Dette hotellet er et meget flott hotell. Her opplever man luksus og topp service i en rolig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum men det er veldig bra for de som ønsker ro og fin atmosfære når man er på hotelle, samtidig er det kort avstand inn til byen. De har europas beste Spa avdeling her (kåret i 2011). Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det beste.

Fantastisk opphold i Roma på et hotell med uforglemmelig service! Som et eksempel kan nevnes at en i reisefølget fylte år mens vi var der, og helt uforberedt ble vi i frokosten den gjeldende dagen servert musserende vin og hjemmebakt kake samtidig som betjeningen sang for hun som fylte året. Ellers, kan nevnes velutstyrte rom og sjeldent godt utvalg i frokosten.

Kjempebra hotell som ligger svært godt til i forhold til opplevelser i Roma. Var veldig fornøyd med hotellet, det eneste som drar ned er at sengene var litt for harde. Ellers super service. Har aldri opplevd at rommet blir ordnet 2 ganger om dagen før. Og så fikk vi sjokolade og en oppdatert værmelding til kvelden. Veldig bra hotell :-)

Romas sentrale jernbanestasjon, Termini, er inngangsporten til byen fra Fiumicino flyplass, og er et imponerende stykke moderne arkitektur. Mellom stasjonen og glamorøse Via Veneto er det flere interessante steder å besøke. Palazzo Barberini er et overdådig barokt palass, Terme di Diocleziano var byens største badeanlegg, og kirken Santa Maria della Concezione er bemerkelsesverdig på grunn av Capuchin-munkenes krypt.

Rommer var så lite at jeg ikke fikk opp kofferten min, men det var rent og skikkelig. Greie folk i respesjonen, men ikke stol på at de anbefaler deg den beste restauranten i nærheten. Den beste restauranten som jeg fant de fire dagene jeg var der lå rett rundt hjørnet og het Mama Angela (eller noe slikt). Hotellet anbefalte Regina som du bør skygge […] unna og Leoni de Abruzzo (?) som var helt ok, men Mama Angela som sagt er helt i toppklasse. Jeg valgte hotellet fordi det lå nært jernbanestasjonen Termini og kollektive transportmidler, men jeg endte som regel opp med taxi uansett. Les mer

A very nice hotel next to Termini train station. We walked everywhere in Rome, this being our base for three nights. A very nice hotel, with quiet rooms, and a nice staff. The hotel is close to all major transport means and is a good place to stay on both arrival and departure day. There is some traffic noise in the area but not annoying. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area. The hotel is not suitable for handicapped people who needs a walker or wheelchair because due to the access passage and the small elevator. […] Breakfast is OK but not fantastic. The hotel is lean manned and have only a few employees. Do not expect the staff to carry your suitcase to your room. Internet is free and the connection is OK. "Hotel Piemonte i Roma - sentral beliggenhet"
Hotellet ligger bare et stenkast unna både Metro, flybuss og sentralbanestasjonen. Lite, koselig hotell med hyggelig betjening - rene og pene rom med aircondition i rolig, men sentralt strøk. Gangavstand til alle sentrale severdigheter.

I was skeptical to the termini area as i know that some parts of the neighborhood can be bad. But this hotel is in an area that's located more in front of the termini, and was great. Lots of breakfast restaurants and extremely central.I was there with my hole family to show them my love for Rome, and this hotel suited us well. recommended.

Rommet var bra, og badet virket nyoppusset. Renhold var bra, og beliggenheten er rett ved T-bane og i et strøk med mange restauranter.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, everything is excellent, location,service,security and quietness. The only thing......which is the same for most hotels...the breakfast. It is not the typical eggs, toasts or cereal that most people usually have. I am not a fan of this type of breakfast but in the end....it's free.

"Hotel Piemonte-close to train station"
This hotel was very good if you intend to use the trains or bus or metro. The use of the computers for free in the lobby was very helpful. Not a very fancy hotel but very clean and I would use again as cost was reasonable.

Hotel Piemonte is located close to Termini Station, but was quiet and felt quite safe. It was within walking distance of the Borghese Gardens, the zoo, and many interesting areas. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were polite and helpful.

I would not say that this is a good hotel, but could have been worse. It is very close to Rome Termini station, it is nice for the hotel owners to help us keep our luggage even after we checked out. Sound proofing is really bad, i can hear everyone coming back, using the lift, walk, talk and even running tap water. Breakfast was ok, nothing to scream […] about. But the dining area is rather small. TV was a bit disappointing, showing only a handful of italian channels and CNN. For non italian speaking tourist, is a disaster. Except the slight smell of humidity from the bathroom (which we got rid off by leaving the bathroom door and window open for a while in the morning, Hotel Piemonte was great. The location was ideal for a short stay as the Termini station is only 5 min walk away. The walk to the Villa Borghese is really nice and short as well. Hotel Piemonte is near to Station, shower water is not hot eough, wifi is weak and always need to re-connect, heat will be closed in night time.

Othewise the hotel is clean, staff friendly and a breakast buffet good. I stayed one night in a single room and it was really tiny... for one night it is ok, but for several nights it wouldn't be a good choice.

