Oppholdet var bra, ble møtt i døren av personalet, fikk hjelp med koffert opp til rommet. Frokost var veldig bra og de var serviceinnstilt. Fine rom og gode senger. Bra størrelse på badet var det også.

Utrolig 'value for money'. Nær skjønne Radda in Chianti. Deilig frokost. Eneste negative: Dårlig leselys på rommene for oss 70/80-åringer.

Et meget godt beliggende hotell med hyggelig atmosfære og autentisk interiør. Servicen er upåklagelig og betjeningen hyggelig. Den skjermede og grønne bakhagen med hyggelige sitteplasser er fantastisk. Svært stille område. Enkel men velsmakende frokost.

Trivelig hotell med hyggelig bakgård og mange morsomme Mona Lisa-varianter på veggene. Trivelig og hjelpsomt personale og god frokost. Rommet var litt trangt og litt slitt, men på ingen måte til sjenanse. Utsikten fra rommet var lik null. Fin beliggenhet et steinkast fra Duomo, fem minutters rolig gange fra sentrum.
Flott hotell med enestående hageanlegg. En utrolig fin oase å slappe av i etter å ha vandret rundt i Firenzes trange gater.

Everything was terrific except for the internet and TV policies. There was a fee which I had to accept before coming to the hotel. The internet had problems. Finally the hotel didn't charge me, but it involved much discussion. Also there were only 4 foreign speaking TV stations - German, Japanese, BBC english and finally a soccer station. My stay at the Monna Lisa was very pleasant. The staff was helpful. I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Located a short walk from the Duomo made it easy to visit the pointes of interest in Florence. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Very small but clean rooms, very quiet, comfortable beds. Lovely building with lots of flowers and paintigs, great breakfast. Perfect location.

Hotel is in a good area, convenient to most things. We loved the hotel - sitting areas, dining room, small bar. Our room was very small and warm. We could not open the windows due to a mosquito problem and the air conditioning had been turned off. It was uncomfortable. We would recommend this hotel, but only with an upgrade in room.

Beautiful hotel. Very good staff - front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was nice. Room was so-so. It was a tiny single room. The bed was ok - twin per type of room. So was the room and bathroom. I had a good deal from hotels.com and got what I paid for in the room type and size. Wifi is charged per half hour or hour. I returned to Firenze one week […] later and stayed at a B&B for 40% more where it spacious and have free strong wifi. Les mer

The hotel is adorable on kitsch factor, but low on comfort. The rooms are small, which is understandable in a large city, but this is particularly small-opening luggage required use of the bed, which was also the only place to sit. The bathroom is tiny, but again, acceptable. What is unacceptable is having only lukewarm water in a cramped shower. It […] was at this point that I realized I'd be better off camping. Internet use has fees, Higher than might be expected. Upon checkout, I requested help with my luggage, as there are stairs and a pebbled courtyard (charming to view, hard to walk with rolling luggage), and was told the porter began at 8am. Thats fine if you dont need to check out until 8, but is something altogether different if you have to do it at 7. Not particularly recommended. Les mer
This was an excellent hotel. The rooms were nice, everything was clean, the breakfast was very good and the service was top notch.

The hotel is historical and well located with respect to the city's major attractions. However, steep steps could be a bit challenging to those travelers having trouble with stairs. Breakfast included with the cost of the room was delicious and offered a lot of variety.

Spent two nights here in mid-October and were very satisfied. Room was fairly spacious, big king bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, albeit pretty small. Location of hotel is convenient, 5 minutes to Duomo, 10 to Santa Croce and Uffizzi and close to restaurants and bars. It is on the edge of a less desireable neighborhood so dont wander to […] far to the east. (The hotel is also 100 ft from one of the best restaurants in Tuscany so be sure to make a reservation for dinner and prepare to be impressed) Only reason I didnt give this 5 stars is because internet service is expensive ($10 euros for 60 minutes!) and our room opened to what appeared to be a quiet little roundabout with little traffic but that became a little noisy in the mornings. Still really enjoyed this little gem though, would definitely go back! Les mer

