I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

they over-all location to surrounding attractions was great, not to mention the view from the room. the one gripe I did have was the surprise $15 valet fee the spring on you upon arrival since they don't actually have a parking lot.

did not like it at all

The bed was a bit lumpy, but it was totally worth it to have a fabulous view of both the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The hotel service, including cleaning staff and concierge, were superb.

When I first got to the hotel I couldn't believe how poorly it was decorated - the carpets were old and terrible, wallpaper and I don't know why you would bother putting up chandeliers if they are plastic. The room was unbliebavly small - I mean I could almost touch either side standing in the middle. The tv was from the 70's and was placed in such […] a way in the corner of the room that iyou had to choose between having a sprained neck watching tv or just look out the window and listen to the plumbing of the hotel as toilets flushed or people had showers all around you. The most I can say for this hotel is I didn't sleep outside and it covered me from the rain. Les mer

Great Falls View! Nice and cozy rooms! I would definitely come back again.

The room I had was clean with a comfortable bed, and a little desk, which is pretty standard for any hotel. However, the bathroom is very un-private. The entire length of the wall is a window with no curtains. So, make sure that you are comfortable enough to poop prison style with whomever you share your room with. Also, the ice machine is at lobby […] level which is a little frustrating when the suites start at floor 27. Overall, it is inexpensive, has free wi-fi and affordable parking. Les mer

The wi fi was having a lot of problems. The rooms are very outdated, nothing like the picture on the website.

We really enjoyed our stay , we had a falls view room and the view is well worth the price ! The staff was super friendly , rooms were all new ( no flat screen tv but still got basic cable channels ). Very clean building ,the stair case going from 29 th floor , to the 30 th floor was kinda bla but other then that highly recommend It's 20 ish a day […] for parking and lot is few blocks from hotel , someone always willing to go and grab your car for you , was nice . The local restaurants were kinda pricy but also expected from their. I deffentally would not go back to T.G.I.F 'S again was expensive as the Keg and not good at all . The best part of our trip would deffentally be the view of the falls from the hotel , Nightmere fear factory ( was totally scary as hell , we made it to the end lol ,if looking for a thrill be sure to stop their. We also went to the Bird kingdom ( aviary ) was a must see in my opinion , their are all types of tropic birds in a open concept room with a hudge indoor waterfall ! It was super nice great for pictures ! Overall I would love to go back for a second visit ! Les mer

Will gladly stay again next time in Niagra

The hotel was very nice, and the view was breathe taking. Service was awesome with valet parking. Rooms were clean but very small. No bath tub in our suite but overall an enjoyable experience.

This hotel is supposed to be rated a 4 star according to Hotels.com however it should be moreso rated a 1 star. When we entered our room it was shaped weird (although it is a circular building), the room is very small (cityview), the bed was less than adequate as it made all kinds of noises, unacceptable bedding (no duvets other than a very thin blanket/comferter), […] pillows were not even fit for a child, the room was unbelievably hot, and the fan/cooler is located in the ceiling over by the window, all blocked by curtains! And dont be fooled by their jaccuzzi which is in the room--it fits one person only which is not very romantically entertaining! And the fan once turned on makes a loud noise which is uncomfortable when trying to sleep! This hotel experience was terrible and i would certainly not recommend it to anyone. Les mer

The hotel was amazing! My husband and I stay on St. Patty's day for our anniversary. When booking the hotel I asked for a great view of the falls. I got more than I asked for! We stay in room 2901 and the view was gorgeous!!! The staff was wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. The hotel was only a few blocks from everything which was very nice!! […] There was a $15 a day charge for valet parking. We would recommend this hotel and will be staying here the next time we go to Niagara Falls!!! Les mer

Our room had a spectacular view of the falls however the Pinnacle Restaurant was closed during our stay and the TV had cable service difficulties throughout our stay as well - staff were unable to rectify this problem. Other than that, great fallsview, very convenient location, and friendly staff.

The room was a lot smaller then I was excepting it to be. The bathroom was very small and hard to move around in after a shower. The shower had no water pressure. The tv was in a weird spot and was not able to view comfortably from the bed. Plus there was no movie channels. I did like the fact that we had an amazing view of the falls. Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Bonnie, Dennis and John. Our room was perfect. Overlooked the falls. We didnt want to leave. We will return for sure!!!

You will be very happy with the nice service you received. We booked the Deluxe Queen Room on the Falls view side. We got a room on 29th floor which is the highest. It was a great experience ever. The location is very convenience for everything. I will stay there every time when I go to Canada!

Be aware they have no parking on site and do provide valet parking at a cost of an additional $34.50. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The Lady in the downstairs restaurant was very accommodating. Very unique room configuration as it is a converted unit into a hotel from an observation platform. Staff are very friendly. the view is great. the room is tiny, typical motel room. the worst part was the $35 parking fee charged for 2 days with a smile. nobody mentioned this until the check-out. Leaves bad feeling, like you have to watch your back. Had i known, would had found better room.

