Vi var fire jenter på en langhelg i Berlin og overnattet i leiligheten. Liten avstand til t-banen - men i selve området var det ikke stort. Vi fant ingen restauranter eller barer. Vi brydde oss ikke om det - banen tar ingen tid. Rommet var kjempefint. Vi var veldig fornøyd! Den inneholdt alt man trenger for å lage mat også (For de som liker å gjøre det på tur.) Vi var alle enige om at vi ville bestilt leiligheten igjen.

"Blub Yes, I can recomend it"
The first impression was xellent. Nice staff, no waiting. Nice, clean room. Well organized place. I can strongly recommend it. Close to u-bahn, bus. The only thing I did not like was a too high price on breakfast which not was included in the price.

Billig hotel ikke langt fra sentrum av Berlin. Flott service:) T-bane ikke langt fra hotellet. Det er perfekt å ferdes med u-bahn(t-bane) i Berlin! Vil du ha et mer eksklusivt hotel midt i sentrum av Berlin er ikke dette rett hotel. Vi kan anbefale hotellet og kommer veldig gjerne tilbake:)

"Nice,cheap, easy access to public transportation"
Located on the outskirts of Berlin centrum, but easy to get from a to b via subway or bus (buy a buscard in reception with unlimited use for 1 to 5 days). Well worth it if you dont mind getting to know the subwaysystem a little bit. The local area is quite boring with little shoppingpossibilities and bad,bad, very ad restaurants. "God kvalitet for pengene"
Dette var et meget godt hotell, og spesielt til den prisen vi betalte. Super standard på rommene, med store rom, TV og fint og stort bad. Grunnen til den lave prisen er nok at hotellet ligger ganske så utenfor allfarvei, men hvis du ikke ser mørkt på ti minutter med ubahn til sentrum, så anbefales hotellet så absolutt.

the room was too warm and there was no air conditioner, the only way to cool the room was opening the windows, but then it was too noisy.... pity...

The hotel was about 10 minutes from central city, which isn't too bad at all with the ease of the train system they have. Our room was nice and clean, but at the same time it was extremely noisy and no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open. Not ideal.

Everything was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The location was convenient for us because Shonefeld, the airport, had a bus that stopped right in front of the hotel. "Park Hotel Blub - Berlin"
We arrived at the hotel around 2130-2200, the receptionist assigned us a smoking room which it didn't have a pleasent smell even after we walked down the hallway. We complained that night and where told that the hotel was fully booked which later I discovered it was a lie. We got a new room early in the morning at around 0900. Apparently the room was […] empty the night we got there, but they decided to give us the room that I didn't sign up for instead. Some of the front desk personnel where surprised we got the room we had (don't know why). They also told us that the booking was subject to change. I can understand that part, but they should have giving us a non-smoking room as I had requested and it was confirmed. From smoking room to a non-smoking, there is a big difference. The new room was nicer and a lot bigger than the first one. We had enough room for three people (my husband, my daughter and myselft). Overall, the hotel was nice, but I am still pretty unhappy that I had to packed all my staff again the next day and change rooms. Hotel needs to provide better room service. Les mer

Lovely hotel for a brilliant price! Would def recommend it! It is a bit away from all the sites and stuff but the nearest underground station is only a 5min walk away. My boyfriend & I bought a week ticket for €27 each & let us hop on and off all u/s bahn trains & buses all week! Friendly staff in the hotel. The word 'Airport' when keywording to the hotel is a tad misleading, as it was almost a 30 euro taxi from Frankfurt Airport (using GPS too) - so don't let the word 'airport' fool you - and the sign posting to get to the hotel is pretty poor - hence only found it the 3rd time round using GPS. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free […] Wifi. Food wise - Mexican themed restaurant in the hotel is quite pricey - would recommend going for a wee walk if you you have a limited budget. Les mer
Only fault I had was room too warm - needs air conditioning. Easy to get around, change metro at Hermannplatz and then onto Alexanderplatz - can access a lot of areas from here.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, although we were given a smoking room. It is a 7-8 minute walk to U7 stop (Grenzalee), which worked great for us. Stayed at the Park hotel blub for 6 nights in April. Got a great rate on hotels.com. the rooms are large spacious clean and the beds comfortable, they have a mini bar with room for bottled water i bought at the local supermarket All staff were helpful and friendly the reception staff always took time to give me directions and show me on a metro map […] stations where to go for sight seeing. i arrived early at the hotel 11oc and the let me check in early, and when leaving they let me keep my room until1.30. overalla great hotel with great staff Les mer

This is a nice Hotel located in a quite residential area in Berlin. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is only a quick walk to the nearest u-bahn station which takes 30mins to get to the city centre, and there is a bus to the airport outside. We are a married couple and I booked a standard double room for our stay in Berlin which was confirmed prior to arriving. When we got there, the receptionist told us the hotel only has two single beds pushed together which makes this a "double bed". The shocking part is that the CUSTOMER has to push the beds together - not the hotel staff!

I was expecting a 4 stars hotel and this is a 2 starts hotel, if that. The beds are tiny and the mattresses uncomfortable, springy and thin. People at the reception desk were unfriendly and not willing to help. The toilet paper was rough and cheap. There was no shampoo or tooth paste. The area has absolutely nothing to see and the underground is not even close. "Decent hotel, convenient to bus and subway, save $"
If you are planning to take public transport in Berlin (which is very easy) - I recommend saving money and staying here. You can get on the 171 bus from the Schonefeld airport (which ends at the airport so you don't need to worry about which direction to get on). The 171 bus stops directly across from the hotel (make sure you get off the right stop, […] called Franz Korner Strasse, which I did not!). For the rest of your trip you can walk to the nearby U-Grenzallee and use the U-Bahn to get anywhere you need to in Berlin (which will probably include transferring). But I saved a lot of money staying here and did not mind the public transport system. The room was decent - and had water beds! That was different! I was "blubbing" around all night. Les mer

I enjoyed staying at the Park Hotel Blub, my only complaint would be the cost of Internet (5 Euros for 1hr, 10 Euros for 3hrs) and the breakfast that was 12 Euros. Other than that, it was perfect. I have heard people complain about location. Look, you are in Europe and you WILL be walking everywhere, there is no way around it unless you use Taxis. Although it's not the most convenient location being situated halfway between Schonefeld airport and the centre of Berlin it's cheap, clean and the staff are friendly. It's relatively easy to get to from the city on the U7 U-bahn line (Zone B) but if you are coming from the airport it is a 30 minute bus ride (Bus 172). Hotel is somewhat clean, but small. The hallway is ran by a manual controlled lights so someone can switch them off and it will be completely pitch dark, which can be dangerous. I was quite impressed with this hotel. For the price that I booked it at, I did not expect to get such a nice room and service and the location really isn't bad. Perhaps a 10 minute walk to the Ubahn really isn't terrible people. It was a nice walk through residential Berlin.

"Easy to get about Berlin from"
The bus 171 to Franz Korner Strasse from the airport, bus stop across the road from the hotel was an excellent start to our stay. UBahn Grezallee 5mins walk away.
