Hotel Berchielli - Firenze

We were on our honeymoon and upgraded to a river view suite. Fantastic view, very comfortable room (2 single beds pushed together though!?) and great location. Will go again!

Hotel staff were very accommodating, polite, and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room did not face Arno, but did have terrace with small view of Duomo capula. Hotel was easy walk to most of Firenze's sites.

this was our second stay at this hotel, the first time being over 4 years ago, but the place is just as good. beautiful views of the river, very centrally located, and a fantastic price for what you get. the breakfast is also very good and goes until 11am

We stayed five nights with Hotel Berchielli. The location was the best and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was unexpectedly comfortable. We were there first week of July and it was very hot but the hotel had great air conditioning. The staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel Berchielli was a delightfult surprise. The city is a romantic destination on its own; however, the helpful staff and well appointed hotel helped make Firenza one of our new favorite destinations in Europe. The hotel is in the middle of plenty of varied types of shopping. Close to Il Duomo and around the corner from Ponte Vecchio - be sure to catch […] the sunset there! Also, be sure to ask the staff for reservations for the exhibits and museums, you will save hours in lines. On our tour of Europe we even tried to double back for another stay at the Birchielli in Firenza - unfortunately, our route did not accomodate it. We will look forward to returning to Firenza. Hopefully, we can enjoy another stay at the Birchielli. Until then we will surely recommend this hotel and this romantic city. Les mer

The hotel is conveniently situated near all the must see sites. We had a room facing the river which cost more but was well worth it.

The room felt luxurious --- especially the bathroom with bubble bath and exquisite tile work. The breakfast was wonderful with real espresso (not the instant machine kind). It was a very convenient location.

Outstanding location & free wireless internet in room worked great...all for a super rate!

Great Location. Room was good size and clean. Also, room had an updated decor. Staff speaks English and was helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is elegant, the staff our extemely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. Breakfast is great.

In addition to a great location, this hotel was outstanding. The hotel was cleanly, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The staff were among the greatest I have encountered. This is a wonderful property overlooking the Arno, close to the Ponte Vecchio. Although I was traveling alone (and did get a small room as a result) it was comfortably appointed. All of the desk and bar staff spoke English very well and were quite helpful with any questions I had. The location was great. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and had a great time. the location was amazing and opening the window in the morning to the skylight of florence and the river underneath was amazing. we enjoyed the breakfast very much and there was much to chose from. the room was very spacious, very clean and pleasant to be in. we also enjoyed the extra perk […] of having a roof terrace where we could sit and enjoy the rooftops of the surrounding and have a quiet cup of coffee. overall we can strongly recommend the hotel. we had a wonderful time there. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is located right on the Arno River and only a couple of blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufizzi Gallery. Excellent location and walking distance to a lot of sights. Parking (valet) is expensive and the hotel is very difficult to get to by car. We parked at half the price but a half a mile away. We loved this hotel. the room was elegant, roomy and beautifully decorated. The tiled bathroom was exceptionally nice - except the large tub had no shower curtain, but a shower was still possible if you are careful with the shower nozzle. In retrosepct I might have liked a location a little closer to the main attractions. This hotel was outstanding. The staff was excellent in every aspect. The room(triple) was larger than expected and quite comfortable. Berchielli is close to many sights to see in Florence. A real gem in every way.

The service at the hotel was very good and helpful. Our room was nice, importantly with a modern clean bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate and we ate at the hotel on two occasions. Excellent restaurant staff. Enjoyed the experience and in a perfect location.

We were very surprised how nice the hotel is and the location is fantastic. Hotel is very pretty. Our room was very large for Europe. The hotel is quiet but located right on the Arno River and very close to the Ponte Vecchio. We would stay there again.

Our room was so nice that I had to check with the front desk to make sure a mistake had not been made. We had a glorious bathroom with beautiful tile and a private balcony.

