the major and best subject of your hotel was your front desk person, I cannot remember name but it was the young hispanic young lady that i swear spent the night there to work. the whole staff was great but SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! your establishment is very lucky to have her as an employee. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, there is some business near by and the beeping sound that trucks backing up make began before sun up and continued almost non stop all morning. It was very annoying and frustrating. The room could use some TLC as well.

The staff at Americinn were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Very clean place. We did smell a strong cat urine smell at the end of our hallway. we also noticed some bugs on our first night but none after. I was reassured by the desk clerk that they have an exterminater in once each month and also within 24 hours of any noticed […] bugs. All in all our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Conveniently located near the highway, shopping and restaurants. Could have been a little nicer considering the smells and bugs. Not really what I expected for the price I paid. Les mer

The hotel I was given was the fireplace suite. The hot tub was nice but we ran out of hot water. Also, the television seemed too far away from the bed. Like too small. When we went to bed the ac unit was ungodly loud and screwed with the tv a little bit. When my girlfriend woke up the next morning she had a headache and complained about the smell. Had ODOR in room. Reported for 3 days. No resolution. Sink drain slow. Electric receptacle next to mirror next to TV was loose. Could cause fire hazard!! All items reported to Hotel.

N OT A BAD HOTEL, BUT WILL HIT YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR 100.00 FOR INCEDENTALS .DONT TELL U UNTIL U CHECK IN,WILL TAKE AT LEAST 4 BUSSNIES DAYS TO RELEASE YOUR MONEY. CARPETS WERE DAMP IN ROOM. DECENT BREAKFAST. OK POOL AREA .EASY TO FIND LOCATION.

As we were checking in we were informed by the counter associate that the pool was closed as someone had "thrown up" inthe pool. The pool was the reason that we had booked that hotel over less expensive ones in the area and had arrived early in the afternoon to use the pool.

The only positive I can say is it made me appreciate leaving for home! LEFTOVER Coffeestains on counter, beds hard as rocks cheap old mattresses, floors never vacuumed , I was afraid to go to the ice machine alone, breakfast area was so dirty we went out to eat.Very scary.Pay more and stay somewhere else!

We travel with our dog, so finding hotels that allow pets are hard to find. The first room we were put in was smelly. People stood outside our room (we had the window open to get fresh air) and smoked, so all we smelled was smoke. The carpet was stained and we kept our shoes on the whole time we were inside. We stayed here 4 nights... 3 adults and 2 children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool hours were till midnight which was great. The room was large and was clean.... requested a crib and got it immediately. Did request a refrigerator but they had none left.... we survived without it. Parking was close to entrance/exits. Breakfast was the same […] every day..... and was not replenished so if you slept later... the sausage would be gone....etc.... other than that, everything was fine. I would stay there again or would recommend to others. Les mer

Although this hotel is an older building, the room was large, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast offered was awesome! Although a pool and spa, I never had the opportunity as the spa was not working, pool looked inviting but decided to get some rest. Only thing negative I have to say is the outside parking lot was littered with trash and outside trash […] cans were overflowing with garbage. I would recommend. Les mer

Nice place to stay and not far from downtown Bay City. Right place for the right price.

Nice location off I-75. Okay for a night or two but wouldn't stay there longer than that. The pool is not only used by hotel guests but also locals who have a gym membership at the gym 2 doors down!

Very nice for the cost. I am a bit picky when it comes to hotels. This one was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here when ever I am in the area for business.

One bedespread was dirty and smelled.. We found peanuts/pretzels on the floor from previous occupants. Staff was EXTREMEY helpful and courteous. Luanne

Room was clean. Motel is located 'out in the country' away from the town and no traffic noise. Non smoking room was fine, but the hallways smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. Pool and hot tub being used by families (our stay was a Saturday night). Nice little continental breakfast in the morning.

Clean large room and good breakfast at a very fair price.
