Ecellent location and good price for a modern 2 bedroom unit. Equipped with everything you need.Have stayed here before and will be back.Emplyees very friendly, quick check-in.

We found the room to be very clean and the location very convenient. Not even 5 minutes from Downtown Disney. The staff was very helpful. The only downside for us was that it was on a Third Floor and there were no elevators.

Very nice place, many pools (and heated for those cool evenings), conveniently located close to Disney, many restaurants and stores such as Walgreens. The miniature golf course isn't much (only 6 holes), but a good time killer. Had one small technical difficulty but a quick call to the front desk and maintenance was there within a few minutes to remedy […] the problem. Quick check-in and check-out. Les mer

It was a little far away from the theme parks with no shuttle. The 2nd room, and maybe I missed this, the 2nd room was two single beds. Great for a family with 2 young kids, but not for 2 married couples. Master Bedroom was great. Very clean, nice furnishing and plenty of nice dishware.

This hotel/resort was very nice. The 2 bedroom condo we booked was very clean and comfortable. They must be remodeling because everything appeared to be new. The pool and game room were also very nice. The only drawback is when we first checked in, they tried to schedule you for a timeshare tour. They were not too pushy. There was roaches in the room the first nite along with a clogged shower drain. The manager was shady with a nasty attitude. The second room (or better room as they put it) had frogs and garbage was left outside the room after room service was done and left for the day. Check-in was not easy to find, no signs to tell you where to go. Check-in isn't bad once you find it, but checkout is an hour earlier than most places. They annoy the guest by doing a quick call and hang up to the room at least an hour and half before checkout than they have people knock on the doors and keep walking, finally they have someone come […] back half hour before checkout to ask if we were going to checkout out soon. How are you going to be ready for checkout if they don't stop pestering you? Les mer

Our room was by a loud generator for the air conditioning unit. It ran all night....will not be back.

There was One towel in the room when we arrived. All utensils and dishes and silverware were there and a coffee maker but no coffee filters or coffee. Call to desk for coffee was answered by hotel policy to NOT provide coffee or coffee filters. I have been at other Westgate properties which were much better operated and were larger and cleaner then […] this. Very tiny tv in bedroom. Absolutely no security for entrance or exit from property. Have stayed many times in the past and have to say never again in the future!! Checked in to be told we had to be escorted to our room. Never did get a straight answer as to why, then told we had to call for an inspection before check out. Never happened before. Our guess is they wanted to try and sell us a time share? When we questioned the 2 men they […] were very evasive. Master bathroom door would not shut, toliet in the way. A/C unit loud! Then a LOUD buzzing sound at all times day and night. Caused from a pool pump or some loud large machine?? And garbage trucks picking up garbage at 5 AM on a Saturday morning. No sleep!! Ridiculous! Spoke to office and they knew exactly what building I was referring to and were VERY aware of the noise. Meaning they know this is a problem and are still putting people in that area. I guess they would rather make the money and not worry about the issue and solve the problem if and when someone complains. No worries about paying guests not having quiet to sleep. After complaining we were moved to a quieter room. Just when you think it can get no worse.... Sunday early morning we were using both showers. When you turn one on the other would go off! So we could only use one shower at a time. Then shortly after we are using the blow dryer's and the breaker flips and we have no power in the bathroom's and one bedroom. Had to call maintenance and wait for them to come. Alot of choices of hotels in this area to settle for mediocre facilities! Les mer

I find it rude to have check in people banter back and forth in a foreign languge while you wait to be helped. Golf carts were riding around parking lot and hazardous to cars. Musty smell to room,

we visited orlando at the end of june start of July 09. we stayed in the Westgate Bluetree resort. we really enjoyed our stay and will go back. we stayed for 14 nights and were very happy. the hotel was clean and we had an ample supply of fresh towels every day. its real selling point comes when you realise you are only a couple of miles from all the […] parks Disney Universal and Seaworld. there are loads of restaurants about where we especially enjoyed TGI Fridays and Chevys. i would have liked if the hotel had a internet station in reception and a safe in the room but these are only minor complaints. the reception staff were good but a bit dizzy at times. however we enjoyed our stay in our two bedroom 2 bathroom kitchen living room 3 tv apartment.
