Four Points by Sheraton Halifax ligger i hjertet av Halifax, i nærheten av Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, Halifax Citadel og Public Gardens Park. Ikke langt unna finner du også Dalhousie-universitetet og Neptune Theatre.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We were allowed a later check out and the staff carefully stowed our bags while we waited for our ride out of town a couple of hours later. They were friendly, courteous and didn't mind that we had many bags to deal with. We were able to explore Halifax a bit that afternoon so we really appreciated it. We will stay […] there again! "The stay was excellent."
The service was excellent and the hotel great. I took my wife to Halifax for her birthday, finding out that it was her birthday the staff up graded our room to a junior suite, no extra charge. The room was clean, the bed comfortable(my wife was trying to figure out how we could get the bed home) and we had a great view and great time. The staff helped […] me arrange flowers for my wife. "Excellent Location"
Great hotel and perfect location downtown. Must have stayed there on a bad night or was given a room in wrong area of hotel. Our floor was all young kids partying and getting drunk. Hotel security in the hallway all night keeping the kids in their room. Overall nice hotel but for the excellent price I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything from the location to the ease of service, parking etc was amazing. I am very impressed! The beds were unbelievable and the staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend this to anyone! The only and I mean ONLY down side was that the hot tub was going through maintenance so it was not open. But again, that is VERY minor. I loved every second […] of my stay! Les mer

The staff and service was excellent. Unfortunately, we did not get off to a great start, whereas , my wife dropped her car keys down elevator shaft upsetting my daughter because our dog was locked in vehicle parked on Hollis St. The problem was promptly resolved by manager whose kindess delighted our 8yr old daughter, katie. "room - or lack of"
our stay at the Four Points was an enjoyable one. the rooms were very clean, and the beds were to die for! awesome sleep. however, we needed a cot in the room, and with the cot, there was no room. it had to go in the space in front of the bathroom, so no one could get to the bathroom, or leave/enter the room as long as the cot was down. another thing […] i didnt like, the pool. i seen kiddy pools bigger than this hotel pool. i couldnt even do laps. 2 strokes and your at the other end. other than that, great stay. The carpet looked like a mechanic did an oil change on his car. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking cost an extra $20.00.
"Clean and Friendly"
The room was clean and in order. Parking was underground and attached to the hotel. The room was quiet and near the end of the hall. The stf asked me how I enjoyed the service and if they could help
paid for what i thought was harbour view but such thing doesnt exist here. beds were comfy , but overall the carpet made us dizzy and stuffy. The bathroom was average but horribly set up with no ventilation. Dont take a poop here or you will regret it

"2nd night were upgraded to the worst room ever"
On our second night at this hotel our room was upgraded to the room from hell. Our first night was a standard night ( we have stayed many times before with no issue). Our second nite was a disaster. First, the room carpet looked more like a motel 6 carpet right off a major truckers route. There were more stains and black spots from God knows what than […] actual clean areas.Secondly, the jets in the whirlpool would come on at random intervals thru the night. And lastly and most disturbing was the sounds coming from the next room. The bedroom wall was next to the washroom wall of the next room and you could clearly hear all of the next door guests relieving themselves as if you were in a stall at a mall washroom. Im sorry but lying in bed woken up at 7am to a guy urinating next door is a bit much. We did have a 9 am wake up call put in for that morning. Clearly it wasn't used we were checked out by 8am with the worst experiance I have had at a hotel in a very long time. When asked at the front desk " how was your stay " like their programmed to ask, I let the front desk staff know I was not pleased and why. All she said was "well is there anything else we can do for you today"? What a useless gesture asking from a front liner who cant do squat to make it up to what was a good client. I wont be back. "carpets"
The carpets in the hallways could use a good shampooing. Other than that everything else was very good. I will choose this hotel again.
Carpets are filthy in the rooms and very musty- very humid in Halifx.

I loved the fact that it was walking distance to the wharf and the Citadel. The room was comfortable and outside our second floor window was the facade of a small town street scene. Pool and hot tube too.

Had an excellent stay. The service from the staff was very good, facilities and room were excellent, and the location is perfect - right by the waterfront.

Very impressed with the Sheraton. Excellent location minutes from the harbour so were able to walk along the board walk, several evenings and near to shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good deal as children and adults had a free breakfast with the promotion, only complaint, was that the service was very slow in the restaurant […] - but good food. Underground parking very convenient. Good value, ample size room for family of four. Would definately stay again if we returned to Halifax. Les mer

I love this hotel - they gave us a free upgrade to a king size room on the 6th floor and it was great. Love the room, the bed was so comfortable and it was such a nice view of the harbor. I can't say enough about this hotel and it's staff!!

clean large rooms, nicely furnished, The beds & bedding was to die for, it just envolped you and what a wonderful sleep! Got to say i would stay here again, only downfall with hotel was the parking which was a big thing if you dont mind paying 45 dollars for 2 nights of parking ....... other than that everything else was fine....