Absolutely appalling! We booked this hotel because we wanted a quiet get away and a place to sleep after all of the excitement. What we ended up getting was the noisiest room I have ever been in. We couldn't sleep more than 10 minutes at a time. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and looked like something out of a bad 80s horror movie. This hotel has […] the tiniest pillows you'll ever use. We kept hearing bed squeaking, Jacuzzi vibrations, water going through pipes until 5am. I called front desk to see if they could help us and we got a TON of attitude. The next morning I tried speaking to a manager, but there was no supervising employee on site. I called ahead of time to get my car from their mandatory valet and it took over 30 minutes to get my car. After a heated discussion at the front desk over pricing and poor quality rooms we get our car. The driver demanded a tip.... I just paid 17.50 to park my car for 10 hours and they want a tip. He wouldn't give my keys back until I gave him a tip. I noticed my brand new car had over 25km on it from when I dropped the car off until I received it. So either they park REALLY far away or they took my car for a ride. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Save your money and go somewhere better. I still haven't heard back from a manager regarding my issues with the hotel. Les mer

We had a room facing the river/falls. amazingly good design of this hotel, places all the roomy space you need, exactly where you need it, so that an actually small room with a king bed seem like a full size room. Wall to Celing to Wall windows give the feeling of roominess, and the falls view is amazing. The hotel is actually cozy, and not over-crowded, […] as its room count is limited by it's structure, which places all the rooms with good views. The sevices offered are not as many, yet the atmosphere is cozy and personal, which makes up for it. The first floor restaurant is fantastic. Did not get a chance this visit for the Pinnacle Restaurant, but look forward to it next visit. Only complaint about Niagara Falls is that although the Falls is diectly below all the hotels with the best view, the Hill does not allow a stairway down to the pedestrian bridge over the highway, so during the fall-winter-spring seasons, you have to walk around the hill a half mile, when the falls is right below you. However it is a pleasant walk, and the weather as well as the falls are exhilerating. Highly recommended location and top view hotel with small friendly atmosphere. Les mer

Our stay at the Tower Hotel was incredibly disappointing. I'd picked the hotel from among others in Niagara Falls because of the positive reviews from other travelers, and was really shocked when we got to our room. The hotel is in the middle of renovations, with some rooms completely renovated, and other--like ours--in horrible shape. There were huge […] water stains on the walls, the shower walls were covered in thick dark mold and the bathroom fixtures were rusted, the sink had a huge crack, and wooden furniture in the room was broken. I've never stayed in such a poorly-maintained hotel. When I talked to the front desk, it took two attempts (one the first night, and the second the next morning) to get the attendant to respond. The first night she acted as if I was just being cheap for complaining about the room quality. The second time, after a fair amount of insistence, she offered that we could switch to another, already-renovated room for our second night--but one which had a view of the city, rather than the falls. As our original room had a spectacular view of the falls--we had paid extra in the first place to get this view--downgrading to a room without a view (the main attraction at NF) would have been a waste, and so we suffered through the second night in order to enjoy the falls view. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again, and would not recommend others to do so. In fact, I've never written a hotel review before (despite traveling frequently for business), but felt compelled to review this hotel because of how disappointing the room condition and customer service were. I'd recommend that Hotels.com rethink its affiliation with the Tower Hotel. Les mer

Perfect view from our fallsview room. Very clean. Newly renovated hotel is not nearly as busy as their neighbour hotels... would've been nicer to have the price a tad lower than those (neighbouring) hotels as the rooms are a bit small.

Amazing!!!!!!

The hotel turned out to be a disaster. The falls view room was such that you could harldy see the falls The rooms are VERY small. The elevator to the top floor did not have safety doors. Worst of all, the heating in the room was broken, and the manager's response was "It is winter, it happens". Very dissatisfied. Ruined my weekend. The hotel was in a convenient location. The room, although a little small, was cozy and comfortable. The view we got was amazing even though it was a city view. The hotel staff was friendly and I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a little older but nonetheless very nice. As expected, the view is amazing. There are some idiosyncrasies that come with the unique design: small corridors, long elevator rides, and valet parking mean that it takes more time than usual to come and go; also, the rooms are somewhat pie-shaped which leads to some space inefficiency. I was […] mildly disappointed by the lack of an open electrical outlet near the desk and the spotty wireless service. While the hotel is very close to the falls, you must take an incline down the hill. If you go off season, the incline is not available and you have to walk about 20 minutes to get to the falls. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to "down town" Niagara Falls. I found it to be a very pleasant walk when the weather was nice, but it was somewhat inconvenient when it was cold because it can be very windy. My girlfriend and I would definitely go here again. I would recommend it to others provided they are interested in a place with a lot of character and a more intimate atmosphere. It will definitely not provide the same experience as a large chain hotel. Les mer

The hotel rooms were small but comfortable and if you get a fallsview side nothing beats it. Disappointing that the restaurant with a view has very limited hours and only during prime weekend times

had a great time - the staff was nice and very accommodating. The view was Amazing - I think that was the best part - overlooking the falls. Would recommend to anyone travelling

Great place if you want a great view of the falls (have to request/pay extra for this). Small rooms but I am a minimalist and feel less is more, especially when it's the less is good quality. Hotel is a little tacky but that's the cool part about it.

This hotel stay was amazing, the view remarkable, great for a one year anniversary. \hope to stay again.

The cost of the room was so fair considering that it is such a unique venue. We had the "city view" on the "penthouse" floor. I loved it! My only suggestion would be to put a shower floor non-slip matt down because the floor is dangerous when wet. The gentlemen who parked our car and gave us tourist info. were great too!

Indifferent front desk - rude at times! Old structure...the loud HVAC sound gave us a headache at night, hard to sleep! Except for the room, the shared spaces seem dated in terms of looks and need upgrade.

The view was absolutely amazing! If nothing else, that would have been worth it! The room was nicely decorated and was very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed out time there!

Loved the hotel......the view was top notch Not much offered at the hotel other then a place to sleep. Strange but true the elevators were cold, very drafty. ABSOLUTE MUST TO GET THE FALLS VIEW.......GET OFF YOU WALLET! Perfect hotel for a stay if your plan is to site see and not stay at the hotel. Would have liked to see better tv programing. We spent one night at the Tower Hotel and had a great view of Horseshoe Falls. The room was small, but included a refrigerator and microwave and was perfect for our stay.