We stayed here for three nights, it is an old hotel with a lot of character. Nice gardens, and an interesting assortment of rooms to lounge in. Our room was comfortable and clean. The walls in our room were very thin and could hear our neighbors word for word when they spoke. The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to all sites and many good restaurants. "Quaint and well situated hotel"
Very old italian style hotel which feels more like a home than a hotel. Our room was quite small, especially the washroom/shower area. AC did not operate adequately so at our last visit before leaving Florence, they gave us another room which was much better. Breakfast area outside is very nice and the food very good. On the same street close-by, there […] is a very good restaurant called La Giostra. The Monna Lisa is very well situated and I would recommend it to friends who are looking for a well-priced, good value hotel. Les mer
"The Monna Lisa Hotel is pretty as a picture."
The Monna LIsa Hotel in Florence, Italy is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is oozing charm everywhere you look, with numerous public sitting rooms full of lovely art and furniture. The "Mona Lisa" room has a humerous touch, and all the decor throughout has a personal feel, mixing a primarily olde worlde decor with the occasional mid-century […] modern lamp or picture. There are several internal courtyards and garden areas to sit in and enjoy a drink from the bar. We were served green olives, peanuts and potato chips with our drinks. The breakfast room is gorgeous and the spread looks like a still life. There were "Monna Lisa" umbrellas aplenty for the downpour and we saw many of them checked at the coat check at the Uffizzi Gallery! Just steps from the hotel is the renowned Ristorante La Giostra (I now know what tiramasu is supposed to taste like!) The hotel has computers and printers in several of the common areas. The staff was friendly and polite without being familiar. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the town center but because it is on a quiet street and has gardens, you feel as if you are far from the madding crowd. Les mer

Good to have a GPS system in your car, as this hotel is somewhat difficult to find. However, this hotel is worth the search as it is ideally situated in the heart of Florence and is an easy walk to the major points of interest. Breakfast buffet is ample, consisting […] of fresh fruit, Italian pastries and various egg/cheese breakfast foods. Hotel itself is very nicely furnished and well kept. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Staff is helpful and recommended the nearby La Giostra restaurant, where we enjoyed a very good meal. Very quiet surroundings, so noise is not a factor to take into consideration. Hotel Monna Lisa was a pleasant surprise in such a busy tourist city as Florence. The staff really went the extra mile for us....calling ahead on our road trip to schedule wine tasting and giving us directions to everywhere. Very close to two excellent restaurants...Giostra and Cantina Barbagianni....recommended by the hotel staff. Fabulous secure parking […] area if you happen to be driving a rental car. The Monna Lisa was everything we hoped for and more. Tucked away on a little sidestreet, the cab driver know right where it was. Lucky, because it might be hard to find. Quaint neighboorhood with shops and resturants. We walked everyehere and had no problem finding a place to eat. Pluses: location, gardens, quiet We were given a room on the ground floor but changed to another room because of the damp-smelling air. The upper-floor room had a fan going in the bathroom all the time because of smells. Overall though we enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were small but comfortable.

+Stilvoll ausgestattetes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Florenz mit Frühstücksterrasse und zauberhaftem Garten im Innenhof. Schönes Zimmer in der Limonaia im Seitenflügel mit Gartenblick. - etwas rustikaler Frühstücksservice, jeweils ca. 45 Min. vor Ende der Frühstückszeit gingen mal Brot, mal Naturjoghurt oder Obstsalat aus und konnten auch auf Nachfrage […] nicht nachgelegt werden. Im Bad war die Dusche ungepflegt, die darin befindliche Seifenablage deutlich mit Seifenresten verschmutzt, die WC-Deckelbefestigung beschädigt und folglich der Deckel wacklig. Internetzugang gegen eine Gebühr von 10 € pro Stunde empfinde ich als nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Les mer

スタッフがとても親切、子供にも頻繁に声をかけてくれ、朝食の時間がとても楽しめました。客層もかなり落ち着いた中、子供がいても気後れすることもなく過ごせました。庭も素敵でした。部屋でのポット使用が禁止のため、飲み物は近くで購入した物が中心。目的地がホテルに近かった為、私にとっては立地は抜群ですが、ドゥオモやポンテヴェッキオに行きたい方は少し不便かもしれません。落ち着いた雰囲気を求めている方には最高でしょう。

Zufahrt sehr schwierig, da keine Angaben über Garagenzufahrt - Hotel wurde wegen Parkmöglichkeit gebucht. Guter Service, empfehlenswert.
Very nice romantic close to everything Florence has to offer. Excellent breakfast for being Italy and friendly helpful staff with excellent recommendations for nearby resturants. Highly recommend the hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Die Lage und das Gebäude selber sind super. Es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar und das Frühstück ist in einem super Speiseraum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war kein hoteleigener Parkplatz mehr vorhanden, wodurch wir ein sehr teures Parkhaus benutzen mussten. Unser Zimmer war wohl (etwas böse gesagt) die ehemalige […] Besenkammer - Zimmernummer 15. Abgesehen von den zwei Details würde ich das Mona Lisa jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Les mer
