"Good Gahanna location"
We have stayed here before on business and it works for us. It is convenient to our client and also it is very easy to get around from there to go shopping or out to dinner at Easton. We didn't use the pool or fitness room this time, but it is good to know it's there. It was clean and quiet and convenient.
Really enjoyed our stay have no complaints
Quiet and comfortable, although the room was a little stuffy unless the fan was left running continuously. A little off the beaten path but still an easy ride to the fairgrounds. Wished the pillows would not have been so soft and that the pool would have stayed open longer so that we could have used it once we got back and had something to eat, but […] overall a good experience. "Good hotel, good location"
Overall this is one of the better Holiday Inn Express locations i've stayed at. Pretty good rate for a King Suite next to the airport and close to a lot of business centers.

Hotel is very nice and has a great location in relation to Easton Mall. My only complaint is that they consider two beds/standard room as a room with one King and one fold out couch bed.
Room was extremely clean and comfortable. My kids loved the breakfast Buffett. Didn't get to swim because we were so busy..hopefully next time!

"Holiday Inn Express at Gahanna, OH"
Everything was excellant at the hotel. The only problem that we had was when we our plane returned. I called the hotel for the shuttle, and the lady said that it would be there in ten minutes. We went outside and waited, and they never came. I called back, and the lady said that a blue cab was supposed to pick us up. To make a long story short we got […] a cab, but she did not tell us that a cab was picking us up. It was very cold while waiting. We always stayed at that hotel because of the shuttle, but I doubt if we stay there again. Les mer

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. But when I arrived at the shuttle telephone at the airport, the phone was out of order and I did not have the local phone number of the hotel. I had to take a taxi, and we drove past several other good hotels before getting to this one. I spent $15 on a cab ride and it should […] have been free on the shuttle. The hotel itself was fine. Room was beautiful, loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay. Very close to all the things I needed to do during my stay in Ohio. Mall, stores and restaurants. Thanks again.

"Clean & Comfortable"
The room was clean & comfortable. We would use this hotel again, and would recommend it to others. The complimentary breakfast was really good, too! We loved our entire experience!

"Hotel close to airport"
I purposely selected a hotel located close to the airport but far enough away that airplanes could not be hard. This hotel fit that criteria. The room was clean but had a strong musty odor.

"Great Stay"
We stayed for 7 days and nights at this hotel. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar was always full and available at posted times. The pool was clean and uncrowded during our stay. The room was adequate size for two people. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but i am sure they would be fine for others. It had a very […] nice flat screen TV. The free internet access worked every time with the password. The refrigerator was efficient and kept things cold. I am from this area and return frequently. Brief drive and hotel had directions printed on a postcard for us. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the hotel pool. The water was nicely heated and thats one thing we always look for! No hot tub but not needed with this nice pool. Complimentary breakfast buffet good and being replenished regularly. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful.

Had a miserable night here. Our room was not clean at all. There were many cobwebs on the ceiling and stains on the carpet. The worst part was the moldy shampoo bottle left on the sink. When I took if to the front desk and showed her, the clerk didn't apologize or even respond, all she did was hand me a new bottle. We asked to be moved to a new room […] but we were told there were no rooms available. nice hotel for the price. ive stayed in alot of hotels in columbus and paid significantly more for less of a hotel. pool was nice and water was warm. staff very friendly. breakfast was dissapointing and not very good.

The Holiday Inn Express was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was a little loud during the times that it was running, but it did not stop us from getting a good nights sleep. The hotel staff was excellent, the hotel was clean but the sheets were either dirty or worn, although there was not any odor in our room. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.
