Fantastisk opphold i Roma på et hotell med uforglemmelig service! Som et eksempel kan nevnes at en i reisefølget fylte år mens vi var der, og helt uforberedt ble vi i frokosten den gjeldende dagen servert musserende vin og hjemmebakt kake samtidig som betjeningen sang for hun som fylte året. Ellers, kan nevnes velutstyrte rom og sjeldent godt utvalg i frokosten.

Kjempebra hotell som ligger svært godt til i forhold til opplevelser i Roma. Var veldig fornøyd med hotellet, det eneste som drar ned er at sengene var litt for harde. Ellers super service. Har aldri opplevd at rommet blir ordnet 2 ganger om dagen før. Og så fikk vi sjokolade og en oppdatert værmelding til kvelden. Veldig bra hotell :-)

Godt fornøyd, det holder hva det lover. Rom mo bakgården, ingen utsikt, men stille og rolig. God WIFI, hyggelig frokostsal og mat, hyggelige mennesker. Og meget god takterrasse, som godt kunne vært åpen tidligere på dagen.

Veldig fint hotell. Hvis du er innstilt på å bruke buss, er det god kommunikasjon til sentrum, men det tar litt tid. Vil anbefale å bruke toget istedet. Brukte 45 min fra flyplassen til hotellet. Hotellet reklamerer med at de har badstu, men merk at du må betale for at de skal skru den på... Kjempefornøyd med frokosten!

Vi bodde på hotellet i 4 døgn og trivdes fra første stund. God service og meget fine og lyse lokaler - resepsjonsområde, lobby og kafe/restaurant. Helt greitt rom. Litt kjølig med kun lakenteppe i et uoppvarma hotellrom, men varmen blir slått på den 15. november! Veldig grei frokost - ikke som Plaza, men mer enn nok og god variasjon. Kort vei til bussen, […] billig og kort vei til sentrum.. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Og Roma? Tok pusten fra oss! Fantastisk! Les mer

På plussiden bemerkes at frokosten var meget bra, og at den ene middagen vi spiste på hotellet også var gjennomført og velsmakende. Hotellet hadde ok sauna og takterrassen var svært trivelig.

"Overnatting i roma"
Hotellet var i kort avstand til de Ulike serverdigheten, som colosseum og Vatikanet. Kostet 12 euro med taxi. Personalet var veldig hyggelige, snakket godt engelsk og var veldig behjelpelige. Rommene var litt slitte, men reine. Bassenget er veldig lite ca 5 km men holdt til een liten dukkert! syntes det var et bra hotell til den prisen.

Fint hotell,med god beliggenhet litt utenfor sentrum,i et meget rolig strøk. Ti minutter med taxi inn til Piazza di Spagna. Rommene var relativt nyoppusset.Moderne stil. Rent og pent. "Flott hotell"
Hotellet har fine rom, en grei frokost og hyggelige muligheter til å sitte utendørs. Hyggelig betjening. Beliggenheten var sånn ca 15 min med taxi fra Vatikanet.
Vi er veldig fornøyd, fekk god kontakt med personale kan gjerne tenke oss å bo der ved en senere anledning, det kan godt anbefales. Frokosten var kjempegod, maten ellers var og bra.

Hyggelig personale og service, god frokost og greit renhold. Ligger ikke helt i sentrum, men for oss var parkering viktigere. Shuttlebuss til sentrum fungerte fint. Et veldig godt alternativ for den prisen!

Høy standard, god størrelse på rom og god service. Eneste minus er beliggenheten. Nødvendig med skifte fra metro til jernbane på Valle Aurelia. Kun et stopp med jernbane Appioano, men togene slutter å gå klokka halv tolv på kvelden også i helgene. Alternativ er drosje fra Valle Aurelia til hotellet. Ingen drosjeholdeplass. Må tilkalles pr. telefon

"Terrible internet wi-fi service"
I have stayed at this hotel before and was very disappointed that the wonderful and friendly service that I received during my previous stay was no longer there. The hotel is alright but I would not give it a 4 star rating.

1: The receptionist wiped my iPhone trying to connect it to their wi-fi. I lost everyhting; contacts, emails, apps, photos, music. Some I can't replace ever again; 2: The breakfast was not 4 star: coffee and "juice" from a machine (not fresh), eggs from a liquid (again not fresh), poor quality meats, and a service which was rushed and unfriendly; 3: […] The driver from the hotel was rude. He drove aggressively, argued and shouted at other road users, complained when we asked to go to the final scheduled stop, and leaped out of the minibus before it had stopped; 4: The location is terrible. It's a good 30 minute walk to the Vatican, and miles from the ancient city. There are no restaurants nearby, so you are stuck using the hotel's own restaurant; 5. The Hotel was being renovated, and we were woken each morning at 7am to the sounds of drills and cement mixers; 6: Summed up - expensive and aweful. Les mer

The hotel location is not as convinient as they claim. It is about 15 minutes walk and hard to find. There is bus stop rigt beside the hotel though. We stayed in Rome 5 nights and the hotel is in a residential area about 20 minute walk from the Vatican. The hotel had a shuttle that would drop you off at the vatican or near city center. There was also a city bus stop at the corner that was easy to take as well. Breakfast was more than adequate for us. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was good, staff was decent. The restaurant in the hotel is subpar at best. Granted breakfast was free, we had dinner there on one night of our stay and the food was pricey and not the least bit tasty. A nice hotel, the staff was good the food was good. We had a problem with our shower and when the staff was notified the problem was solved when we arrived back at the hotel. No nightlife in the area. Hard to find any bars, or clubs within walking distance after 2100 hrs. A long way from any sights, they do have a shuttle which helps.

