It was o.k. Breakfast was nothing special but had enough variety and basics to make it worthwhile. At first the hot water control did not work but they fixed that quickly. The wi-fi took several calls to get restarted but finally did work o.k. Indoor pool and outside seating area were nice.

Older hotel. Could use some refurbishing. Car needed. Not bad for the money.

Bayside has a very attractive setting, right on the Lewis Bay inlet, and is close to Hyannis (only a couple minutes) and not far from Chatham (about a half hour to downtown Chatham) but without the high cost of staying in Chatham. Large, comfortable rooms (we had the "Deluxe" room), large bath, really nice free continental breakfast provided, indoor […] and outdoor pools. Room refrigerator was large and held plenty. I very much liked tyhis hotel and highly recommend it. If you have large heavy luggage, there is no elevator so a first-floor room may be recommended. Staying here in West Yarmouth was much better than anywhjere we saw in Hyannis. I would definitely stay here again. Les mer

Didn't have such a great view. We did enjoy our overall stay. The service was exceptional. We loved the morning breakfast selection. It was also a great location and one of the nicest places in the area. I'm glad we stayed here. Ohh and great pool hrs. Thanks Bayside!

the resort was great staff location! We had two reservations one for sat 1 and one for sun thru tues we couldn't book together that was no problem. The problem was we were put between a wedding party that took up the whole floor! And believe me you knew that come sunday nite after the wedding the music the yelling the jumping loud talking it was unbelieveable […] I didn't want to have to complain it was a celebration but at about 1am I finally called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to speak to them it continued till 3 am! Why would you put some in a room in the middle of this and they knew in advance it was a wedding party. When I went down to the desk the next morning to ask for a room change the girl told me they had all checked out and that there was a note saying we weren't happy! End of story~ No let me try and comp you for your inconvience can we do anything to make it up to you nothing!!! Will certainly rethink about where we will be staying for our next mini getaway!! Bathrooms need updating good location close to popular restaurants

My husband & I spent 5 days & 4 nights there and were extremely pleased. The room was very clean and spacious. They even made the top tissue on the tissue box into a bow & the top sheet of the toilet paper into a rose. Immediately made me think of the towel animals on cruises. The continental breakfast includes waffles, english muffins, bagels, cereal, […] fruit, yogurt, donuts & muffins. The coffee was good and there was a selection of juices as well. We took full advantage of the indoor hot tub & pool. They were very clean & the water was warm, just the way we like it. Outside is a small beach with adirondack chairs, a fire pit and some tables with umbrellas & chairs where you can eat breakfast outside, instead of indoors. Overall, this was a great experience. Also, the hotel is located midway down Route 28 so it was easily accessible to Hyannis and Chatham and it took about an hour to get to Provincetown. Les mer

We just spent one night before going watching watching in Cape Cod. We likes the hotel, especially for the price but the only problem we had was a drainage issue with the bath tub. It seemed to be made at an angle that made it difficult to drain. Also, based on the website, we thought we'd be closer to the water "over looking the bay" which wasn't the […] case. However, we'd still recommend the place. Les mer

The hotel was in a convenient location and the service people were very friendly. The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed for a good night's rest. I also enjoyed the breakfast and will make this a choice for future lodging.

I was disappointed. I do not see why they call it a resort. The weather was bad and I know that's not the hotels fault but the balcony view of the bay that I paid extra for was ridiculous. The balcony was over a parking lot with the bay in the far distance. Not at all worth the extra fee. The room was small and dated. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely bay behind resort is picturesque. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and sound travels easily, making for a bit of noise.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good that for a person that doesn't usually eat breakfast, I ate. This hotel will be one that I will be visiting again in the summer.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean and had all the conveniences one needs. The staff was courteous and responsive to our questions. Bayside Resort Hotel would be my first choice should I need a hotel at the Cape in the future.

Very nice continental breakfast, beds were very comfortable. A bit noisy at 4:30 am but over all very nice stay.

From the minute we arrived everyone was accommodating.Room was good size overlooking the water.Bathroom had all you would need towels , lotion and soaps.Breakfast was awesome waffles,muffins, donuts,cereal hot and cold juice and plenty of coffee.Pool in and out.

Very nicely set up rooms. Good overall service from the friendly staff. decent size pool. Over all for under $70 a night this is the best bet.

This hotel was the perfect stay for kid's Spring vacation, they had so many awesome activities for them! I had so much fun with my son. I highly recommend for families but probably would not recommend it if I were alone with my husband, its not very quiet because of the kids.

Hotel in nice location, they upgraded us to a jacuzzi in our room for free, but it was dirty :( The comforter smelled like moth balls and the curtains and bed skirt were very dirty.

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is beautifully situated on Cape Cod. The pool, exercise facilities, sauna and hot tub were very well maintained and available. Internet access worked well and was easy to get a connection. The room had a nice size refrigerator. Overall a great experience.

Stay was wonderful, however our room was over the bar so it was loud until 11:00 pm, which normally wouldn't have been bad but my husband had a headache. I booked through hotel directly in the past and the room was much nicer. Booking through a third party gave me a room at a dead end, with a small window overlooking a roofed walkway and rest of hotel. […] A little too stuffy. Les mer

I booked two cathedral rooms here based on the reviews and the low cost of this hotel. Pros: good size pool (although not as large as it appeared in the picture), breakfast was sufficient, large gameroom, low cost. Cons: uncomfortable lumpy beds, worn out carpets and dated decor, our rooms faced the highway. Overall a good value for the price. I just […] expected more based on the excellent reviews. We have stayed at the Bayside many times and always have an enjoyable visit. It it conveniently located to several restaurants and stores, so we can walk to almost any place we want to go.
