Relativt nytt sted. Rommet var rent og pent med gode kokemuligheter, kjøleskap, strykebrett osv. Litt langt å gå til nærmeste spisested/dagligvarer, må ha bil.

"Nice hotel but one thing"
The room was clean and nice but the train that ran behind it sucked. There were train tracks that ran behind the hotel. It was very loud and it ran at least three times during the night.

"WONDERFUL PLACE!"
The one downside is that it is advertised in Durham. It is not. It is in the Research Triangle Area. Also said it was near Duke University. It is 14 miles from Duke where I needed to be when I made a reservation. Delicious breakfast. Great linens, bed, and pillows.

Althought I arrived real early (12:15) they were able to find me a room. Clean, quiet hotel and friendly staff. Access is tricky from the divided highway (Northbound only) but it's right beside the freeway and 5 minutes from Research Triangle locations.

I booked our stay at this hotel for Duke family weekend by mistake intending to stay at the other Holiday Inn closer to the university. We were quite concerned when we saw the location of the hotel outside of Durham. However, it worked out great as the campus was only about a 15 minute drive away. Our room was large and comfortable. This hotel had the Best Breakfast compaired to any hotels we have stayed at. Very clean and family friendly. The beds were the nicest I have ever felt.

Arrived at airport after shuttle stopped for evening, hotel arranged for and paid for cab. Room was large, clean, quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

This is a good middle of the road hotel. The heating unit was super loud and there was not a cozy feel to the room. The staff was nice, but there was nothing about this place that said come back and stay here. I guess I got my money's worth.

I entered my room to find out it was a smoking room. I called down to the front desk and they changed immediately. Very friendly. Great bed and very comfortable. Breakfast menu was changed each day. Small work out room and hard to get into the hotel because of highway access, but other than that, great stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was preoccupied and uninterested. Accomodations were only ok. The room was clean but had several maintanence issues and was noisy. The bathroom doors, we had 2 rooms and in neither room, would the doors close properly and stay shut. The room designs were odd and unappealing,. I was traveling with 4 teenagers […] who were touring Duke University. None of the kids really complained but none liked the hotel either. The breakfast was reasonable but nothing great. I LOVE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. WE HAVE SEARCHED THEM OUT ON OUR LAST 3 TRIPS AND WILL DO ON ALL OF OUR FUTURE TRIPS AS LONG AS THEY ARE AS NICE AS THEY HAVE BEEN SO FAR.

"Loved my stay..and the staff is #1"
This was my first time staying with this hotel but I will definately be back. I come to Durham once a year for my college homecoming (NCCU) and I have to say that this is my favorite hotel by far. The staff was so extremely courteous and accomadating. I even had a package delievered there which they held for me and made sure that I had at my check-in. […] Anything that I needed I received right away and everyone always seemed ready to help with a smile on their face. I loved the staff as much as I loved the comfortable and spacious rooms. They will definately have my business again. The price, staff and my stay were top notch...they definately deserve 5 stars... Les mer

Really close to the highway and was very helpful in accessing the surrounding town, especially chapel hill. Is very close to a lot of businesses.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Security of the parking lot was a problem even though staff was aware of the issue.

This hotel is so convenient, pleasant staff, very courteous, ideal location for RDU airport, very quiet. I can leave my car there and they pick me up in the shuttle, free!! No matter what time of day or night.

The hotel was really comfortable and clean. Night hospitality not so great. I arrived as 5:30am. The front door is locked after 12:00am. I called and rang the bell no one responded until we thought to go around the back at 6:00am, which was open. Would have appreciated a sign or something.
