The hotel was fine, lived up to my expectations as conpared to the price I paid. Had a fridge and microwave in the room. Room was clean and comfortable. Cereal, bagels, english muffins, pastries, coffee juice for breakfast. Could not ask for more for the price.

I recently accompanied a friend who was looking at real estate in the area and I was most impressed with Jamie who staffed the front desk in the late afternoon and evening hours. She was friendly, and very helpful in recommending eateries and describing local towns. Her suggestions were great and provided us with memorable meals. We stayed here a year ago and found it adequate. This time we were disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets and mattress pad were too small to stay on. Bathtub woulndn't drain, and the heater was noisy and ran all night.

"Clean & affordable"
Compared to other hotels in the area it was very reasonably priced. All we look for in a hotel is clean and quiet, and it was both. We would stay there again.
"A disappointment"
The smoke detector in our (non-smoking) room was disassembled and on a chair when we arrived. We also found an old, mostly eaten chicken bone on the floor. The hallways had a distinct cigarette smoke smell - although the room itself was fine. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy.

This hotel we stayed only one night in. It was fine for a quick visit, more than that I would not recommend. The only complaint I would have would be that they did not give us a new box of kleenex. The box had one kleenex in it.

"Bargain surprise"
Given the bargain-basement reputation of Super8, I figured I'd find a dumpy, worn facility. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room well maintained and sparkling clean. A special treat was to discover a recliner in my room. I curled up with a good book...and that's all she wrote!

For the price, the room and hotel were clean, but could use some updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast fare.

"Wonderful Staff and Location"
This Super 8 is right off the highway, but faces opposite, so we didn't hear any highway noise. The staff was great in pointing out close places to eat so we wouldn't have to get back in the car after a long drive. The staff also told us where to see fireworks, even drawing a map, as we were there on the Fourth of July. Very nice comfortable stay.

called ahead, Very unfriendly. Check in was easy, room = old furniture, room not clean, bathroom old and not clean, stained toilet. A/C heater, so noisy that I was not able to have it on. "Comfort Suites in Augusta"
This hotel bed sucks. Also you do not get real pillows. The only pillows you get are the small square ones. My boyfriend and I woke up every morning with back pain from the positions we were sleeping in. The beds were so uncomfortable...it might have been easier sleeping in the chair. THis Hotel/Motel is old however in a convenient spot, near the highway. I stayed for 2 nights for work. Upon arrival, the Hotel parking area was all torn up due to construction next door at a local bank. The staff was nice and room was as I thought it would be. There's no elevator and the stairs make a ton of noise. The rooms are just ok and for the […] $ not that bad. The 2nd day, when I came back for the night, I found my room door unlocked. The door card wouldn't work and I found out that the door was unlocked all day. Front desk was fine and simply said that they can move me across the hall. No is everything there, is anything missing, oh, Im so sorry for this...blaa blaa. Either way, for the money this place is just ok. Nothing great. The place needs serious upgrades and the breakfast area looks like a hollowed out closet, and while walking down the hall on the 1st floor, if you blink then you will miss the door to the lobby. This hotel is fine for a short stay. Don't aspect any frills. Just a basic room that is clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast included is juice, cereal, and basic pastries.
Convient location for shopping. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Bathroomswerea little small. Good roomfor the price.
"A Lot of bang for the buck"
Was pleasantly surprised at what I found for the least expensive motel available. Clean room, furniture in near-new conditoin, microwave/fridge, free internet and continental breakfast together with a pleasant staff made for a great visit.

it is just off I-95 the room was clean, bathroom had hair dryer and room came with microwave, frig and coffee maker ..
"Thrifty Stay"
There was nothing wrong with the hotel, it had the barely minimum qualifications of a hotel. Towels were small and thin and the small shampoo bottle had the seal broken (consider it open). I did not mind and used the shampoo anyway but just made a note of it. The room was damp-like and non-smoking but I know somebody smoked there. There was a funny […] sign in the room warning against smoking saying "If you smoke ANYTHING, in this room you will be charged 50 dollars to deodorize, etc etc." Breakfast was offered (thank you very much) but it was minimalist (trendy nowadays) and under a watchful eye that discouranged second trips. Leider war eine Baustelle neben uns, aber sonst ging alles in Ordnung, Parkplatz ok,Handtuecher wurden taeglich gewechselt, eigener Serviceraum fuer Waesche vorhanden, Betten jeden 3 Tag ueberzogen
