Telephone was not working in room, left something behind in the room and when I called to request it be sent back to me they could not find my reservation and said nothing was found.

Outstandingly memorable experience - 3 bed, 3 bath suite with full kitchen, dining and living room. Very tastefully appointed. Lovely pool and beach access. Extremely quiet. Definitely a 'Presidential Suite"!

Room was average. Paid $400 for 1 night for a room that you can get at any upscale travel lodge for half the price. Small T.V. and the refrigerator was stufk out in the middle of the room. One of the best Vacations we have ever been on. Bus drivers, very informative. Hotel staff, always smiles and helpful. The Pool, hotel, view, cleanliness and service was a 10!! The weather was perfect. I felt very safe and we can't wait to go back!!

The only drawback of the hotel was housekeeping. You never knew when they would show up...8am or 4pm...a little frustrating!!!!

The property is extremely nice, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, Tavern n Town. It had great food, an upscale feel & the music & cocktails in the evening were fantastic!!!

Shuttle service to downtown area was very nice. Our room had no view at all, but was very clean and modern. Bathroom was nice and large. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very good.

Not that good, a refrigerator placed on the floor and very noisy especially during the night, thin walls that you can hear other rooms.probably there are other areas of the hotel that represent the Marriot status. We certanly where not lucky.

Very beautiful hotel! We loved the pool and small beach. Distance to downtown can be challenging with construction on Roosevelt. Overall great stay.

The hotel does not have beach despite, a schematic hotel shows aninformation regarding to swimming at the beach.., but no!, the hotel does not have any beach. They clean the room everyday but they put body lotion only once in 5 days, and shampu/conditioner not every day. The same situation with the coffee station, they did not complete the station 100% […] every day. The photos of the coctails to drink at the blue bar look great but no, they use plastic cups, no glass cup. Les mer

I thought they were on the beach but all it had was a platform with sand. I also think it is rediculus to have to pay for parking your car when you ate staying there. If you want a beach this is not the hotel but if you don't care either way then it was an ok hotel.

t was OK the shuttle bus service into town was great. BUT why we had have to loud piped music around the pool each day I do not know. I like to read a book or just doze, not hear loud Music. I did not stay around the pool once the music had started so they lost me and my family as customers for drinks and lunch.

We were greeted with a flute of champagne & an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite! Beautiful hotel, great service and the shuttle is so easy to use. We will recommend!

room was absolutely fabulous, staff was very polite attentive and helpful which made our honeymoon an incredible paradise. Sometimes when you see photos of future destinations in which you will be residing they fall short ,but our room exceeded the photos.

We absolutely loved our stay at the beachside Marriott over Memorial Day weekend. We were there for our anniversary. We were greeted with champagne upon check in and the staff was very friendly. Our room was perfect, very comfortable and spacious with a separate living room dining room and full kitchen. Also we were on the top floor so we had a regular […] balcony with cozy furniture and an additional roof top balcony. The pool is centrally located with lots of chairs and loungers and a great bar. There is a small beach area near the pool with beautiful views but not a swimming area. There is a shuttle to Duval throughout the day but if you have a car it's nice to drive around the island. We will definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning! Les mer

We were disappointed. For the money we paid it wasn't what we expected. We were to have a sunken bathtub and didn't. The room was so small, the bathroom door touched the bed. There was just a free standing sink. No vanity countertop to put needed items. We were there for our daughter's wedding and wanted it to be nice.

Room was nice with a two level outdoor balcony (top level on roof). Small man made sandy knoll facing gulf... no real beach here except for where jet ski's dock. Real beach on the atlantic side 10 mins away but hotel and breakfast were great.

