Store og fine leiligheter med alt av utstyr som vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Dårlig internettforbindelse (fungerte kun i ett rom). Leie av barneseng er altfor dyrt, og vi fant ut at det ville vært vesentlig billigere å kjøpe helt ny. Ellers et trivelig og trygt sted med god service. Kort avstand til sentrum med godt utvalg av spisesteder.

Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

Dette hotellet var en positiv opplevelse. I løpet av vår rundreise i Florida, så var dette hotellet det rimeligste. Da vi betalte så lite, forventet vi også litt lavere standard, men standarden var på høyde med de andre hotellene vi bodde på. Leiligheten hadde stue, kjøkken, to soverom og to bad. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt og hadde til og med litt basic-ting som salt/pepper/kaffe/sukker ol. Veldig greit! Hotellområdet var frodig og fint med kjekt bassengområdet. Ungene var også begeistret for skillpaddene og de andre dyrene i parken. Stranden lå en liten kjøretur unna og hotellet var behjelpelig med å tilby både strandstoler, parasoll og håndklær som vi fikk låne! Veldig greit!! WiFI på rommet inkludert. Hvis vi skulle satt fingeren på noe, så måtte det vært rengjøringen av leiligheten mens vi bodde der. Søppel ble tømt og nye håndklær levert, men senger ble ikke redd og rommet ble ikke vasket.. Mulig dette ikke var inkludert? Ikke noe stort problem, men stusset litt med det. Alt i alt et veldig kjekt, enkelt og rimelig hotell!

"Hyatt Coconut Point affordable luxary"
Beautiful grounds, beautiful hotel, beautiful pools. The kids loved it. Hyatt offers reciprocal privileges at their time share property close by EXCEPT during high traffic weeks. Of course that was not advertised when we booked for Easter weekend, so we were a little disappointed that we couldn't use the lazy river and pools at the Hyatt Coconut Plantation […] but all in all a wonderful place to stay for families. "Beautiful resort"
As someone who lives in Orlando and does many weekend trips around the state, I think I can say I have found the most beautiful, tropical island style resort in Florida. This place is outstanding! The Resort is perfectly kept and very family friendly. They have a boat that takes you to their own private island with a great beach. If you spring for the […] pool view which I highly recommend, your view will look like you are in the virgin islands or another tropical paradise. The staff is one of the best parts of the resort, they were amazing and even surprised my wife and I with a bottle of wine to enjoy the sunset from our balcony! Our 3 year old had a blast. "Outstanding Pools & Beach Access"
We were impressed by this Hyatt Hotel: large, pleasant tropical pool landscape, setting in the middle of the mangroves, and a complementary boat ride to a private island with one of the most beautiful clear water beaches where you can swim with the dolphins and other amazing tropical fishes.

everything about this hotel was best ever,all the people we came in contact with help make your stay.
The hotel staff and overall service was excellent. At the same time the hotel furniture is old and in terrible conditions, we had to change room carpet because it was dirty and basically in terrible shape. The gardens were un kept the flooring surrounding the pool decks were dirty . We were told the whole property would be refurbished his summer, however […] at the present time it shouldn't even claim 2 stars. Les mer

I am not sure that Hotels saved me money on this hotel. Two nights were high each ofsun and mon Then Tues night it was it was one third higher. I was Prepaid, but on checkout charged add'l. $60 resort fee! Buffet breakfast over $25 with t/t--good but nothing outstanding. Room was on low floor without a view
"Hyatt Regency Coconut Point"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there next year. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating . Facilities, food, rooms were all wonderful!
This was our third time at the Hyatt Coconut Point. It's a quiet spacious place with lots to do on site. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, but the decor is becoming a bit worn and in need of refreshing. Staff tells us that a major remodeling is coming in 2012. Very nice resort golf course with reasonable fees for guests. NIce pool layout, and the […] boat shuttle to the beach is a great little perk. It's a ways to drive for any outside food, however - Angelina's just down 41is relatively nice/close place, but Naples restaurants will be 25 miles or more to the south. Malls are across the street from the entrance to the hotel road, and they run a shuttle to it. And there is a pretty extensive outlet mall about 5-6 miles from the hotel as well. All in all, a great place to escape to from the North during the colder months. Les mer

Fabulous hotel. We pre-booked for two nights and liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. Would highly recommend it even if the restaurants are a bit pricey. Book a room overlooking the pools for a fantastic night time veiw!