We recently stayed at the Grant Hotel Tiberio for a week. Unfortunately, our 87 year old mother fell touring one of the sites while we were in Rome. The hotel provided a wheelchair for her to use while we were there free of charge. The bathrooms and rooms were spotless. The cleaning ladies and front desk personnel were cheery, helpful, and efficient. […] The morning breakfast was the same each day but plentiful. "Too far from center city"
Breakfast was good, place was affordable, bed was nice, hotel was clean....it just was not close enough to what we wanted to see. An FYI for anyone looking at this hotel - yes, it is close to Vatican City - but that is it! All of the other must-see-Rome locations are a trek.
"England rugby"
A good hotel not too far from Stadio Olympico...we walked back after the game! However connections to downtown need mastering! I suggest using the metro from Cipro and walking up the hill. Service was good and rooms suitable for a 4 star hotel. Enjoy!

Everything well organized, friendly staff, wonderful food. Not too far from the city, and the free shuttle bus is very convinient. Highly recommend this to everybody.

At first glance its a really nice Hotel for the price I managed to get it for and it pretty much lived up to that right the way through. It is a small distance away from the major attractions (it is near the Vatican) but the bus is very near and easy to use. On the downside (for me), I was looking forward to doing a bit in the gym (stationary bike) […] but the gym isn't great and the bike was broken. Apart from all that its really nice I'd go back again. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they are helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is nice and comfortable. It is a little bit out of town but has a free shuttle bus which was great.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful. We had a 2BR suite with balcony, overlooking the quaint Roma(ntic) neighborhood. In addition to the free breakfast in the dining room before we set out to tour Rome, we went to the grocery around the corner for a couple bottles of wine, some cheese, crackers, olives and fruit for an evening snack on the rooftop terrace. […] You can see St. Peter's lighted dome in the distance looking over the neighborhood. We stayed in this hotel not too far from Vatican. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Transport links are excellent and the hotel is good value for money. You can reach this hotel by train from Airport saving lot of taxi money. We took a one week public transport pass that is valid on metro, train and bus in Rome. The hotel provides […] unlimited breakfast 'continental' but we managed lunch and dinners from local takeaway (5 minutes by walk) and city restaurants. I strongly recommend this hotel. the hotel was quite nice with respect to service, cleanliness, etc. The rooms are clean and nice, though a bit smaller than what you see online. The only major drawback is the location since there's not much to do in the immediate neighborhood. Its a 20 min walk to the vatican and the bus-stop and train station are less than a minute away. After spending time in Rome, not sure weather you would find better for the money but give it a shot. Room was small, the toilet barely flushed, bed was rock hard(like the rest of Italian beds)Not sure one can do better in Rome for the price as I'm sure alot of places have plumbing issues there. That being said, it's pretty close to Vatican city. Lobby […] is nice and clean, so was the room. Do yourself a favor and skip the free breakfast. I tried everything and it was terrible. I let the meat fall out of my mouth as I chewed. Worst meal in Italy bar none. At least the cereal was ok. Not sure what else rome has to offer for the price but it seemed like a 2-3 star hotel. We had a great stay at the Azzi. The room was pretty small but you can get an upgrade room. good aircon and shower. Service was excellent with very kind staff. Place was very clean. Location excellent. Highly recommend.

good if you're pretty self-sufficient Pro's: - Room was very good. A lot of room considering the european standard. - Has a small but workable swimming pool (kid sized, not lap size). small workout room with about 6 machines. - Location was pretty good. not in the center of everything, but 20 minute walk from the vatican museum. it's right beside one […] of the train lines and by the 990 bus line. - free internet. con's: service was pretty poor. - no ice machine. get it from the bar, which is open from about 7pm-12pm. and then in small bowls. - shuttle service has room fro about 6 people only. essentially it's always booked unless you plan several days in advanced. - shuttle to airport only 3x / day. - service folks are minimally helpful at best. giving poor/incomplete/wrong information at worst. other: - breakfast was included. was a small selection. only eggs and bacon were hot. everything else was cold stuff. "Great Hotel for families"
We stayed only one night after our cruise. It was a lovely hotel and provided four single beds for my husband and me and our two grandsons. The beds were harder than we are used to, but not so much that we couldn't sleep. This is a beautiful hotel that more than met our expectations and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous. It was difficult to get […] to the city center on the metro, so if you are staying for some time and want to see the sights of Rome, this might not be a good location unless you use a taxi which can get to be quite expensive. The hotel does have a shuttle (not free) but doesn't run often or late. Since most hotels in Rome are equipped for only two guests, this was a great choice for us. It is also very beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and spoke understandable English! I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Les mer
"Lovely hotel"
The hotel, when travelling from airport, seemed quite far out but once we got used to the train times/bus we realised we were actually quite near everything! The receptionist working when we arrived was very friendly, and we had no trouble with any of the staff when we were there. The restaurant isn't great we ate out most nights, breakfast was lovely […] though a nice choice -- something for everyone. Would definitely recommend it and stay there if I returned to Rome, my only disappointment is not getting to try the pool out! Les mer

This was a very nice hotel, worth returning to. They had a fabulous courtesy breakfast buffet. It is in a residential neighborhood that doesn't look so good, but was no threat. A metro stop is 1/2 a block away, but it requires making some additional connections to get to the Rome attractions. That's complicated at first, but you get to know it. "Extremely good value for the money"
Great hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and very good staff. Only downside is that it's a bit far from the center of town BUT it's well within walking distance to the Roma Metro or the FR3 train.
