Store og fine leiligheter med alt av utstyr som vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Dårlig internettforbindelse (fungerte kun i ett rom). Leie av barneseng er altfor dyrt, og vi fant ut at det ville vært vesentlig billigere å kjøpe helt ny. Ellers et trivelig og trygt sted med god service. Kort avstand til sentrum med godt utvalg av spisesteder.

Med gode sko kan du også gå til stranden og Naples Pier. Stille om natten selv om det er to store veier tett ved hotellet. Trolley Tour stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Heldigvis er bartenderen, Robert, både serviceminded, underholdende og svarer gjerne på praktiske spørsmål. Hans motpart i resepsjonen, en liten, mutt mann, ville ikke engang bestille taxi til oss. God pris for godt og sentralt hotell, men neste gang vil jeg heller prøve et av de sjarmerende "Inn" midt i området 5th Av./ 3rd St., med litt Key West følelse.

Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

The Gullwing does not have its own restaurant, but restaurants are plentiful along Fort Myers Beach. All suites have fully equipped kitchens. A picnic gazebo and barbeque grills are available for guests.

The condos could not have been more perfectly placed. They are right on the beach and a 5 min walk from anything you need. It does take a few minutes by vehicle to get downtown, but that made for a calmer environment. All together amazing and plan to return!

"GREAT choice!"
Our standards are pretty high, but this place was an excellent choice for us, and we would definitely stay again! The rooms were clean, quiet, accommodating, and comfortable! It was right on the beach, and only a few minutes to the shore. The sand was the softest we've been on. We found literally over a hundred sand dollars right on our hotel beach. […] The staff was friendly, and happily gave us a higher floor when requested. The kitchen was huge, and they supply you with a starter of dish detergent and soap, shampoo, etc...There is also free coffee and tea in the office. Parking was nice and extremely close, and was ALWAYS available. It is even covered in some areas. The ONLY very bad thing about this hotel, was the checkout time of 10am!!! We were not able to even extend it for later checkout (which is $75), because our room was not available longer since they needed to check it back out...:-( This was a HUGE inconvenience when having to clean and pack on your last day. We had to be up bright and early, when our flight didn't leave until 10pm. Les mer

This Hotel was in a good central location. Nice and quite and the staff was great. There was a little construction going on but it happens. The room was huge and very clean. Everything was nice until the last night of our stay when there was crazy partying going until 2:00 AM. It was so laud that I couldn't even watch and listen to the TV program in my room. They were yelling profanities, women were screaming and it was so bad example of people waiting themselves for my teenage son. This resort is one of the best I've been to. We got a two bedroom bayview room which was on the 10th floor. In front the balcony was another building and to the left we had a great view of the beach and to the right we had a view of the bay. The rooms are very spacious with flat screen tv's in the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen tlhas […] everything you could possibly need. There is a Publix supermarket 5 mins away from the hotel. The only down side is that the pool was very small compared to other hotels I've been to. But we had friends staying at point estero the hotel next to it and their pool was much bigger so we just crossed over to their hotel and enjoyed the pool. The beach was ok there are alot of sand dollar starfish at the bottom which feels like you're stepping on rocks and it's a little annoying other than that everything was satisfactory. Ver clean. Our only complaint, you have to pay for any extra supplies, such as dishwsher soap, laundry, etc. Overall, we would come back!

"Will Return to this Hotel"
We rented a 3 bd condo with beach view, and it was fabulous. With 3 adults and 3 children ranging from 3yrs - 15yrs, we had plenty of room to spread out comfortably and also enough privacy to satisfy everyone. It was the perfect size for us, and the pool and beach were right outside the door. The neighborhood was safe enough for teens to walk around. […] The only downside was the 10a.m. checkout time. A late check-out may be requested, and they do try to accomodate. We definitely plan to return to this location. Les mer
"Very nice place to stay"
Rooms are very clean and spacious. Awesome view of the beach. It was nice getting to take a short walk to the water. If we did not want to go to beach we stayed at the pool. Plenty of chairs and room for large crowd. Only thing upsetting was when local cable did not work for 2 days. My husband was upset he missed the dallas/miami game (playoffs).

This is a very nice place to stay. Within walking distance of Beach movie Theater (food & alcohol). Other than the master bedroom not having black out curtains (it was light out at 6:30, hard to sleep in) and our power going out for about an hour, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definetly stay again. "Gullwing in Ft myers- great with kids and family"
This was our second year staying here. we have 4and 5 yr old boys and the beach convenience and rooms are great. With a discounted rate this can't be beat. It is a car ride to restaurants, but no big deal. I would look to stay there again. Front desk was helpful (coffe in the am, sand toys for the kids) and an uotdoor heated pool (it was 40degrees out […] our week). our flights got cancelled for a day and the desk extended us another night at the same rate, nice service. The only hiccup is the wireless in the room was a bit spotty, had to have it reset several times. Les mer

"Not a good 1st impression at all"
I was shocked to see that a 3.5 star hotel would have no one on staff to greet me at 11pm. It took me 3 calls and 30mins to finally get into my room. Not a good first impression at all.

I can't say enough about this hotel. My 2 bedroom unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. All necessities were provided in the unit. I occupied the unit from OCT. 9th through the 16th. I expect to return for 2 weeks in May of 2011. I highly recommend Gullwing Beach Resort.

Just got back from a 3 night stay in mid-December 2009. The hotel was great. We stayed in a 1 BR island view room on the 3rd floor. Very comfortable all around: living room, bedroom, bathroom and jacuzzi were all great. Room had a full kitchen and a separate, full bar. Pool and hot tub were nice and the beach was huge! "Das Hotel ist klasse gelegen für einen Strandurlau"
Es handelt sich hier um Eigentumswohnungen die vermietet werden. Es hat aber eine Reception und alles wie in einem normalen Hotel. Die Wohnungen sind einfach nur genial! Mti Jacuzzi, riesigen Zimmern, volleingerichtete Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle usw... Waschmaschine und Tumbler, alles da! Es werden einem auch Abwaschmittel, Waschmittel usw zur Verfügung […] gestellt. Die MA an der Reception ist äusserst freundlich und hat viele Tips auf Lager was man alles unternehmen kann und wo die besten Restaurants zu finden sind. Es liegt driekt am Strand, nur durch den hauseigenen Pool getrennt. Beim Pool hat es eine Grillecke mit diversen Gasgrills wo man auch grillieren kann. Der Parkplatz für den Mietwagen ist auch im Preis dabei! Wir waren rundum mit allem zufrieden. Les mer