My wife and I stayed here during a whirlwind tour of Florida during late Nov/early Dec. Hard to fault anything about the hotel - easy to find; free parking; fantastic staff; great bar and amazing restaurants; lovely pool/external areas. If only I had been allowed to pack my golf clubs. . !! We were here for Thanksgiving (a bit of a novelty for two […] Brits!) and had a fantastic time joining in the festivities after a recommendation from one of the bar staff (a lovely lady who couldn't have been more helpful) to sign on for the Thanksgiving gala dinner. All of the staff here bent over backwards to be genuinely nice and helpful and were probably the best we experienced during a 24 day trip. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will definitely be returning. . . Les mer
"Coconut Point - great holiday stay"
Stayed 5 days over Thanksgiving. The hotel grounds and amenities are great: Lazy river, waterslides, fountains, poolside cocktails and night time smores around the firepit. Used the gym which was adequate, didn't use spa or private isle beach. Loved how the elves came out overnight and dressed the hotel in Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving...it […] was like magic. Room could use a deep cleaning, but bathroom and linens seemed crisp and clean. This was my 2nd time at this property, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Les mer

"Hyatt Regency is fit for a king or queen"
This hotel is not perfect but the staff does everything that they can to make it perfect! When I had an issue, they were amazingly responsive! There is a gorgeous setting for this hotel and you will enjoy it. Dining can definitely be improved, however. The food was marginal in quality, quantity and overall selection.
Our stay was perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean. The ferrry to the private island was an added bonus. The island is worth visiting. The pools are clean and well maintained and having an adult pool was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and I went to play a round of golf at Raptor Bay and stayed here the night before. They had excellent customer service. They catered to everything we needed.
"Unexpected Excellence"
I am a loyal Marriott patron. However, unable to book a Marriott, I booked the Hyatt Coconut Point and to my surprise, I can't recall a more consistently pleasant stay and more attentive hotel staff. When I got to my room, I learned that the room view described on hotels.com was not the same view the hotel reserved for the price point I paid via hotels.com. […] However, upon hearing my disappointment, the manager quickly, at no additional cost, changed my room, not only to the bayview I wanted, but to a room that had the view the hotel used in advertisements in travel magazines. It was beautiful day and night! The entire staff learned and called me by name. The restaurant staff was extremley accomodating of my eating preferences and the waiter we had on Monday, came to our table when he was not our waiter on Wednesday just to say hello and check on our satisfaction with our stay. The pool, cafe, and maid staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Yes, the private beach could be better, but the service more than made up for it. Marriott now has competition in Bonita Springs, FL. Les mer

We stayed in different hotels in the past but Hyatt was just the best. It was our first time in Hyatt hotel and it was awesome. We just loved it. Our room was very clean and big. Big beautyful hotel with great very helpful service. Hotel has great restaurants inside and out, three pools with slides and two big shopping malls just up to 5-15min away. […] We were able to take advantage of pools and lazy river at Coconut Point Resort which was excellent for whole family. We had so much fun!! Thank you for great service and beautiful experience. We found the hotel, our room and the hotel grounds to be clean and very pretty Service was great from the greeters outside the front entrance, the clerk at the lobby check-in desk and the servers in the restaurant to the clerk at the lobby check-out. We will definitely go back to the hotel at a later date in the future.

"Top notch hotel but not on the beach"
But it's definitely close to the beach. Pool complex is AWESOME. VERY close to great shopping and eating. I got a very reasonable rate for the area and dates. Spa was too pricey so we didn't go which was a disappointment. They have a water ferry to an island beach, I didn't like the beach, but the ride over and back was worth taking just for fun on […] a big pontoon water taxi. WARNING, 3 foot balcony was really just a little place to step out and stand to look, NOT big enough for a chair. Also if you want a view of the sunset you have to buy a suite or upgrade, because we could not even see the sun facing on the south side. :( Definitely a very nice resort though. Les mer

"Hyatt Coconut Point Outstanding Family Resort"
We were very pleased with this hotel. I found it on hotels.com as a "backup" for 4th of July weekend because my number one choice didn't have availability over the weekend, so we split the week between Hyatt Coconut point and the other. The hotel was jam packed this weekend but we had a great time and the facilities were still very nice and seemed to […] handle the occupant load. They have a LOT of things for families with children - even more than I found on the hotel's actual website, including a "sitting/camp" service during the day and weekend nights for parent's night out. They had daily children's activities by the pool, a band at night and the hotel seems very high end with a posh lobby and plenty of seating throughout the first floor both inside and out for lounging. There was a ping-pong table outside, a Starbucks with seating that was playing children's movies on the large TV and a small gameroom and activity center. There is even a grotto on the ground floor that takes you through a tunnel with displays of coral and sea live for the children. My daughter called it the planetarium. They had children's dinner specials that weren't advertised, which were a nice surprise. They have three good-size pools and two spas, and reserve one pool, spa and area for adults only so this was nice to see and made us families less inhibited about "bothering" the guests without children as they had their own area. They don't allow smoking near the family pool, so this was also nice. Fantastic outdoor dining area with wonderful menu - only wish it stayed open later for a casual dinner as the two other restaurants on site were more high end. That being said, the hotel is a 5 minute drive to a major new outdoor mall that is complete with many, many restaurants, department stores and a super target for cheaper sunscreen. I been a regular guest for several years..I would suggest adding 2 or 3 more umbrellas in the adult pool area..seems everyone wants shade.. the areas towards the back often have flies... other than that the place is percect for me and my wife, plus the breakfast was excellent..

