Wow! Dette hotellet har alt man kan drømme om. Ligger midt i smørøyet, har et eksklusivt preg og er alikevel koselig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Nice Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. the internet was down the first couple of days I was there which was frustrating since I was there on business. the room was comfortable. Breakfast was so-so.

"Staybridge Suites in Round Rock - So Hospitable!!!"
The management and staff were the nicest hotel staff I think I have ever encountered (and I travel a lot!). They were so sweet to my elderly parents and their little dog. Breakfast was wonderful. Just a great experience!!!

"Staybridge Austin"
Perfectly fine hotel except for the weird room housekeeping rules. At the weekends, your room is made up only at your request but that is not made clear before you book a room or at check-in so it comes as a surprise when you get back to your room after being out all day and finding the beds still unmade and no clean towels. Wouldn't be a problem if […] I was on my own but I had my two kids with me so it was a bit of a pain. When I complained at check-out, they did take it seriously and made sure I left on a happy note. "Great Hotel & Great Breakfast"
I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was GREAT!!! I will stay here again when I am in the Round Rock area.

We stayed in the two room suite. We had a great time. The breakfast was hot. The staff was great. I have even suggested to my company when we travel to Austin to stay at here.

The decor is very new and modern. Hotel accommodates large parties and the free breakfast is extensive. The room was well laid out and we had room for everyone to stretch out. The full kitchen was wonderful. Included stocked cabinets with dishes and utensils. Wonderful experience.

"A bad first and last impression..."
The employee at check in was nice enough, but when we got to our room and I pulled back the covers and blankets I noticed large brown and yellow stains all over the sheets on the bed... GROSS! I called down and, although they came and changed the sheets right away, I was a little creeped out about the cleanliness of the hotel from then on. The next […] morning when we went to take a shower we discovered shockingly low water pressure -- to the point where there was barely a trickle, not even enough to wet your hair. We toughed it out but were not impressed, to say the least. Fast foward to the next morning...we go to take a shower at about 9:30 a.m., prepared this time for the low water pressure, only to discover that the water in the hotel had apparently been turned off completely (no water in sink, shower, or for toilet flushing). No warning, no notice, nothing! Upset and frustrated, I called down to the front desk to see what was going on. Melissa at the front desk (sorry to call her out...you'll see why I am doing so in a moment) said they were repairing something and it would be back on in about 20 or 30 minutes. When I began questioning why there was no notificaiton provided and asking what she suggested we do now that we could not continue with our plan for the day, she said "I don't know what else to tell you" and HUNG UP ON ME. So, not only has the hotel failed in providing a very basic necessity of lodging (running water) they have also failed customer service in a major way. This is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Stay way from Staybridge... Les mer

We were happy with our stay at Staybridge. The room was comfortable and didn't have trouble with the internet in our room. The bed was a little hard in our opinion but had plenty of pillows and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was pretty good too... great coffee!

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Some of the rooms were undergoing renovations, but all of the work was done out of site. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The best part of the stay was breakfast - hot sausage and eggs, french toast, and waffles. Very happy with hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Great location close to outlets and many restaurants. Would stay there again!
"Close to everything, but very quite atomsphere."
This hotel was everything I had hoped it would be. It was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. While it was located in a busy area that was pretty close to everything it was quite, and felt tucked away. We loved it, and will definitely be back again!

Going on the reviews I wasn't expecting much upon arrival. I was nicely surprised. The staff was always courteous, and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and well maintained. "StayBridge Suite"
The front desk staff was super friendly each time we came back to the hotel and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. On Tue. thru Thur. nights they have an evening buffet which features free grub along with some free beer. We never partook in this so I really can't comment, but I thought it was a nice touch that I hadn't seen before. The […] daily light service was enough to keep the room in order, they make the bed, replace any dirty towels and they also clean any dishes in the sink (which I wasn't expecting) The morning breakfast was always kept well stocked and was never too crowded. "A good place to stay after a long day"
We spent 4 days and nights. All of our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Our suite was roomly, quite, well air conditioned (it was 106 outside) and had excellent beds. The staff was pleasant and helpful. This is a good value for your money.
