Med gode sko kan du også gå til stranden og Naples Pier. Stille om natten selv om det er to store veier tett ved hotellet. Trolley Tour stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Heldigvis er bartenderen, Robert, både serviceminded, underholdende og svarer gjerne på praktiske spørsmål. Hans motpart i resepsjonen, en liten, mutt mann, ville ikke engang bestille taxi til oss. God pris for godt og sentralt hotell, men neste gang vil jeg heller prøve et av de sjarmerende "Inn" midt i området 5th Av./ 3rd St., med litt Key West følelse.

Hotellet var en opplevelse. Stranden utenfor var helt fantastisk for bading og turgåing. Frokosten var enorm og veldig god.

Et herlig hotel, midt i sentrum av Naples. Det mange fine muligheter til utflukter i nærområde. Du må selvsagt ha leiebil. Vi leide en suite med 2 soverom og fult kjøkken etc. Kjempebra. 2 timer kjøring fra Miami. God tur...

Great hotel, very clean and relaxing! Good location close by shopping. I would recommend staying there.
I do stay quite frequently at the Chesterfield HOtel in Palm Beach and I have never been charged $125.00 for a pet. It is an outrageous figure. That is not being pet friendly with that kind of fee.

Ran out of both toilet paper and paper towels and it took housekeeping at least an hour to respond after reporting it. Why doesn't the hotel at least put an extra roll of toilet paper under the sink area? Have never stayed in a hotel/motel that didn't. No luggage carts available at checkout. Had to wait almost an hour before one became available. Only […] one was being used. Desk didn't know where the other one was. Why only two carts for an operation of this size? Couch (pull-out bed) very uncomfortable to sit on. Nice happy hour policy, particularly Wednesdays. Clean, comfortable pool area. Les mer
"Hawthorne Suites at Naples - nice accomodations"
We were pleasantly surprised with easy access from I-75. The clam pass beach is located approx. 2 mi. from the hotel at the end of road. The staff was friendly, nice rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, pool and internet.

"Mediocre hotel at best"
Booked several rooms staying with family and friends. As expected for suites, rooms are good size with convenience of a full kitchen. Overall the hotel was quiet, fairly neat and conveniently located off of the highway and close to a strip mall and the beach. However, the rooms needed a real upgrade in carpeting, linen, bathrooms, kitchen utensils, […] etc. The plates, silverware, fridge was dirty. the coffee maker had not been cleaned (with the used coffee grounds from earlier stay). "Great Place to Stay"
Hotel was located just off I-75 and walking distance to resturants. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back. room were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

My daughters and I loved this hotel. We came to Naples for a 3 day getaway and we're happy we did. We had so much fun and we loved the hotel. The front desk was very helpful and even let my daughters pick what floor we wanted. The house keeping even drew a swan on the pad of paper on the desk and my daughters loved it. The hotel was ok I travel monthly there are alot better hotels in Naples at or below the same cost. If you have allergies avoid this one they use a type of carpet fresh or some type of air freshner that is way to strong. Bed was not comfortable and ac controlls didn't work.

"Stay at Hawthorne"
I love this hotel. Very nice, convenient and clean. Rooms are great because of the small kitchen and nice layout of room regardless of which one you choose. Only problem we had was a worn out bed. Had severe dips in the bed. Worse than what I have at home. Elevator broke during our stay but wasn't a problem.
This hotel was very welcoming and accomendating. We had a wonderful nights sleep and even got to enjoy the pool.

The pool area is small and didn't really entice us to spend time there. Stayed one night at this hotel. Everything was excellent. The meet and greet with beer and wine in the afternoon was very nice and the wine was potable unlike many places who provide this activity. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff very helpful. They even charged my dying Kindle for me. The pool and hot tub were clean and at correct temperatures. The breakfast was much better than most, and the lady who works in the breakfast room was very friendly and accomodating. I would cheerfully stay there again.

Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for this hotel except for one thing. THe maids start EARLY so put a "do not disturb" sign on your door until you wake up. Otherwise, LOVED IT> Highly recommend this hotel. It's the first hotel I've ever given straight 5's to.

Staff was very nice. My room suffered water damage while I was out and they not only moved my belongings to another room, they were put away nicely and upgraded my room as a good will gesture.

We arrived early but the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and accomadating. He (Kevin) allowed us to check in early. He gave us directions to local spots and always had a big hello and a smile on his face. The breakfasts were very well stocked from the beginning to the end. This is a great place to stay. We arrived for the 4th of July weekend and it was great. They had a FULL breakfast buffet... eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, cereals.. etc. it was a great money saver plus the food was great not dinky. We stayed on the third floor and it was awesome, we had our own mini kitchen and the place had wi fi. My kids loved the […] pool as well as a mini golf section. (you had to have your own golf clubs.. we bought them toy ones from walmart which is close by) The bed was super comfortable... I can go on and on.. but this place is great especially for the money. The following experience cemented my impression of this hotel. As I was checking in a young girl bought a soda from the pantry beside the front desk. She came back minutes later with less than the price for a second soda and asked what she could buy for that lesser amount. The front desk clerk, multi-tasking and quite busy, easily could have just said […] "everything is the same amount" but instead he invited her to pick whatever she wanted -- the price was what she had. The cost to the hotel was maybe 50 cents. The value that I saw was priceless. This property is simple, clean, quiet, and well run. The location was very nice very clean and a friendly staff. I would stay there again when I travel back to that area as long as I can get the same or close the same rate. Which was reaonable for the location and the services they offered.

We had one issue. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we were unable to get into it. The clerk who registered us had put us in only for one night as opposed to five nights. When the cleaning crew came, they were surprised that we were still there. We didn't realize why that was. I was pleasantly surprised at this location for the amount of money I paid. It was clean, there were services and restaurants within a reasonable distance and it was close to the Interstate. If I have a need to be in the Naples area again, I am definitely going to stay there again.

We decided to stay in this hotel based on the remarks and rating. The groungs are fantastic. The continental breakfast was superb. Location a plus. Room where above standard and so other ammenities. We came for my son's Pop Warner game which was in same weekend of my wife's birthday. We left wishing we could stay longer. We highly recommend this place […] but not for one night only. If I had a complain it will be rooming next to the icebox room. People go there 24/7 and that door shakes the place down when shuts. Les mer
