The hotel is very close the convention center and quality/ price is very good. The room was clean. Only cons is the breakfast, Although it is included in price, it is very poor.

The location was perfect for us. Seaworld, aquatica, and discovery cove are minutes away. There were many restaurants and attractions around. The day shift employees were nice and helpful. The night shift was rude. We reserved a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. But overall a good hotel.

This is a great location for the convention center if you are going to the West hall. It is a mile walk to get to South and North halls. Hotel could use and update. The free breakfast isn't worth it. (packaged muffins, bars, coffee and juice) But they take pets which is a plus for me. Although the pet room is highly perfumed. Convenience place to stay with resonable price and located near convetional center

This hotel is a great price if you are needing something close to Sea World. But don't count on the "breakfast" they offer in the morning. Applesauce and muffins isn't what I concider a breakfast.

I booked 2 rom and I checked in the 1st room and was told to let my other party know when they check in to use my name. My other party checked in using my name and paid a cheaper price then I did. I went to the check in desk to make the story short they charged me for both rooms on my credit card and charged my other party. They reimbursed my other […] party finally after in had to be explained that they charged me twice, but I feel they were giving him a cheaper rate then I got, they should of gave me the same rate since they were trying to charge us twice and it was such a hassle for the check in desk to understand. good hotel. it hurts very loud their plates between wood floors and if they rise above or walk in the corridor will wake up, hear the neighbor's toilet at night. Comfortable rooms. Remember to bring soap extra, if you stay over night safely the next day will not have to be able to shower.

Hotel was clean and newly remodeled. Stayed there one night and not much use of service. Breakfast was limited to bagels, muffins, applesauce and coffee/juice, but at the low price more than expected.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is clean and in a good location. Also the room is larger than most in this price range. The linens are cheap and worn but clean and serviceable. I was attending a convention at the OCCC and needed to be fairly close since I prefer walking to driving and having to park. The ExtendedStay Deluxe was just right since it is within easy walking distance to the convention center. The room was comfortable and has a kitchenette which added to the convenience. We came to a convention at the OC Convention Center and needed somewhere to stay. This worked wonderfully for us. Our room was very spacious, and included a full kitchen (kitchenette sized but with all applicances and full size fridge etc, so essentially a kitchen!), living room area, desk, dressing area in bathroom. The kitchen allowed us to do a little […] grocery shopping initially and save some money and time on meals. They had free wifi which worked great (this is new as of February 2011 that it is completely free apparently). They had breakfast every morning. It was simple, but it was something, which was convenient. Our convention, we came to find out, was in the North/South building of the Convention Center...not as quick of a walk as the West building. Hotel was fine for the price. Advertise free breakfast was a little misleading, more like a continental breakfast. We knew that before booking by reading previous reviews so it was not a surprise. Staff was rarely at the front desk but helpful when we did find them. Night manager was watching Halloween on Showtime when we arrived with our two young […] children...you may want to turn the R-rated horror movies off when a family comes in with young children...common sense. My husband and I went to a convention at the Orlando Convention Center. This property was located directly across the bridge for a short walk to the Convention Center. The breakfast that was included was minimal. It included bagels and juice, not much else. The pool is very nice. This hotel is OK. Not the best place I've stayed but it was fine. A little farther walk to the convention center than I had hoped but it was workable. No good restaurants close though, so that was disappointing. Very close to Sea World if you're going there. The A/C was a pain to keep running and the room was slightly musty smelling. Hotel staff was kind and accomodating. Location was perfect for a short walk to west convenion center. Nice kitchen in room. Very cheap internet access!

This has been the worst hotel stay I've experienced! We had booked this through a third party website and confirmed a king bed, for which we paid marginally higher than the regular queen room. When we arrived in the morning, we were asked to wait by the unfriendly receptionist till 3pm, since that was their check in time. Then at 3pm she informs us […] that no king room is available, that it needs cleaning and we should take a queen room. I told her I had paid more for the king bed and her reply was, "i dont care about how you were charged!!" We agreed to wait till the end of the cleaning which was supposed to take 30 mins. And after several reminders, we were given the room at 4:30 pm. Not sure why they couldnt keep the room ready by 3pm when expecting guests and check out time being 11am. For the next three days, the room wasn't cleaned once! When we informed the reception, we got a cheeky response in " why do you need the room to be cleaned everyday?! What have you done to the room?" The breakfast is nothing but packaged food in muffins and bagels. No cereal or milk. My colleague also got a bad room where the bed sheets and towels were old and tattered, and the sink was clogging. I ended my six night stay in the middle after three nights itself, as I had had enough! Les mer

I don't understand why such a poor housekeeping there. Location is fine under average! This is the first hotel I've been with no house keeping Horrible,,,,,,,

