Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

Dette hotellet var en positiv opplevelse. I løpet av vår rundreise i Florida, så var dette hotellet det rimeligste. Da vi betalte så lite, forventet vi også litt lavere standard, men standarden var på høyde med de andre hotellene vi bodde på. Leiligheten hadde stue, kjøkken, to soverom og to bad. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt og hadde til og med litt basic-ting som salt/pepper/kaffe/sukker ol. Veldig greit! Hotellområdet var frodig og fint med kjekt bassengområdet. Ungene var også begeistret for skillpaddene og de andre dyrene i parken. Stranden lå en liten kjøretur unna og hotellet var behjelpelig med å tilby både strandstoler, parasoll og håndklær som vi fikk låne! Veldig greit!! WiFI på rommet inkludert. Hvis vi skulle satt fingeren på noe, så måtte det vært rengjøringen av leiligheten mens vi bodde der. Søppel ble tømt og nye håndklær levert, men senger ble ikke redd og rommet ble ikke vasket.. Mulig dette ikke var inkludert? Ikke noe stort problem, men stusset litt med det. Alt i alt et veldig kjekt, enkelt og rimelig hotell!

"Excellent Hotel – Questionable Cab Practice"
The hotel is in immaculate condition and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Rooms are large with modern amenities (iPhone compatible clock, HD TV, etc) with a very comfortable bed. My only complaint involves the cab service at the hotel. To go to the airport I arranged for a cab to pick me up at the hotel. In the lobby I mentioned this to the […] front desk and they said they would get a cab to pull up to the front. I reiterated I had arranged for a pickup and they said that’s fine, but it doesn’t matter as all the cabs are the same. In actuality the hotel sets the rate for the cabs who park out front waiting for a fair. The ride was a full 36% higher using the flag they put me in vs. the one I arranged. I then had to apologize when my cab arrived just moments later. A horrible practice of allowing the Ritz to set cab fair of which they retain a portion. Les mer

You can always rely on Ritz Carlton to provide high levels of facilities, staff and sevice. This Ritz is no exception. Naples has two Ritz Carlton hotels and I have stayed in both. The golf resort is equal in quality to the "beach" Ritz but at half the cost. Would highly recommend this Ritz to anyone who wants to be pampered at a bargain price.

"A wonderful honeymoon spot!"
We don't usually stay at the Ritz Carlton but we figured for our honeymoon we wanted something special. The resort is gorgeous and it's a short free shuttle ride from the beach. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. They went above the basics when they sent us wine and put rose petals on our bed before we got back one evening! […] We went golfing (very difficult course designed by Greg Norman), spent time at the spa for a couples massage, did a morning beach workout, and just hung out getting some sun and beach time! The beaches in Naples are really beautiful with white sand and calm water. They give you chairs and towels for free on the beach. It was quite the stay! We definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed! Les mer

Outstanding in all respects. Our third trip to the golf resort and you are never disappointed. The shuttle to the beach resort is a great plus. Comfortable rooms and an extremely helpful staff. Simply excellent!
"My Stay at the Ritz Carlton"
I booked the room through Hotel.com and told them I was bringing my dog and they responded that the Ritz is a dog friendly hotel. It was documented on my confirmation. I checked into the hotel and they put us on the fourth floor. After an afternoon at the Spa we headed back to our room and our keys were deactivated. My husband went downstairs and he […] was informed that our keys were deactivated because we had a dog in the room. In addition to deactivating the keys they wanted us to move because our dog was barking. Whoever I spoke with said, they did not know we were bringing a dog. When you book through another vendor they don't get all the information. I told her it was on my reservation and she responded either you move or we tax on a pet fee. I thought the pet fee was a punishment for my dog barking. Anyway the second day our keys were deactivated, again. it was because they thought we checked out when the reservation was for two days. When you sell your rooms to other vendors please let your staff view the reservations. It would of made our stay more pleasureable. Les mer

Great stay at this hotel, relaxing, quiet, wonderful, helpful staff. Not that close to beach, but shuttle is reliable and efficient without any hassle. Recommend highly for anyone trying to find respite from normal crowded, busy resorts, good food, too.
Could update the flooring in the rooms, air cond. was a little weak.

Great resort. Went there for a girls weekend, and had a blast!!! We will return again. The staff were wonderful, helpful and courteous. Five-star all the way. Short van ride to the beach resort, but the golf resort is equally as nice.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff. We had a fantastic meal in the Grill restaurant at the beach Ritz Carlton Hotel but thought the options to eat at the golf resort to be limited. Very supprised to be charged $10 a day for internet access, and also to have to pay $25 for an umbrella and chairs at the hotels own beach!

"Gaff after Gaff"
First- They misrepresented- the hotel restaurant was closed for the season- should be open by now-Second- slow to check us in- Got in by 6PM Third- Failed to have a backup plan when Natural Gas line went out for 4 days and had no hot water and a reduced menu at the entire hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much- it was our first time at the Ritz Golf Resort. The staff was very friendly, the grounds were beautiful and you were able to shuttle to the main Ritz Carlton every half hour. Very convenient and enjoybale!

The hotel was just beautiful. They were most kind and upgraded us to a suite. We aren't golfers, and would have preferred to stay on the beach, nonetheless, this was a spectacular hotel.

"Excellent hotel, beware hidden charges"
A wonderful hotel, staff couldn't be nicer but beware hidden charges. I made online reservations for a pet-friendly room and when I arrived with my 24-lb. cocker spaniel, had to pay a non-refundable $150.00 cleaning fee at check-in. I was told that after each guest and pet checks out, the room must be deep-cleaned prior to the next guest's arrival. […] Understandable and I'm sure the fee is mentioned somewhere on the web site in 5-pt. type and I missed it, but I'm just mentioning the incident for future guests who choose to bring their pet(s). We have stayed in many Ritz over the years. We had been to this property 11 years prior at the beach resort. As we were getting settled in our room we discovered hairs in the bathroom. On the sink. On the coasters where the glasses were etc..... We made a call and our room was changed. To our suprised, upgraded to a suite. An excort from the manager […] on duty. And, an 1 hour later the most beautiful display of warm chocolate chip cookies with fresh strawberries and skittles for the kids. They out did themselves!!!! We would have been satisfied with a room change. We plan to go back. The whole staff was amazing. Les mer
"great option at good price"
Hotel was wonderful, the only thing that did not exceed my expectations was that I had requested a crib when I checked in and I had to call back two more times and they finally brought it after I got all upset. But other than that everything was perfect.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Everything was great including the food and drinks. The Ritz-Carlton reminds me of one of the big old hotels from long ago. Even thought it does not appear old you receive that feeling of opulance and grace of older hotels. I (as well as my children) loved our stay there. There was a shuttle to the other Ritz each day if you wanted to be on the beach. We listened to piano or other entertainment each […] night provided in the lobby restaurant/bar area. We also had evening desserts here which were good but a little pricey. The surroundings of the hotel were very nice and the pool area was great. You also had use of the facilities at the other Ritz on the beach. We would definatly return. Les mer

Wir verbrachten vom 05. - 10. November 2011 einige Tage in diesem schönen Golf-Resort. Wer es ruhig liebt (ein Shuttle-Bus fährt alle 30 Minuten gratis ins Ritz Carlton Beach-Hotel, wo es mehr busy ist), liegt hier richtig. Unbedingt Golf-View-Zimmer mit Balkon buchen (5. Stock ist Spitze). Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt sich empfehlen. Am Abend ist die […] Küche eher bescheiden, doch im Beach Hotel gibt es auch das Eine oder Andere. Les mer
