Kennebunkport Inn - Kennebunkport

It was lovely, clean and convenient. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The mattresses were luxurious as well as the linens on the bed. Our only complaint would be that there was no ramp access for wheeling luggage to the front door.

My husband, son and his wife, both loved the location of the Inn. Our rooms were very small when we arrived but they upgraded us for $25 more for much bigger rooms. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay there again.Thank you for great lodging...

The staff was very friendly and professional, The free Breakfast is AWSOME!! overall I would recommend staying at least one night just to try the Breakfast! It is a class A place and it is very clean and friendly.

We loved our stay at the Kennebunkport Inn, from the drinks on the terrace to the meal in The restaurant to our well appointed room.Highly recommended.

I reserved on-line and when we checked in suddenly we were staying two blocks away above a small strip mall. The room was nice but it was not at all like staying in the actual kennibunkport Inn. It was inconvenient and a the number one disapointment of our trip along the east coast.

Not that Kennebunkport is a sprawling metropolis but being in easy walking distance to the sights was appreciated. Having free and abundant parking was doubly appreciated. The hotel, its staff and its cocktails all met my high expectations. That they were able to diplomatically inform me that uber-fresh lobster might be found off-property was a surprising […] piece of honesty that won them a giant amount of my respect. Had a great time and loved the hotel. The rooms were a little small and the shower was very tiny. But overall we were very pleased with the accomodations and the service.

Just as it was described in the brochure. Lovely hotel, a great place to unwind. Loved the patio deck for evening cocktails. Dinner on the deck was delicious, but didn't try the restaurant. The hotel was lovely except we were in the riverside part which was rather dated and the shower didn't adjust on a very hot day! Also the hanging space was unusually in the bathroom which was ok for a night, but I wouldn't want to hang clothes there full time. This is why I didn't give it a 5. The deck was bliss and the other amenities first class.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Kennebunkport Inn. The hotel is in a great location right in the shopping area, has a nice resident, lovely deck and cute feel. However, there were two challenges with our stay. 1) No Pool, they apparently eliminated the pool when they built a nice large deck. One of the sister hotels has a very nice […] pool that you can use as a guest but it requires driving to get there. Hotels.com still says there is a pool so be aware that it is not onsite. 2) No Parking - It was really annoying finding a place to park. While we always found something, I had to put our car up on the grass and on the side of a hill. This is a pain if you are coming home later at night and then can't find a place to park Les mer

We had problems getting in to the airport on the day we were scheduled to arrive. Each time we called the attendants were so friendly and helpful to us in a stressful situation. When it became apparent that we would not arrive until well after midnight, the managemant assured us that our room would be ready and held for us and that the keys would be […] left for us. Worst stay of my 3.5 trip around North America. Specifically booked the Riverside for promixity to the main hotel facilities given we have a newborn but got put into Dockside and my complaints on check-in were dismissed. Dockside is the noisiest building I have ever slept in and attracted the younger guest so was extra noisy with ever footstep/word […] from the stairs, corridor and rooms above highly audible. Restaurant below average too - mouldy lemon served with oysters and burgers burnt and well-done when medium requested. Insufficient parking spaces and non-guest usage of spaces does not seem to be policed. Not asked how my stay was during check-out so my feedback does not seem to be valued. Very poor hotel. Les mer

Inn was comfortable, room on the small side, great location! Walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend, would stay there again! Breakfast was included, very nice and convenient. Early-middle May is a great time because you beat the crowds we were told.

My wife and I had an excellent one-night anniversary celebration stay at a great price (just before tourist season started). It was way better than we expected for the amount paid. The reception staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The room, in the Riverhouse, was just right size-wise and had all you would need - comfortable 4-post bed, nice […] TV, good wifi, nice touches in bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was way better than what one would expect at similarly priced places, with nice french toast, sausages, and home-made muffins. Probably the best surprise was the bar on Saturday night. The piano player was GREAT and the got the crowd (of all ages) singing along in no time. Friendly regulars made it a really fun experience. Too bad we couldn't stay a couple more nights! Les mer

Our room was very cold until we finally figured out the heating system. Over-all our stay at the Inn was wonderful!

Excellent hotel in town centre. We stayed in June for one night. We ate in the restaurant and I had lobster raviolli which is one of the best meals I have ever had. Very good VFM.

Great place to stay! Close to everything in the beautiful little town. Beach passes provided for easy parking at the nice clean beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back!