We loved our stay at Berchielli. The staff was friendly, free internet and computer available. The breakfast was amazing. So much food and many options!! Stayed in a triple room which was beyond our expectations. Third bed was in its own separate bedroom. Both rooms very very large and spacious (also had two bathrooms). Rooms were very, very clean.

it was my 3rd visit to Florence and I would say this hotel has been the best. The location is just amazing. such a great accessibility to any location. And the room was clean, spacious and had arno river view! Breakfast was pretty good too. I would visit this hotel again!!!!

Paid a lot for this room. didn't get the 'view' room. I stayed by myself and my room was the size of a hamster cage!! Good thing I didn't need to turn around in the bathroom. Had a brick wall for a view even though I stayed on the Arno River. The location was terrific. and the breakfast was good. One of the desk clerks was rude and very unfriendly.

The hotel is located very near to the Ponte Vecchio which makes it a brilliant location for sightseeing in Florence. The building itself is beautiful and very typical of the lovely architecture of this amazing city. It doesn't have a restaurant but the breakfast was very good. The Berchielli has a good location only a few minutes walk from the Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio etc. Our room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, carpeted floor and tiled bathroom with bath and shower (but no shower curtain oddly). Good buffet style selection for breakfast and they serve tea at the bar in proper British fashion. Staff friendly […] and helpful. 2月に３泊しました。 部屋が狭く、アルノ川側では無かったので端っこ感はありました。照明が暗く、メイクアップには狭いバスルームの丸椅子に座り、やや、４つ星ホテルに疑問。スモーキングルームを選択したのがいけなかった？ 　フロントは親切で、家庭的。wi-fi接続無料で、フロントに申し出ると、パスワードを書いたレシートをくれました。 調度品や、狭いながらも廊下にセンスのよい額縁が並べられ、コンパクトに可愛い女性向きのホテルと言う感じ。 朝食のメニューは最高と言ってよいでしょう。サラダやチーズが豊富で、手作り感満載。フルーツやデザートも充実してます。朝食目的だけでも宿泊する価値がありますね。 夜お腹が空いて、１回のバーでチキンソテーを作って貰いました。添え物のほうれん草バターソテーは冷凍ミエミエ […] でしたが、まぁ許します。 何処に行くにも便利な立地。SMN駅にも、道に成れると１０分掛かりません。 次回も又是非泊まりたいホテルです。 最低５泊して、今度は３時のチョコレートタイムを楽しみたいと思います。 Les mer

アルノー川ビューの部屋でなければ、ここに泊るメリットは無いでしょう。駅まではタクシーが必要です。空港までは、22ユーロで行けました。その他不満点は特にありません。

Erittäin hyvä sijainti, etenkin kun huonen joen puolella-upea maisema. Siisti, huone sisälsi kaiken tarpeellisen, ystävällinen palvelu. Lyhyt kävelymatka aibvan ydinkeskustan kupeessa.

Excelente opción para alojarse en la ciudad de Florencia. La ubicación del Hotel es inmejorable, cerca a todas las atracciones que ofrece una ciudad tan hermosa como Florencia. El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas.

아르노 강가에 있으며 베키오 다리와 우피치 미술관이 걸어서 5분거리에 있습니다. 리버뷰 객실에서는 베키오다리의 전망을 즐길수 있고요. 모든것이 나무랄데가 없었는데 밤늦게까지 다니는 사람이 많아서 좀 시끄럽습니다 호텔 직원도 친절하고 주변에 맛잇는 식당도 있고 매우 편리하며 품위있는 고급호텔입니다

muy buen hotel, y muy buena ubicaciön, la atencion en general es muy correcta

全体的に非常に満足。ただ冷蔵庫が冷えなかったのが残念。

滞在２日目に停電があり、午前10時くらいから夜の10時までフロントの緊急時用の電気以外一切電気がついていませんでした。夏だから夜もわりと明るかったのでまだよかったものの、冬だったらかなり不便したと思います。ホテルからもケアは一切なく、電力会社が悪いの一点張り。四つ星ホテルの快適さを求めるならあまりおすすめしません。
