"Nice hotel, but area is lean"
The hotel itself is great. It has the new, updated look, with nice foyer, bar area, upgraded rooms with large HD TVs, good work desk area in room, comfortable couch and bed in room. The area itself is spartan, but there's enough chain restaurants and coffee shops (Starbucks) nearby to make it comfortable.

Our first stay at a Hyatt Place hotel and we were pleasantly surprised, considering the price. This is a small hotel with the services of a large hotel, such as lobby bar (open till 10pm) and 24 hour room service food menu. We were in room 125, which included a small sectional with fold out bed along with a king size bed. The bed and pillows were very […] comfortable, much better than average. The expanded continental style breakfast included coffee, juices, pastries, DIY waffes, bacon, biscuits and gravy (that were actually good-not fake tasting) and with real plates, utensils, glasses and coffee cups rather than paper plates, foam cups and plastic forks and knives. They paid attention to the little things, which I appreciate. Will definately stay here again if in the area. A great location for business or for those just passing through the area. "Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville near Crystal Bridge"
We were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel was clean and recently remodeled. Jesse was very helpful in recommending restaurants, even giving us coupons. Breakfast was just what we needed and the coffee was just right. The location was a short drive to Crystal Bridges, a must see.

Excellent almost all respects, but the sofa in our room was terrible. You could feel the springs and it was quite uncomfortable.
The Hyatt was great, their people on staff was even better. I look forward to my next trip.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place in Rogers,AR.The front desk person was quick to greet us and get us checked in.The rooms are very clean and updated,with a very athome feel.If they were to add a small kitchen and stackable washer and dryer I could probably live there.The suite we stayed in had a pillowtop mattress that was very comfortable,the […] TV was on a swivel to watch from the bed or couch very cool.The desk and wetbar would be great for a business traveler or just a casual traveler.The hotel was convenient to the main highway and local restaurants and shopping.I would highly reccommend this hotel and would definately stay there again if I was in Northwest Arkansas.I can not say enough of how friendly and helpful the staff was, they were the BEST!!!!!! In my view, Hyatt Place consistently offers the most stylish spacious room in its price range. And if you're a weekend traveler, the often discounted prices represent an incredible value.
"Best hotel stay ever"
Very relaxing stay here at this Hyatt. My wife , 11 month old son and I were in town for a wedding. We joked about coming back to town just to stay at this hotel. Pool is very clean and refreshing even though temps had been 100+ for quite some time. Room set-up is excellent. Continental breakfast is fantastic, and they were very child friendly.

When possible we always stay at Hyatt Place. The rooms are large, beds are wonderful, love the sitting area and large TV. As all Hyatt Place hotels we have stayed at this one was great! The staff even got a cord from there conference room so my son could connect his DVD player to the TV. Great breakfast too! This hotel is by far the best in the area! This hotel was great for a three night stay while on a business trip. It's nice and clean, has a great area for sleeping, sitting, or studying/working all in the room; and it has a nice modern look to it. Some of the cable channels weren't working very well and the pool was clean but needed chemicals put in it twice while I was at it. These are minor […] problems though, overall. "Nice Room - Great Price"
The room was big for a family of 4. I would prefer to have the sink in the bathroom. The fold out couch area was nice. The beds were great. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, turkey sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads, & juice, same everyday. The staff was nice. Hotel was very clean. Nice outdoor pool.

This is a brand new hotel with great rooms, great service and an excellent location right off I-540. I got a great price on line which made it outstanding all around. I travel for a living so I'm very picky. The only thing I would like to see is a microwave in the room for longer stays.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and if all of them are like this one then they will receive my business in the future. The pictures on this site are accurate in how the room looks. I loved the sitting area and the flat panel screen tv was awesome.

Good location - right off the highway - but still very quiet inside hotel. The rooms were very nice - large and comfortable. Not to mention very CLEAN and smelling fresh! The cozy couch area and the big flat screen TV were awesome! (kids loved it). The room is identical to the pix on the web. The only thing this hotel lacks is a hot tub....then it would […] have been PERFECT. The free breakfast was good. Hotel staff was very friendly. Our refridgerator didn't get cold enough, and they switched it out within 10 minutes of me calling the front desk. I got an excellent rate labeled 4th of July savings. Would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone. My husband and I traveled here with our 14 yr old son and 11 & 7 yr old daughters. We did not do much in the Rogers area other than eat. "Nice rooms"
The rooms were clean and big, and the hotel is quiet even though it is right off the freeway. Continental breakfast is okay. Three restaurants in walking distance from hotel. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I would recommend it as a nice place to stay in NW Arkansas.
"Great Hotel, Fabulous Location"
I make a trip to Bentonville every October for the local arts & crafts fairs. This is by far the best hotel I have found. It is easy to get in and out and onto the major highways and streets in this area. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Personnel working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I wasn't sure about this hotel but when I got there I was very impressed. My room was very large and very clean. The Large TV was nice and the staff was impressive. They were very friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed. For the price this was by far one of the best hotels I have been in.

My Husband and I recently stayed here while traveling with our 8 month old. The hotel was very nice, and we got a great deal on it. I will never stay here again though because it is not family friendly at all. They had no high chair's and guests and staff were glaring at us as our sweet baby was babbling and waving at everyone.

This hotel was nice with the 42 inch flat screen. In great location near restaurants and interstate. Nice free breakfast. Only suggestion would be to add weights to the exercise room.