My fiance and I needed to get away for a few days. We left the East coast on a Sat and arrived an hour and a half later at the resort. We checked in at the front of the lobby and Erika was very sweet. She got us checked in and provided us with complementary champagne. We went off to our room which overlooked the bay and the ocean in the distance. We […] went down to the bar for a quick bite to eat (it was later in the evening). Charles and Brian were quick to greet us and had a beverage on the bar for us in no time. They were both knowledgeable on products(scotch in my case) and provided great service and conversation. We went down to the pool(s) the next day and relaxed by the activity pool. It had a little water-slide(5 and under) and a big water-slide for the older kids and adults. Cocktail waitresses circled all the pools throughout our stay. We went up to the pool bar for a drink and a snack and cooled off under the shade. We drove to dinner about a mile away in the coconut pointe outdoor shopping area. It was huge, we could've spent one whole day there. The hotel provides a shuttle to their Vacation Club just up the road. They also had two pools and a lazy river. We spent one day there and had a great time playing pool basketball and enjoying happy hour 4-5 up at the outdoor bar. The stay exceeded expectations and recommendations have already gone out to our friends and family. We will be returning sooner than later. Great place for a 4 day escape or a week with the family. "Great hotel"
We had so much fun. Loved the waterfall pool and also the lazy river pool at Plantation hotel. We had a blast! The private island beach was really hot, but we saw some dolphins on the boat ride there. Staff was great too. We got the Awaken package which is well worth it. It includes the breakfast buffet for each day and all the food was fabulous from […] the fresh OJ to the homemade granola and everything. Also includes late check out time. The only thing is that the bed was a little squeaky and shakes when someone moves even a little. Les mer

Great hotel for family vacation. Facilities are amazing, staff at pool especially bartenders need a little attitude adjustment. Great activities for kids. This was our third time to this hotel and we will go back.

We absolutely loved the Hyatt Coconut Point Resort. We'll probably even go back - and we never go to the same place twice! The hotel was very nice, very clean... and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating! The hotel even offered a free shuttle to its time share/vacation club property nearby (we took advantage of this), their golf club, the […] marina, beach and outlet malls. "A luxurious resort"
Hotel is pure luxury from the moment you step foot into the lobby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pools and palm trees are spectacular. We took advantage of going to their private beach and their sister property to float in the lazy river. No need to leave the property if you wish, but shopping and restaurants are bountiful in the area.

"Good, but not great!"
Based on all the other reviews and the cost to stay here, I expected a bit more. The property was great, but the room was just okay. The rug was stained, the toilet leaked, the furniture was stained and the mattresses were not comfortable. I asked for another room, but the only other option was one that didn't smell so good so we kept our original. […] The pool area, lobby and grounds are four star. No complaints there and that's where we spent most of our vacation. The boat ride out to the private island is a must - the captain was great with informative dialogue and the boat ride was wonderful. Overall I would recommend. Les mer

My husband and I love the west coast of Florida and have stayed in Naples, Marco Island, and Ft. Myers, but we'll definitely be back to this hotel. We got a great rate and within 2 hours of leaving our home we were lounging by the pool. They have three great pools. One with a waterslide to accommodate families, although my husband and I did ride it. […] One pool for adults only, and one with a huge waterfall that attracted both. Because we went over Labor Day, we weren't allowed to use the facilities at their timeshare resort around the corner, but we did check it out. It has a lovely lazy river and if we return during a non-busy period, we'll be allowed to use it. They also offer tennis & golf for a fee. We both play tennis and my husband plays golf but we never got a tennis game in, and I neglected to tell my husband to bring his clubs! The hotel has bikes you can use and so my husband and I went for a nice ride around the neighborhood. There's a great mall "Coconut Point," which you'll pass on the way to the hotel and we rode up there for breakfast. The mall has everything from Starbucks to Ruth Chris. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautifully kept. If you have a choice of rooms, I would try and get one on the south or west side. If you get on the north side, try & get as high up as possible or towards the northwest corner, otherwise you'll get a view of the top of a building. We started on the south side and the view was great. We opted to change rooms (long story) and I thought the north side would give us a view of the golf course, but we weren't high enough. Next time I'd go for the south or west view. They offer movie rentals, which we took advantage of and you only have to put a credit card down as security, in case you don't return it, but otherwise there isn't any charge for them. The ladies in the Koffe Hut (sp?) were very nice and even remembered our names. In fact, the guy we got the bikes from remembered our names the ne Les mer
