Vi er meget fornøyde, men synes at hotellrommet var for lite. Vanskelig å få varme på rommet når det var vind og litt kaldt ute. Vi kunne også tenkt oss en liten minibar på rommet. Ellers er alt til å anbefale. Har vært på dette hotellet før, og kommer garantert til å reise tilbake dit. I hvertfall hvis det går an å få til noen av mine ønsker.

Veldig god beliggenhet til Wembley Arena og hyggelig personale. Svært dårlig vedlikehold av hotellet, rommet var veldig nedslitt. Gardinene sto rett ut av vinduene i 10.etasje når det blåste ute. Det var satt inn en oljeovn, men den virket ikke. Dårlig isolerte vinduer, mye støy pga arbeider ifm OL.

Veldig god service og hyggelig betjening, men fortjener ikke fire stjerner. Litt snuskete nabolag (drosjesjåføren sammenlignet det med Harlem i NYC!). Perfekt for konferanse på Wembley Arena.

Veldig fin beliggenhet til Wembley og Wembley Arena. Jeg var derimot plaget av mye støy under oppholdet, både fra utenfra og innen hotellet. Jeg hørte både vann, lyder fra ganger, nærliggende rom og utenfra.

Selv om det ikke lå midt i sentrum, var bussholdeplassen rett over veien og t-banestasjonen like ved. matbutikk rett på siden og et rolig strøk, helt topp! flott hotel med en fantastisk god og variert frokost!

"Hotell opphold v Wembley Arena"
Hotellet ligger rett ved Wembley Arena som er en fordel ved deltakelse på arrangement der. Kort gangavstand!. Hotellet er helt greit med god service, rent og pent. Det er både vannkoker, kaffe og te på rommet, strykejern og hårføner. Savnet kjøleskap og safe på rommet.

Vi var to voksene og to ungdommer som var på tur i London. Hotellets standar, mat og service var veldig bra. Kort vei til Wenbely stadion, til undergrunn og området rundt var koselig. Litt reisetid må beregnes inn til sentrum.

Hotellet var mye større og finere enn vi hadde forventet. Mye pga den gode og lave prisen vi betalte for vårt opphold.. Om du synes det er greit å bo et stykke utenfor sentrum vil jeg anbefale hotellet... Det ble mye undergrunn og buss kjøring, men det var kult å kunne se rett på Wembley Stadion når du så ut av vinduet på rommet... Det er også verdt […] å bemerke at område rundt Wembley er preget av et flerkulturellt samfunn og at det derfor ikke er så lurt å gå alene rundt på kveld og nattestid.. "Fine Hotel (If you're thick skinned)"
The only thing that let The Wembley Plaza down was the complete lack of basic customer service and courtesy. The 4 people at reception seemed unable to deal with ourselves and one other check-in. Upon filling in the form to check-in I was informed that this section has to be completed by “her”, implying my travel companion. And on checking out there […] was nothing more than a “that’s fine” when I passed back my key. Certainly not big issues, as the room was lovely, with a cracking view of the stadium, but less than you would expect of a Hilton hotel. Les mer

As a mum with 2 young boys on our first trip to London I was a bit apprehensive. However, from the moment we arrived to when we left I could not fault this hotel. All the staff from reception, restaurant and leisure centre could not have been more friendly and helpful. This is a 4 star hotel approx 5 mins walk from Wembley Arena & Stadium with free parking for guests. If you can get a good deal on the nightly rate, it is the ideal location when attending an event at Wembley. If you can't get a good deal, then I recommend you at least have dinner in their restaurant, if like me you abhor the grimey looking collection […] of greasy spoon cafe's and grubby looking restaurants that proliferate the area. During Wembley events they serve a three course carvery in the hotel restaurant which is tasty & well presented & the staff are polite and provide excellent service. Whilst the common areas of the hotel are in good condition, the room we had whilst clean, certainly needed refurbishment along with the bathroom. We found that the heater/air con? unit under the window made a loud noise all night which disturbed our sleep. The plug hole / drain in the bath seemed to be blocked, as when the taps were turned on the bath filled up half way & took ages to drain away. This meant turning down the volume of water coming from the shower considerably so that the bath did not fill up whilst showering. While we were able to shower this way, we were still ankle deep in water. On reporting this & the noise from the heater at checkout, I was advised by the Assistant Front Office Manager that it was all my fault. I should apparently have telephoned reception in the middle of the night where a manager would have been on duty, we should have got out of bed & re-packed our clothes in our suitcase and moved to another room. Likewise the blocked drain, apparently I should have naked from the shower, telephoned reception & awaited a maintenance person coming to unblock the drain, presumably we would then have needed to wait for a room attendant to clean the bath after the maintenance person. I guess my putting some clothes on sometime during the above was optional! We would then both have had to fit our shower in & go down to the dining room before breakfast was o Les mer

Have stayed here previously and would stay again. Very handy for Wembley Area and Wembley Stadium. Clean hotel. Area is ok and improvements currently being made. New Hilton hotel opening next door in July. Wonder what will have to Wembley Plazza then. Only negative is If you wish to travel into the heart of London, bit of a treck.