The hotel is very near to Roma Termini (main train station) so it's convenient but there are some unsavoury characters hanging around so must be extra vigilant on the way to the hotel especially at night. The hotel room and its bathroom are quite small but enough for 2 adults. I saw some hair on the toilet floor when we arrived but otherwise the housekeeping […] staff did a pretty good job everyday and toiletries were replenished daily. The reception is not very friendly but they will give you suggestions if you asked. Stayed for 4 nights. An ok place if you need a decent and relatively cheap place to stay. Les mer
"Convenient but not comfortable"
For someone who has lived all his adult life in North America, European hotels are a new experience. The (single) rooms are similar to the inside rooms in Cruise Ships, fully capable of causing Claustrophobia. This particular hotel was very convenient, just 5 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station. It was clean, the staff was friendly and cooperative. […] However, I spent three uncomfortable nights in a Sauna room. The heating units in washrooms are turned on in the evening and remain on all night. There is no way to control the heat. The only choice you have is to turn the AC on to counterbalance and hope the AC wins, but it always lost. The room temperature reaches 30 degrees at night and on just cannot sleep in that heat. The duty manager advised to open the window and leave it open all night so the 3rd night was a bit bearable. I was told that the problem was that my room was too small and it gets too hot. No kidding. The room was annoyingly small. Les mer

"Piemonte Hotel clean, safe, close to train station"
Hotel Piemonte in Rome, Italy was very clean, safe and close to the train station. It was easy to find and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. There were several nice priced restaurants within walking distance too. The hotel clerks were very nice in helping with many questions we had. There was a money exchange store and atm close to the hotel too so […] we could get our euros exchanged. The main train station (the termini) was just 4 or 5 blocks. We used it to get to our ship that was sailing out of Civitavetchia on a Princess Cruise. There was also a 'hop-on, hop-off bus stop just at the end of the street the hotel is located on. It was a great way to see the city and the cost was minimal. Hotels.com was the best price I found on this hotel, plus the reviews were very helpful in making my decision too. I would highly recommend it, but just remember that the rooms are always smaller than those in the states. The free continental breakfast was a plus also at this hotel. Les mer

The location about half way between the rail road station and the harbor make this the perfect stop for a pre cruise night in Civitavecchia! It also is located well to explore this harbor town that is worth an extra day befor you start your cruise.

I had been staying on the outskirts of Rome with friends, but as they left a day before I did, I chose to spend my last night at the Piemonte Hotel. Great location, very close to the Termini. I left the hotel at 8am and got on the 8:22 train to FCO with no problem! (A warning though, the FCO trains leave from track 28 which is a hike from the main train […] platforms). The Manager at the hotel was very welcoming when I arrived, as check in wasn't till the afternoon, he arranged to keep my luggage for me. When I came back later in the day I didn't even have to give my name, he brought the luggage out directly and took the time to explain how the room key/lighting/etc worked. I had a single room and it was tiny, even by comparison to other hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It was even smaller than my dormroom from uni days! However the location, and the price, were both good, the hotel is very clean and has good A/C. There is free WI/FI. For a night or two, this a good choice. Les mer

Nice hotel in a great location if you travel by train. The rooms are nice and clean The hotel would have received a great review if it were not for the air conditioner that was not cold enough for our taste and reception staff that was minimalistic. This was a comfortable and convenient hotel for two nights in Rome at the end of our trip. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly when there was an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. Breakfast was pleasant and with sufficient variety. The hotel was cozy. Located very close to Roma Termini. Also two blocks away is a express shuttle stop that takes you to the airport in 40 minutes for 6 Euro per person. The stuff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is satisfying, includes bakery, deli and cheese, fruit, yogurt and cereal. We liked our stay. In general I found the hotel clean and tidy. My room was very small like a shoes box, and you could forget about the window. But the rest was quite ok. Location wise, it's close to the metro and bus stations so it was not difficult to move around. But it's not close to the major sight-seeing spots so be prepared to take a transport. They didn't take […] long. Service wise, I didn't receive warm hospitality but they didn't give me trouble either. The breakfast was ok - nothing fancy but clean and adequate. Only 1 min walk to moscova underground and in a very safe nice area. Great stay here only problem is wifi connection like in all europe its terrible. Other than that will stay here again anytime

I was expecting a larger room. It was 6 x10 (literally) and the bed was a brick with no A/C. The hotel didn't have A/C. If you are looking for a very budget room, this is it. It's 2 blocks from the metro and was clean, but tooo small and with May temperatures A/C would have been nice. If you are visiting in the next 4 months, choose something else, […] the bldg next to this one is having construction done and they woke me up ast 6:30 when the power tools started. Les mer

Great location in Rome. If you like to walk, in about ten miles round trip you will see almost everything! If you don't, the main train station is very close, convenient for arriving from the airport (take the train direct to the city from the airport). Only bad thing we experienced was the food in the morning. One morning, the milk went bad, and so […] did our health, just be cautious (for the Americans not used to European breakfasts). Other than that, the location and quality of the hotel were enough to go back, and recommend. If you stay in Rome, and you stay on the weekend, visit the forum and colosseum on Sunday, it's free!
