Columbus. If I don't it's only because it's booked up. I love everything about this hotel. It's pretty, clean, friendly, good location, fun amentities and the price is right.

The hotel was somewhat difficult to locate. Mapquest gave misleading directions and traffic requires split-second decisions. A phone call to the front desk got me there. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I had a full kitchen, stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. At check-in I was informed that a free meal is offered on Mon-Thurs evenings. […] I had a tasty pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese, and an excellent fresh salad. Beer and wine were available for a minimal price. This was an unexpected treat and saved me from going back out at night and spending more money. Breakfast was as expected for a full continental. All in all, a great stay and I will return. Les mer
"A++ hotel"
This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The building & the rooms were clean, fresh, up to date. Free wireless, life size chess, basketball court and outside grill. Not mention indoor pool. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any needs. Very informative on the area too. 50 cent beer and wine on select nights...would can beat that price?! […] Serve a decent hotel breakfast warm & cold items. As well as warm meals on certain nights (free). The order-in food service was ok..nothing spectacular. Took about an hour to get chicken strips and fries. Fully functioning kitchen in the room. Location was perfect for business meetings and airport access. Close to the airport but didn't notice the planes much. Would DEFINATELY with out a doubt STAY here AGAIN!...Also will influence my decision on hotels in my travels to other places, will look for a Staybridge first. Les mer

stayed in the Airport area because all the hotels in the convention center and downtown area were booked, this was a nice and convenient alternative with good accessability.

very nice room, some rooms on the floor were being updated, construction did not interfere with our stay. the hotel and grounds are very well maintained, the rooms very clean, and the beds comfortable. i enjoyed my stay and will book here again.
"Consider WHY you want to stay here"
I had a trade show event to attend, where we wouldn't be arriving to the hotel each night until late. I choose a hotel with a "Full kitchens with granite countertops and pendant lighting". Imagine my surprise when I show up with groceries for 4 days worth of dinners and breakfast, only to discover, no oven, no skillets for the 2 burner hot plate type […] "cooktop". Granite? Nope, but who cares, when you've lost $40 worth of steaks due to lack of a "full kitchen". When this was brought to the managers attention, he said "oh, sorry". With a great deal of "suggestion" on my part, an aluminimum skillet was located. It was 11 pm by this time (I got into the room at 7:45). So, if you are looking for a room close to the airport with a nice hot buffet breakfast (the lady who prepares it is so sweet), then yes, go here. Do not consider this for any type of "let's save some money and time and prepare in room meals". You'll be sorry. Les mer
