The only complaint was we had to ask every day for a wash cloth or bath mat, but were very prompt in getting it when we asked.

Booked room 10pm and arrived 11pm. Had to get up before 7am to head to a work project. Room's door would not shut properly, dirty carpet, hard bed, something was leaking all night in the bathroom. The tub would not drain while showering, took a shower in water up to ankles. But the worst, when arriving, gave us the room key, told them booked thru hotels.com. […] When I got into room they were calling wanting the confirmation # and gave it to them. Went to bed immediately and they were calling over 2 hours later, after 1 a.m. demanding confirmation # again! They said it was wrong and for me to call hotels dot com. Called hotels dot com and they said they would push over a faxed confirmation. Guess they did. Did not hear from them again, but at 2 a.m,! and I had to get up around 6 a.m. They were curt and not pleasant at all. Heard traffic, sirens, and people slamming doors all night also.It is off interstate so to be expected though. Bed seemed dirty and it was hard. Convenience and price is the only thing going for this motel, that is if they don't ring your room all night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. Les mer

We arrived at 11:30 PM New Years Eve. We were given room 201, when we got to the room the door was ajar. I pushed it without using the card key and it opened. It was dark inside and I asked if anyone was there. No answer. I flipped the light switch and no lights came on. I went in and turned on the light over the bed and checked the room and bathroom […] and it was empty (Thank God). I closed the door and then opened it without turning the handle. I closed it hard and went went outside and and it opened just by giving a very light push. It wouldn't lock. I went down and got another room key . I got room 231 and went there. It I went in and turned on the TV and it didn't work, the security (chain) lock was broken and found there were blood spots on the bed spread when we went to bed later that New Years night. What an absolute dump. Too bad you can't give a rating of -3 for this dump. Les mer

This hotel is right by a super busy highway and is the hotel the truckers stay. I could not get any sleep due to the noise from the cars and trucks on the highway and the trucks parking in the parking lot out my window. The room was clean but it smelled like an old basement. I would not stay here again.

Over all the hotel was decent, I was disappointed because the main reason I chose this hotel was for the location, rate per night and a swimming pool as an amenity. When I arrived there was no pool! My children and i were upset. The first room I was given the A/C unit did not work so we had to move. Breakfast was not appetizing as well.

Beds were uncomfortable, room smelled, holes in the walls and bedspreads were either so worn they appeared dirty or were dirty.

The bathtub drain was lose the tub wouldn't hold water, the room smelled like mildew. The ice machine was nasty. I will not be using this location again or any 8 motel

It was OK. It seemed like we were the only "non-truckers" staying there. We were awakened very early to trucks starting up and the "beeping" sound of dump trucks backing out of parking spaces.

Requested a non Smoking room, room smelled like am ashtray. Beds were built out of scrap lumber. The door to our room would not lock unless we were inside and deadbolted it. when we left the room anyone could enter our room. Police and sherriffs office were making regular visits to the hotel. I paid for a non smoking room with a king size bed (with fridge). I GOT A SMOKING DOUBLE FULL WITHOUT A FRIDE. IT WAS HORRIBLE! On top of that it was non refundable. SUCKED!

I booked this as part of a package with car. and I got what i paid for . The room averaged about twenty two a night. The administrative staff kept locking themself in the office. They had a work crew living out of the motel and in the morning would heat up the hot tar in the parking lot.... yummy smelling. Bugs crawling about the floors and walls made […] me leave the lights on all night. Some of the other guests were there to party and it was scary at times. The beds were comfortable and the internet access was good also. The lady who made up the rooms was awesome and very helpful, the rest of the staff couldnt have cared less. Horrible. We did not like it as soon as we pulled up. The place is a dump. The staff was friendly but it did not make up for the loud noises of people partying and carrying on in other rooms. We opened the dresser drawers and found empty beer bottles and drug paraphernalia. The beds were uncomfortable, room is small, etc... NOT RECOMMENDED.

Friendly helpful service for our two night stay. We were treated like family, given information to locate all amenities of the property. We will stay there again.

We arrived shortly after midnight, clerk told us that he does not have any info from hotels.com about our reservation. I was able to show him the email from hotels.com, however it was of little help. It took as about 30 to 40 minutes to just check in, after the first 10 minutes I realized that clerk most likely has at least some info, which made me […] very upset. This was planned as short 5 hour stop to sleep, and the clerk used up at least 1/2 hour. After each of my statements he would very politely smile and ask me for my reservation and politely ask if I woulk like to check in anyway. Les mer

I booked a non-smoking king room but was told upon arrival that they only had a smoking room with two twins. It was awful. Room had stains on carpet and bed linens and toilet. Traffic noise from the freeway was so loud that I actually went to make sure the window was closed (it was). Breakfast was fairly dismal. I certainly won't stay there again.

Lights were too dim. Breakfast and coffee were terrible. One of three people behind the counter could say anything aside from "no."

I have never stayed at Super 8 but found this the night before my trip as the hotel I had an online reservation didn't have room available for an addtional night we need. Super 8 was the only hotel I found online that had room avaiable to accommodate us. With the price a little more than half of what we would pay at another hotel, this one is a really […] good deal. The room was clean, staff were freindly. What else can I ask for? It's not located in the middle of shopping/eating center which makes it very private. I don't feel the security is a threat at all. Overall the Super 8 was a pleasant experience. My only complaint is the carpet in the room. We were traveling with a 15 month old and kept the baby in shoes due to the filthiness of the carpet. If we let her run around shoeless, her little feet were digustingly brown in a matter of minutes. In addition, it would have been helpful to have exhaust fans […] in the bathroom to help with the obvious humidity problem. Les mer

For the amenities this room was over priced. The Tv's do not get all the channels listed and reception was terrible.The room had crickets in ti, there was a hole at the bottom left corner of front door. Overall condition was poor. This Super 8 was in an excellent location for the sailing regatta we participated in. The bed was saggy, the TV was blurry, carpet worn, no door chain on door, and generally crappy room. It was cleaned every day. The road noise is horrible, the inconsiderate people talking on cell phones outside, the arguments heard through paper thin walls, and other […] loud noise guaranteed several sleepless nights . I thought someone was weed eating when I got back to the room after 10PM. It was actually the wind vibrating through the ill fitting door. For the most part the hotel was good. There were a few things that did make us a little unhappy. 1. Our room had a odor when you would walk in. 2. The first night we got there the people in the room right next to ours had the tv so loud. 3.When we went to get breakfast, they had a worker watching what you took. That really made me feel uncomfortable. […] I'm sure she was there to refill items but she still stared at everyone while sitting back on a couch. 4. There were never enough towels in the pool area and the towels that were there other guest had used and they were on the ground. Les mer