Having just returned from an extremely busy weekend at the hotel was pleased with it overall. Not too busy when checking in. Got worse an hour later.Food for breakfast excellent. My only negative was that on the event day all the furniture was removed so you had nowhere to sit and as it was a football event everyone wanted to watch the TV. From the […] floor. The hotel is an average hotel only a few hundred metres from Wembley Stadium. The hotel can be reached from Underground Wembley Park by walking 1 mile (1,5 km). Just follow the McDonalds until you reach the Tesco. The comfort is average, although there is free use of a gym, sauna and swimming pool. My room was very hot, and I could not turn off the […] heating or turn on an airco. Also the hot water from the shower was not working in the evening. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The hotel looks yuk from the outside, but inside it's nice and clean. Rooms are fine, beds are comfortable, bathroom very clean. Would stay again if I needed to.

I was attending an event at Wembley Arena and wanted to choose a hotel close to the venue, the Wembley Plaza is ideally situated as it is just five minutes walk away and also close to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Stadium Railway Station. My only slight complaint regarding the service is that I had to wait a while at reception upon arrival, despite […] there being several members of staff behind the desk who were occupied with other things. Other than this the service was friendly and professional. I found the room to be clean and quite spacious, with good tea/coffee facilities. The television was quite large and showed the basic channels as well as some Freeview (reception was not great on all channels). I would have appreciated a large light in the main room, instead there was just one in the entrance and table lamps in the main bedroom. All in all I thought the hotel was good and definitely well situated, not bad value for money either. Les mer
"Middle of the road hotel in poor location"
Hotel right next to Wembley stadium. OK if you want to stay somewhere on a business journey and just want a quick bite to eat and crash (however expensive for this). We booked in and wanted to go out for a few drinks and a curry but it was 10mins walk to Wembley High St which was like a battlezone at 5pm with police everywhere!!!!

The hotel is about 1 mile from 2 possible subway entrances, which was key for us. Since we drove to the city, we didn't want to have to drive in the city center or park there. Parking at the hotel was good. The price was right, mainly due to a winter sale. Just about everything that is bad about a hotel, this is it. Service must be the worse in London. Four star rating is a joke! Hotels.com were terrific but Wembley Plaza is clearly in need of a complete general overhaul. My tip is to choose another hotel or regret it.

"Sooooo close to Wembley Stadium"
Heard mixed reports about the hotel so we went with an open mind. We couldn't have been more impressed! They allowed us to check in at 10am, which enabled us to get ready for the day out at the rugby 4 nations at Wembley. The only glitch was the fact that we had to evacuate the hotel at 8.30pm as the fire alarms went off, however we were only outside […] for 10minutes before being given the all clear to go back in, the staff were excellent even providing silver blankets for those that needed them. We didn't eat there or go to the bar so can't comment on those areas. The room was clean, the staff courteous and we parked on site. We couldn't fault! Les mer

"Wembley plazza, empire way."
The hotel was generally good but the room was far below the expected standard from the booking online. For a 4 star hotel the room was on par with a holiday inn ! Breakfast was good with a vast selection to choose from. Very close to the arena where we went during the stay.

Stayed here a few times now. Hotel is in need of a little modernisation but the staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean and there’s a good size pool and gym to get your teeth into. Foods not bad too!

"Does what it says..."
The Wembley Plaza in London was right next door to Wembley stadium which was the main reason for our visit, so was excellent for this reason. However, the hotel itself is need of a major refurbishment. The shower leaked when it was in use and the floor tiles were cracked. There wasn't a mini bar which I always need (as I have to keep my insulin cool […] when travelling) and which the hotel website stated would be in the room. Nor was there any complimentary water! However, the weather was cool and we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The food was lovely, though no muffins if you came down for breakfast after 9. The staff were really attentive and the lack of AC didn't bother me too much as the weather was quite cool. Les mer

Friendly and efficient check in. tried to get us a room looking out on stadium but none available, my fault for not requesting that when booking. No air conditioning but room had a fan. Swimming pool was good and we enjoyed a session in evening but the pool was closed the following morning so we could not use it.

Very warm and friendly staff at all levels. nothing was too much trouble from reception thru to fitness suite staff. Good location being a ten minute walk away from Wembley park tube station. Wembley Plaza hotel is great if your going to Wembley stadium/Arena/surrounding areas. The reception is modern and the staff are really friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. However the drainage in the bath was poor and we slipped several times in it. No ventilation in the bathroom, therefore it was like a sauna! In the room it was hot […] ans stuffy- Where is the AC? The accomadation is adequate but with the dated fixtures and rickty bed it's most definately not 4Star standard!!!!!!!!!! Les mer