The hotel was inexpensive, and that is the best thing I can say. My "deluxe" room had a front door that would not close properly and scraped loudly when I tried to close or open it. The cleaning staff helped themselves to change left on the desk mid-stay. The "breakfast" was awful - no protein source, not even yogurt - all pre-packaged muffins and sweet […] rolls or toast. Most staff was pleasant, and the location is only .5 mile from the convention center, but it is across a bridge spanning the freeway and does not feel safe at night. Many mornings I smelled cigarette smoke through the ventilation system. They allow pets, and that was good for the Eukanuba dog show. There are better hotels for about the same price in this area. The rooms were nicely furnished, roomy, and clean. The beds were comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the price was right! The only thing a little disappointing was the very skimpy continental breakfast-no fresh fruit, cereal or waffles that you sometimes see with confinental breakfasts.

Was not impressed with breakfast. This was the first time in all of my travels that a hotel did not offer wake up service. I was not told what my options were for transportation to the convention center. Experience was generally positive

comfortable lodgings with walkway to convention center minutes away. Several restaurants within walking distance in the "other way" to the convention center. Also close to the "parks". The only 2 disappointments were the "breakfast" - mainly bagels, etc and diluted orange juice (in Florida no less!) and rather small exercise room (but no time to use […] it anyway). Internet access charge but $5 covered the entire stay of several days. "Trolley" bus and city bus stop right out front. Bus goes right to the airport for $2 each way vs. taxi of about $45 Les mer

Perfect when attending convention in West Building

People very friendly. Problem with shower took a few days to sort of fix. The worst excuse for "breakfast" I ever saw - a prepacked bagel, granola bars, individual applesauce, juice, coffee. No cereal, no milk, no fruit. Nice kitchen with ref, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, even dish towels and dish soap. TV with lots of channels, DVD player (didn't […] try it). Room well laid out, alcove bedroom, living room, kitchen. Rolling open bin with slide out "drawers" in closet instead of dresser. Very near conference center. The walkway is VERY long, but it CAN be walked - only if you are going to the West side of the conference center. The trolley to most of the attractions is right in front of or across the street from the hotel. $1.25 per person gets you lots of places. Overall, it was a convenient, inexpensive alternative to the very high priced hotels closer to the convention center. Les mer

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very close to Sea world and when We left Sea World we Just turned left and followed road around to our hotel. Also my Mother was very impressed at how clean the hotel was. I Iwould give the hotel 5 stars plus.

This is the second time this year we have stayed at this location and we haven't been disappointed yet! Breakfast is simple...muffins, bagels, coffee and juice (toaster is provided as well as assorted jams/jellies/cream cheese). We aren't big breakfast eaters and it's just enough for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The rooms are always clean and the […] kitchen (with microwave) in the room is spotless. They provide you with plates, bowls, silverware, kitchen towels, and even dishsoap and dishrack. Both times it's been quiet in the hotel and it looked pretty booked,too. Check in/check out was no hassle and no matter what time we did either the front desk had everything ready to get us in and out. It's less than 5 minutes to Sea World (our destination both times) and I-Drive is about the same. We'll always go back to this location when/if we go back to Orlando! Les mer

The breakfast horrible!!cofee "dirty water" and The room carpet was dirty and you need use flip flop or shoes because is terrible very dirty. I recomend only for the quite Location.

I went the same day and booked a room with 2 large dogs, they are pet friendly. Also nice rooms like a studio apt with full kitchen. Let's not forget it's near EVERYTHING and they have schedule bus shuttle to Sea World, Disney, ect. The staff was very friendly, my family and 2pets felt at home. Anddddd the price was VERY AFFORDABLE.

We were visiting Orlando to go to Universal Studios. It wasn't the closest hotel but for our needs it was great! The in room kitchenette was handy. The extra living space were perfect for my family of four and two dogs. It was comfortable. The interior entry was very safe and secure. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was light (pastries, […] muffins, applesauce) but adequate. Overall, a great experience we would stay there again. Les mer

What a GREAT rate for a GREAT hotel! LOVED having the kitchen and large spacious area. And Jean (the service guy at the desk) was EXTREMELY nice and friendly! And the location being so close the Backstage Bar/Concert Arena was perfect, but it was also so close to City Walk (or some really great area with bars and restaurants, but double check me on […] that), maybe a 5 minute cab ride! Do not spend your money to stay here. The hotel is dirty, the staff is minimal, one person works at a time, no hot water, one shuttle a day to sea world, parks, etc... The manager is arrogant and the staff not far behind. The pool was a joke and no one is of real help. The money you spend to stay here can easily be spent to stay on International Drive, […] then you are close to some nitelife, the hotel advertises that they are so close to Sea World, however, there is not adequate transportation to there, nothing else around it either. Great price in a desired location near Sea World. All of our one night stay was without incident. The front desk made check in/out easy and I was provided a new complimentary tooth brush and tooth paste.