The hotel has amazing landscaping. The colorful gardens around the pool area make it a very relaxing place to be, especially the dock off of the private beach with the amazing sun sets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very happy with my stay at the Key West Mariott Beachside Hotel! The first nice surprise was the champagne offered to me as I arrived to check in. When I asked them why the champagne, they simply said; "to celebrate the beginning of your stay with us here at this hotel!" Nice. Very nice! The room I chose was one of the smaller, "standard sized" […] rooms. Although it had no balcony nor any ocean view, it was, in my opinion, an excellent room for someone who is alone and not in need of too many of the amenities available in most of the other, larger, "suites". The staff went out of their way to be polite, professional and, above all else, courteous and helpful! Trust me, I've done a lot of traveling and that is not ALWAYS the case....even at some of the other Marriott properties I have stayed in! There is an exceptional shuttle service provided by the hotel directly to the center of Duval Street every hour, on the hour. They also pick you up and bring you directly back to the hotel from the same location twenty minutes past each hour. Nice arrangement ! The shuttle drivers are fantastic! One of the drivers is a retired Key West Policeman who goes out of his way to give you a "guided tour" of all the historical, cultural and interesting facts about Key West. He was the highlight of our trip!!!! Yes I WOULD stay here again!!! You cannot go wrong if you choose this hotel! Les mer

Almost everything about this hotel was pleasant there are however a few things that might be mentioned. Their inability to organize the shuttle to and from downtown was aggravating. The pick up was in slightly different locations causing frustration when attempting to line up for it there by letting people who just arrived on in front of people who […] had been waiting a half an hour or more. The hotel is excelent, the rooms very comfortable, clean and well dotaded, the TV channels are very basic and the signal goes off veru often. The swiming pool is a bit small for such a a big hotel, the food at the pool is good and the service was good. Overall it was a veyr good hotel, very good stay and defenetely will go again.

This hotel was an OK place for a spring vacation. It was a good place to hang out around the pool or on the "beach" during the daytime and hit the downtown nightlife in the evenings. The hotel shuttle is its most important asset to assure the complete Key West vacation.

Hotel is on the Gulfside and far from Duval. Would Book an upgraded room as the base rooms are very small and may have a wonderful view of the parking lot. Service is fine but it is a 20 min. shuttle ride to Duval. Would suggest staying closer to the action or on the Atlantic side of the island. Food is good but not cheap. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and the beds were nice & comfortable. Our only advice would be that if you want a chair by the pool or on the beach, get down there early in the morning because it fills up quick! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

It took a little while to get from the airport. Their shuttle never came but the front desk paid for the cab ride to the hotel with no hesitation. The room was very nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was huge with nice tile and a large shower. The pool was also very nice and there was never trouble finding a lounge chair. The free shuttle to Duval […] street was really great. I booked a jetski tour at the hotel and it left right from the hotel beach - very convenient. The beach was not huge but at least you had a view of the water from the pool. Service was good. They gave complimentary champagne. I ate on Duval every night- outdoors. Saw a comedy act. It was a great stay and I would recommend the Marriott to anyone and will probably go back there again. My wife and I spent a week at this hotel. We would go back in a heartbeat. We had reserved a room with a king size bed. However, upon learning that the room we reserved opened out onto an outdoor hallway and since we were going to spend an entire week there, when we arrived we requested an upgrade to a one bed room suite and paid the additional charge. […] We were extremely pleased. Fortunately, there was one available which made our stay extraordinary as it was located on the third floor overlooking the water and the court yard. Even though the hotel is located away from the city there is a shuttle which takes you downtown every hour on the hour and picks you up 20 minutes after the hour every hour. This was very convenient as there would have been little parking available if we had driven. We highly recommend this hotel. It was a wonderful quiet respite away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Les mer

We were quite unsatisified with the hidden costs of this hotel,($17.50 parking fee per day), food prices much more than quality area restaurants, beach side hotel but only a "tanning beach".no swimming in the ocean. If you stayed in a standard room there were no laundry facilities, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine.

The suite we stayed in was very nice with a full kitchen comfortable bed nice pool & hot tub the beach is not realy much but overal place is nice fairly new we enjoyed it.

Our initial 3 night stay was perfect. I would have ranked the cleanliness of our room as superb except when our flight was delayed we had to return to the hotel and stay an additional night, we were put in different room, and the cleanliness of that room was not outstanding. But the service was always excellent and the food in the hotel restaurant was […] also excellent, but pricey! Staff is very friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Pool is very nice, but until we spoke to the server, they never approached us however they were very friendly. Great view of the ocean from the pool and rooms were decent.
