Litt innesteng luft på rommet ellers veldig bra størrelse og rent. Selv om det ikke var fortau gikk det greit å gå til market street og handlesenteret.

Dette hotellet ligger i samme bygning som shoppingsenteret Galleria med over 400 butikker og mange restauranter. 10 minutter med taxi downtown. Rent og pent og hyggelig personell Anbefales!

"Manager places a bogus 50 charge on card"
The hotel outside the room was so hot that the candy we purchased in the vending machines was melted. Also we had paid in advance full payment ahead of time when we booked on hotels.com; yet when we arrived the manager wanted a 50.00 fee down for room charges only thing about that is the hotel has no services that would charge a fee. They not only didn't […] put the 50.00 as a hold but we had to go round and round with the hotel and our bank for the next 3 days to get the pending charge removed. Because of this fake charge we will not stay at this hotel again very dishonest people. I doubt the charge would have been removed if we were not the type to check our bank account status daily. Disappointed but learned our lesson and will never allow any hotel to place a hold or charge on our card when the room was already paid in full be ware. Les mer
Staff was very friendly and help. Can pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. But other then that very nice place to stay. This in the only hotel I use when I visit Humble, Tx.....

TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS 1 WHEN WE GOT ROOM FIRST THING WE NOTICED WAS FAN ON FLOOR POINTED DOWNWARD TOWARDS CARPET NEAR BATHROOM UNDERNEATHE WAS STRANGE SMELLING WET SPOT ON CARPET GAVE ROOM A NOTICIABLE MOLDY SMELL THAT EVEN LYSOL COULDNT MAKE GO AWAY 2 HOT TUB/JACUZZI AND SWIMMING POOL BOTH HAD CHLORINE LEVEL EXTREMELY HIGH AT TIMES SO BAD EVERYONE IN […] THEM COUGHED SNEEZED AND SOME HAD DIFFICULTY BREATHING PAYED FOR TWO NITE STAY BUT CONDITIONS WERE SO BAD HAD TO CHECK OUT EARLY BOTH SON AND WIFE ENDED UP AT DOCTOR MONDAY MORNING BEING TOLD THERE THAT THEY BOTH HAD BAD ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO SOMETHING RELATING TO THAT ENVIRONMENT Les mer

I booked this hotel at a great rate! I stayed in the King Suite and was pleasantly surprised by the room and accomodations. The breakfast was very good, combining hot and continental selections. It was a little tricky getting to the hotel the first time. Even though we got to our hotel late due to a pool tournament. We enjoyed our stay and the spa and the swim the very next morning. Breakfast was fresh and excellent. i would go back and do it all over again especially when it was done at the spur of the moment.

If you're a smoker, you'll love this place because it smells like an ashtray. If you're not a smoker and don't want to smell like one, pick a different place to spend the night. This Inn literally 'stinks'.

we booked last minute due to being stuck at the airport, but they were very nice and even upgraded us b/c they had no regular non-smoking rooms left! Good stay and very good quality for the price.

"Country Inn & Suites in Houston very convenient"
We took a cruise out of Galviston, Texas and needed a hotel for the night before and the night after our cruise, we chose this Country Inn & Suits in Humble, Texas (which is a suburb of Houston) because it had a free shuttle to and from the GB airport and it was the most reasonably priced hotel with free shuttle/pool/hot-tub and continental breakfast.. […] The breakfast was great, and even had flavored coffee's. Waffles and fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and although the hotel is not new they keep it very clean. Even the internet room had nice big moniters and comfortable chairs.The staff was very friendly and they even ran an airport shuttle at 4:30 a.m. for us even though it was before their regular hours. I would definatly stay here again and I highly recomend it for anyone needing a hotel in the area of George Bush Airport in Houston. It picked it for it's conventient location and good price but we would stay again for the freindly service and comfortable rooms. Les mer
"non-smokers beware"
The room that I booked at this hotel was supposed to be non-smoking, and everything went ok until the morning. We had a non-smoking room, but we were on a smoking floor. The stench when someone lit up was terrible. Fortunately, it didn't happen until just before check-out in the morning (thank goodness!) "Probably will not stay here again."
Upon entering my room, it was so dark I had to leave the door propped open just to see to find the lights. This is not good for a woman traveling alone. The AC was not on in the room and it was very stuffy. When I turned on the AC it was so loud even on low it would have been impossible to sleep. I asked to switch rooms which they did immediately. I […] was moved to a suite. The concept of this room is great but the condition of the room was not. Carpet stains, stained towels and long black hair in the tub. I am a blonde so I know they weren't mine. The AC in this room was much more quiet but was not working well. Just remember, you get what you pay for. Had this been summer time, I would have checked out of the hotel because of the lack of AC alone! However, the staff was very nice. Les mer

"Could use some work"
The bed was comfortable and internet worked well. However, I was given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room. I was told no non-smoking rooms were available even though the hotel could not have been more than 30-40% occupied during my stay of several days. There was wallpaper peeling off the walls and could have been nicer.

Like many chains the quality is good for the price. There is a hot breakfast included and the room was comfortable. This hotel is very close to the interstate and you do get noise from the freeway.

Hotel was not clean enough. The charge associated to debit and credit cards was not explained before reserving the room. Staff not always available.

"good breakfast but too much noise"
I stayed there between flights and for one night this Hotel is OK, two good things: they have a good breakfast for the price of the hotel and free transportation to the airport, there are some stores j ( target/kohl`s) just around the corner that close at midnight which is good for last minute shopping. The bad thing is that it is very close to the […] highway and the windows are not thick enough to keep the noise from the highway traffic, so i could not sleep that much. Staff was helpful and nice.
